Had the opportunity to try the new pumpkin chili sauce and was surprised that it actually went well on wings. I love pumpkin but I want to sure about that. Stay away from this location, the service is horrible, and they are aways under staffed. The past two times I have been there, people have gotten up and left. I did this a few months back, but I decided to give it another chance, and it was the wrong decision. We were able to get our food order in, and it came (there were only 4 tables occupied ) out by a runner; the order was missing items, and we never saw our waitress again. We sat for 30 minutes with no way to correct our order. I finally had to go into the kitchen and get someone to cash us out. I took their survey on the tab and gave them a low rating, describing what was going on. The manager responded and said he would comp my meal and give me a $25 coupon. He did neither; he lied and ghosted me after that. Some of the Franchise Resturants give excellent service, but this corporate-run store is horrible, always has been. read more

Sharing a parking lot with the Cinemark Cinemas in Oakley, this place is more than just convenient, it's worthwhile too. Their menu is pretty typical of wings places. Tradition and boneless wings, along with chicken and fish sandwiches. I had boneless wings with Korean sauce and my wife had a fish sandwich and fries. We shared some pretzel bites. My wings were good, and the bleu cheese upgrade was well worth the extra money, as it was true bleu cheese, thick and chunky, not some bottled salad dressing. The pretzel bites were more like a pretzeled breadstick cut into chunks, served with thick cheese sauce. My wife's fish sandwich was the low light. Very fishy tasting. For the $15 they could have used a better quality fish. This seems like the issue lately with fish sandwiches, regardless of where you get them. Fish is one of the most inexpensive and plentiful sources of protein, why restaurants go for the cheapest they can find boggles my mind. The saving grace of her meal was the garlic cheese fries. They were quite tasty. Our server, Grayson (maybe) did a good job and kept our drinks filled and made sure we got it to the cinema on time. To a certain degree, 2 stars is generous. I've been getting take out regularly given the convenience it offers and now I just come to accept that there is a 75% chance that they are going to make errors. Examples of such include: missing items, getting the wrong items, and items (like sauce) not being appropriately secured and spilling over the whole takeout order. Three in a row is a pretty big deal. Before making the choice to write about it, I of course gave the place a shot to fix it. Fixes were pretty low magnitude in overall, including refunds for missing items and barely an apology. I was told by management that I should remind staff when I call that several errors have been made and that they should not make errors. Surely this would've caught anyone by surprise. The food that I have received was good. Cooked fine and wings are sauced generously. Probably would be more of a 3 to 4 star experience if the staff were more on top of it. read more

Plus I've never run into the terrible service that I've constantly run into at BW3's. That company has a very serious service issue overall..almost every location has overall awful service. I was really excited when Buffalo Wings and Rings opened up a location so close to where I live. The closest one to me before was out in Eastgate..supposedly that branch closed down so this one could open. Kind of a bummer..I always enjoyed the Eastgate location, tucked cozily into the mall's food court. I decided to finally check this place out on my birthday this year. Felt it would be a nice treat after catching a movie at the Cinemark Oakley next door. I was there on a random weekday early afternoon, so needless to say, I was pretty much the only one dining there at the time. The service was really good. It's not really necessarily to be expected when you're the only one there..I've had some of the worst service ever at places under those conditions..because I guess they just forget that you're there at all sometimes. I went with the buffalo chicken dip for and appetizer, and 10 of the boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce. The appetizer was alright. Not one of the better buffalo dips I've tried, but it wasn't bad. The cheese was half melted, and half not. The sauce in it was tangy but not all that flavorful. Overall just ok. The wings were great tho. I like how meatier the wings are here compared to BW3's. There's so much more to them..and the sauce they use is a nice combo of sweet, hot, and tangy. Just overall really tasty and much better than their competitors. Like I said service was good. And overall this place seems to be at a pretty good value for the amount of food you're getting. I ordered all that food because I wanted to have enough for two meals..which I did end up having. But then..I left my leftovers there. I was pretty devastated when I realized it a couple hours later. Nothing to hold against them though, it was my own stupidity. Anywho, would definitely recommend this place..especially over the nearest Buffalo Wild Wings in Rookwood. That place sucks, I'll choose this place over that place any day of the week when I'm in the mood for some chicken wings..for sure. read more

The entire time we were here, 3+ hours (to watch football), the tables were never cleared. Once we finally ordered, we were all handed the wrong order. It took 15+ minutes to get a beer any time we ordered one. Don't get me started on the state of the bathroom.
