You can build your own or order one of their creations. I also love their pita chips(crunch outside, soft inside, perfection) and I usually do the red pepper hummus with them. When I moved to Oklahoma I was sad to realize that it's difficult to find healthier food options in some areas. But when I heard about Cava I was so excited to try it out and it really hit the spot! I got the spicy falafel bowl and it was absolutely delicious. The falafel was crispy and flavorful without being dry and it came with a load of toppings included with lettuce and rice so it filled me right up. The hummus seems legit homemade. Thick and creamy just like it should be! With just a touch of lemon tang to it. I also tried the blueberry lavender lemonade which I would drink every day if I could! The food was fantastic; the ingredients tasted fresh. With each bite the flavors exploded onto my palate like the Mediterranean boss they know themselves to be: bold, complex, and subtly spicy. I ordered a greens + grains bowl and built my own. I loved the crunch of the pickles, the tartness of the kalamata olives, the sweet and spicy flavors of the grilled chicken, the crunch of the pita crisps, the creaminess of the garlic married with the spiciness of the skhug wrapped up into each and every last bite. Oh, my bowl was a heavenly experience. I can't wait to go back for another Mediterranean flavor party in my mouth. I just had a hard time overlooking the lacking options of their tea/juice situation which they tout as above the rest. They were out of multiple options just before prime dinner time. Also, there wasn't a chance I was going to use their silverware provided for those dining in, I just couldn't find any that appeared to be adequately clean to my (very basic) standards. I was thrilled to find plastic ware available otherwise I would have been taking my dine in order home. All and all, I'll be back as the Mediterranean food experience was top notch. I am so happy Cava opened up near me. I was never a fan of Zoe's so, I was happy for a change. I decided to do a build your own bowl with greens + grains. I opted for the arugula and lentils. I'll admit I had no idea what I was doing, and the employees aren't necessarily helpful. I thought when ordering the greens + grains that there would be a set mixture so, I was kind of just standing there taking up time confused. Anyways, after I chose my base I was able to pick 3 dips/spreads. I chose harissa, red pepper hummus, and tzatziki. Stopped by for dinner with my girlfriend and her family, not too busy on a Tuesday evening. Very clean interior and friendly smiling staff. They were very helpful and kind. I got a bowl with half super greens, half saffron, with the braised lamb as my main protein. The lamb was super juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were refreshing. I also got the lemon herb tahini and it was great. We were served our food in their "for here" bowls and it was the perfect portion. They have all kinds of food and it's fun because you get to see words that you've never seen before. Don't get me wrong, they have words you know like onion, spicy, and chicken but they also have words like harissa, skhug, and slaw. Don't be intimidated by the words or the process. The line will be long so you'll have lots of time to google what stuff is before you tell the very kind and very young staff what you want. I got a salad and it was amazing to make a healthy meal for 1,300 calories. I feel so strong!! The booths are all wood but my bottom did okay since we weren't there for too long. Looooove love CAVA! I've been to once in LA and remember absolutely loving it. It's fast, easy, and more importantly- delicious. I haven't had a bowl from Cava that I didn't love. They always have the freshest ingredients, and they're always flavorful. We got a grain and greens bowl! If you're new to Cava, they have an alternative to rice called Right Rice and it's made of lentils and vegetables. It tastes great and it's a great carb alternative! I love their saffron rice too so that's another grain I get. Protein wise - their meatballs and the chicken is a must. I have yet to try their braised lamb but I'm sure it's great! I love the red pepper hummus, harissa, and tzatziki too! Lots of great dressings to complete your dish with too, but my favorite is the garlic dressing and the tahini Caesar. Tried Cava for the first time today and I was really impressed. The food was fresh and and the bowls are loaded! They do not skimp on the toppings. I came w some friends around noon, and it was very busy. Since it's new, they were kind of slow... but they are super friendly. I got the green and grains bowl w the harrissa honey chicken and everything on it. I also had two dressings on the side and did not have to use it at al bc the food was so flavorful and tasty. Such a shock bc I am a sauce gal! They also have a few good drinks that I didn't try but my friend got it and it looked pretty refreshing. Overall the place was super clean, and the food was fresh. We got there and I looked at the menu and it confirmed my worst fears...weird standard menu items and a "make your own" option that quite frankly is a challenge when you don't know half the flavors. Just terrible customer service. I walk in and there's three girls at the counter. I don't know exactly what they're doing if they're cleaning up getting ready to close we still have 30 minutes till close. They didn't even acknowledge me. They didn't greet me and say hello nothing will be with you in a minute. Nothing they just kept going about their business doing whatever they're doing, I stood there like a moron not one person not one customer they never even asked me what I need and what I want anything I finally just turned around and left.
