Initially, I was going to review this restaurant to comment about the new spicy McNuggets. You see, I don't usually review fast food restaurants. If I do it is to praise, admonish, or comment on a new offering. Since I've eaten here many times, it is time to start with all the experience I've had. Ads for the spicy nuggets make you think they are extremely spicy hot. They are not. Then again, I am a bit of a fire eater. More hotter, more better, but I think I can put it in sane terms. The new coating has a mild spice to it, nothing extreme and very nice with the Panko bread crumbs. Now, I did notice the heat in their special Mighty Hot Sauce. It was quite hot. It was on the order of some bottled hot sauces, very similar to Frank's or Texas Pete. The ad says that it is so hot, you need to wipe your forehead to clear the sweat. No. Not that hot. Not burn the outside of your lips hot, but nice. Now on to the restaurant itself. I'm not going to comment on the food or value, because McDonald's is McDonald's no matter where you go. Generally, I like the place, but it is not my top choice. There is nothing special about McDonald's. I stop from time to time. One thing they really good take care of is the upholstery on the booth seats. They are old, cracked and peeling to the point of exposing the padding. ICK. There is one employee that has an interesting final comment. She is quite elderly but always says, "Have a nice day - if you can." I can't decide if she is being sympathetic or not. Why not just wish me a good day? Why qualify it? There are no memories of order accuracy issues. Came in to the new restaurant for a cheese burger. Restaurant is freezing. Like 49 degrees. I ordered from the kiosk. Waited over 20 minutes. Car after car drive through getting their order. Two door dash people came in. Then a couple who new the employees. They chit chatted then got their order. Finally I went to the counter and asked and they said they were fixing it. It came out less than a minute later. So disappointing. read more

Tried to use coupon for buy one get one free (after giving review for another McDonalds. Promptly told "WE DONT TAKE THOSE!" I asked why and she said "I don't know!" Place was cold, not very clean and didn't seem to care about customer. Worst experience ever! Horrible crispy chicken ever... I order 6 pieces of tenders, and the chicken was not fresh at all... I told them and they offer to remake them "fresh," But the chicken still was horrible, not fresh... on my experience in cooking they needed to change the oil which I think they hadent change. I told the again and offer me a Chrispy chicken sandwich which the chicken was even worst. This McDonalds is disgusting! There's tiny little fruit fly gnats all over the place. Mainly by the windows but as soon as you sit down. Boom! Dozens of em invade you and your food! Told the manager and he basically told me and my friend that there wasn't anything they would do about it and didn't care. I am seriously about to call the health department and report this location. I stopped by tonight at around 1215 midnight. There was only 2 employees working. The girl at the window met me with a smile and a positive attitude as I asked her if she was the only one working. Although she didn't go into detail, she smiled and said " I am trying to stay positive. What a super star!!! She was polite, professional and my salad I ordered was honestly the best I have ever gotten there at this location. It was super fresh and it was full of fresh veggies and chicken. It was delicious!!! I wish I had gotten her name. She & her co worker deserve a bonus for showing up to work. Worst McDonald's ever. Filthy dirty everywhere. Employees not very friendly. The guy in front of me ordered a cup of water with his meal and the charged him $1.10. There is a sign in the lobby that says "no loitering - time limit 30 minutes" This has to be the beginning of the end for McDonald's. read more

This McDonalds is within a mile of my house and the Grandchildren like to go there. I was there on Thursday the 9th and we could not get our order taken. The back was full of kids having a good time. Another customer finally yelled and asked if anyone could take our order and a young man wandered up front and took our order. I counted 12 people working that afternoon but no one was on the front. They always have 3 or 4 people on the drive-thru but never more than 1 person on the front and lines are terrible. I have stopped going in the mornings on the way to work because you cannot get waited on. Does management not know about this? Maybe the person who owns the restaurant needs to check in occasionally. read more
