The chicken was fresh, hot and good. The mgr Kim was very nice, very helpful, professional and was observed multitasking very well. She greeted the customers pleasantly and ensured the orders were correct. Even though the chicken was consistently good, the skin was a bit darker than usual which was the only thing that caught my eye as different. I prefer when it looks golden not overly dark. It was good though! The other workers were very pleasant as well and I could tell they were working hard. I had stopped going to KFCs for a long time because they were not consistently good and didn't look appealing, but, it seems that what ever was wrong with the overall brand, has been corrected. The KFC buildings all over seem to need a bit sprucing up and that would go for all of the ones I've visited. you need to listen to the customers when they say double macaroni and cheese and not give them one large green bean and macaroni and cheese and I asked for the chicken to be crispy. They made me wait eight minutes which was OK. 12-11-24 12 noon I stopped by KFC to get lunch for me & my client , pull up - employee outside smoking and chatting, walk- in two gentlemen standing there no one at the register, but drive-through moving the cook cooking still no one at the register she come in from smoking almost slipped because she got on boots and resistant shoes. However she walks pass doesn't say hold on wait a minute. I ask is front line invisible , at this point I been there 10 min now , there's no telling how long the gentleman was there . This KFC doesn't care at all about customer service. It's always terrible and I hate that they are so rude about it. There are no consequences for the employees and they are fully aware. This place us hardly worth the visit in the evenings. Maybe things are different for lunch, but for dinner I'd stay away... The place wasn't packed but it wasn't empty. Maybe 6 people in line. And a soda mess all over the floor by the pop machine, that was impossible to walk around, and you pretty much had to step in it and then track it through the rest of the place... and it stayed like that for at least the 40 minutes I was in there, and it had been there before I got there. The food was fresh... but only because we had to wait 15 minutes for it... It seemed like an under staffing problem, but that couldn't really be seen from the amount of employees around. Or maybe it was just a new manager, or maybe only a jr. manager, as someone pointed out the pop mess multiple times and she just kinda looked at it and went... "oh. ok." I mean the food here is ok. I like KFC's food and value, but this location's service was awful and slow. It took a few minutes for them to be ready to take my order and they only got half of it. Then when I pulled up to the window, they thought I ordered a Taco Bell crunchwrap, which I didn't. I told them to give me the part of the order they did get right, and just disregard the rest. I got what i personally wanted, and drove off without something for my mom. Which I ended up going up the street for, at Lee's Famous Recipe, people who were focused on getting my order right. This place is terrible. Over the past 2 years I've infrequently visited this Taco Bell/KFC location. They have yet to get my order correct once. Basically you order something from the Taco Bell side of the menu and they give you some random taco they chose to make. After getting the incorrect order so many times, I refused to go there again. Unfortunatly, I returned because I thought, "Well this time I'm not ordering a taco. How can you mess up KFC?" The answer is they can still mess it up. I ordered the new Tennessee Hot Chicken and they forgot the pickles on top. I know it's a small thing and I can go back up to ask for more, but it's the principle that they have never gotten 1 order right in 2 years. Just take the time to go to a different location. Moved close by about a month ago and been here a few times now but will never return after tonight. It's been the same every time: Polite staff takes order efficiently then it takes FOREVER to get the order no matter what it is and they have packed it up to go for me every single time even though I have always ordered it for there and they do ask that. Also they never include napkins or a fork/spoon. Team always seems disoriented and struggling at all times. Tonight there was a huge pack of customers waiting on their orders out front after a while and the staff was not really doing much of anything. Apparently a new employee kept messing up logistics of orders that seems pretty elementary which is really sad for a fast food joint. Nice staff just needs to get it together. read more
