Everytime i go to this McDonald's I am asked to pull forward to wait for my food which i am okay with. But after waiting 20+ minutes several times and watching at least 15 cars order and get their food before they bring mine out to me is ridiculous. And once I do get my food and get home to eat it its dry and disgusting, it literally tastes like i am eating paper towels. And 95% of the time the fries are cold and taste like they have been sitting for hours. read more

Every morning, my husband and I would go there for coffee that only could last about a month before they hired somebody who is absolutely terrible at making coffee and they won't fire them.Nor apparently tell them how to do it, they either make it really, really, really watery, or they put most of the grounds that made the coffee inside of your cup. We've told them several times that there is a problem. And it has not been fixed. To be honest, I've never had a problem with this McDonald's until now, a blonde, curly haired manager? I think? Was very rude. I had a promo code for a free big Mac with a two dollar purchase and my code wasn't coming up in their system I guess and told me that I couldn't have it, she did not offer to help. Was very passive aggressive and I have heard a lot of other people has had problems with her in the past. she also treats her employees very terribly from what I have seen and heard. I got a cheeseburger with extra ketchup and extra onion, which did not have extra ketchup or extra onion, so maybe it was out of spite? I can't make this stuff up, it writes itself. I was contacted by corporate over the original review . I talked with a very nice lady in Akron Ohio ( I believe) . So we try this McDonald's again ( against our better judgment) for my daughter . My husband goes inside and makes an order the other day. I'm not sure why he didn't check the bag , but leaves with no fries and a double cheeseburger so crazy that I actually got a good laugh about it. I will insert a photo for anyone to reference. If I could get to another McDonald's and bring my daughter back fresh food I would. This particular location is literally a joke!!!! read more

I waited inside for over 5 minutes before my order was even taken then I waited another 30 minutes for my food. while I was waiting, people that ordered AFTER me and had larger orders were being given their food but mine had clearly been forgotten about. The service is the worst I've ever had. The manager (Katie) was screaming at her staff and called one employee a "bitch." Two workers had their masks pulled down around their necks. Yucky! And I am not saying this because it's fast food! The service is spotty and nine times out of ten, the order is wrong! You can sit for twenty minutes or more in the drive-thru and still get a wrong order! The staff tries, but they never seem to have enough training or workers.
