Worst experiences in my life and I've never even left a review in my life before until now. But this is the second time with the worst service I've ever received in my life and I mean ever in my life. 1st time I went to this KFC after ordering in the drive thru I was told to pull around and wait for my order which I was cool with. After 20 minutes later of waiting a beat up impala pulled up and a guy came out and knocked on my window threatening me asking me if I was messing with one of his girls. I was like idk what you are even talking about and he said my hoe that works here and I said I'm just waiting on my food. 2nd time I went to this KFC I pulled up to the drive thru and all the menu lights were all out. The woman asked what I wanted. I replied I'm sorry but I can't see the menu because the light are out and it's night time. She tells me to hold on. A couple minutes later she said "yeah I can't do nothing bout that". Which I understood. I then asked how much were the chicken littles. She replied "I don't know". I said you don't know the price and she "yeah I don't know". Then I asked what flavors they had and she said if you're gonna ask all these questions then you can come in your dam self and look. Worst customer service in the whole town. The woman continued to claim she can't hear us and to get off our phones. Ummmmm we weren't on a phone and calling us sweetie doesn't help. Eventually she just lost our order and we left. We didn't order anything and went to Popeyes across the street were they are amazing and understand customer service. Even if this was the last place to eat I I would rather starve then go here ever again. Please hire and train better staff. Because they are absolutely horrible with customers. Guy over the speaker was nice while ordering, asked for clarification on an item and a lady came over the speaker and basically just asked if we wanted it or not..Ended up putting the item we did not want on the ticket and for 2 small meals there was no way my total was $37.. I should have left when the guy taking our order couldn't hear me because the other employees were being too loud so I had to shout my order. We received the wrong order in the drive thru. I called the location and spoke to Crystal. She is the manager and the person who got the order confused. She offered to redo the order if I drove back up there and returned the wrong order. I live over 15 miles away and was not willing to drive a minimum 45 minute round trip to exchange the order. I asked about a refund and was informed I would have to drive back up and return the wrong order to get a refund. Crystal (who was so high she wasn't making any sense) told me that she is A) the most honest manager in the history of KFC B) that she can put my name in the "secret book" for me to get the meal at a later date or C) that she has really nice hands. Since the conversation seemed to be going south and I was not high like Crystal I let her know I didn't want to be in the secret book and would rather her just refund my card. She then stated "well since your coming up here anyway I'll see you in a bit" and hung up the phone on me. Crystal is probably not the person that I want spitting in my food. Hard pass. I hope she gets help one day and I'm not talking about the drive thru. read more

These are the places you drive thru when you're starving at 9:30 on a Sunday and you have 0 interest in cooking. They have too many different varieties of chicken. You can't be everything to everyone. Finding the menu on line was a fruitless task so you just have to wing it ( no pun intended). KFC employees will not ask you what you want for sides which is pretty passive aggressive IMHO. If you don't tell them plan on mashed and slaw. This works for me because that's what I would ask for BUT if you want beans you better let them know! If I'm opting to take another year off my life by eating KFC I like the grilled Georgia Gold which I discovered by ordering out of sheer curiosity. You can get it fried but only extra crispy. Hey life is short and if you're getting fried chicken it's unlikely you're training for the olympics. In closing upon arriving home I discovered I did not have Georgia Gold but whatever they call the doused in cayenne pepper and grease soup variety. I quit going to KFC about six years ago, it took three visits to remember why. Next time I'll get a slim Jim with a bag of pork rinds at 7-11 and be better off for it. read more

So, I really am a KFC lover. However we stopped in here to run thru the drive thru on Saturday... just craving some chicken strips and one of those cute little chicken bowls. We got our order placed after repeating it to the girl in the drive thru 3 different times. I am not sure if she was focused on something else or what? Benefit of the doubt perhaps her headset was messed up or something. So we got to the window, and someone else decided to take over. He was super friendly so that is how they got their second star. When we got home, I found 3 supposed to be chicken strips the size of McDonalds chicken nuggets. I really hope that the economy is not really causing them to cut back like this? The bowl was average, drinks were watered down with too much ice. Maybe it is time for me to switch my love of chicken to another chain.... been wanting to try another one?
