The person in the restaurant who took my order actually repeated my order back to me when they took it. I took my coffees and my food and left. When I got back to my hotel, both of my coffees were black without the espresso shots or cream that I ordered with them. The food was standard McDonald's quality, and no issues there. Luckily, my hotel had a carafe of Half and Half in the breakfast area. However, it looks like this McDonald's location could not make a simple coffee order.

Thought "eh I still have my spicy chicken sandwich". Get to where I'm going and unwrap the sandwich, first bite was like someone had taken a spoon, went to the old grease dump and gathered all of the solidified nasty from the bottom and then spread it on this bun.
