Last time we visited just for cocktails and dessert and while our server this time was more than friendly and very welcoming, the atmosphere was still very rushed and we were told yet again that they were 'understaffed' for the evening, so the servers were all darting around hustling as quickly as possible. I also observed 5-6 people wandering in and out of the back that weren't wearing uniforms but seemed to know everyone as they stood around chatting. Why??? Not very professional for food service. One young man in particular kept running his hand thru his long hair as he stood near the staff area for drinks and the pass. Ugh! There was also another guy with hair down to his waist that was pulled back but man!, that ponytail was swinging loose everywhere from the kitchen to the bar. Again, ugh! Her response, "None of that fancy stuff." Folgers is a stable, quality brand of coffee! Loved it! Nothing special about the ambience. Seating is family style. Comfortable seats!
