Excellent grilled cheese & tomato soup fast-casual restaurant that also serves sides like tater tot's, with good service in a great spacious internal environment with plenty of tables. Recommended and check it out!

Very good sandwich and tasty tomato soup. I got a Bacon Mac and Chee and a cup of the creamy tomato soup. The filling of the sandwich was really good except the bacon was hard to find. Mine was toasted perfectly. The soup was great on a brisk afternoon, (although a little small for the price in my opinion.) Had a pleasant to-go experience.

This place doesn't stand out when you're driving by but Oh my God! Their stuff is so dang good!!!! Plenty of parking. No long line to order. Food prepared in a great timely manner. Employees are friendly and answered all our questions and didn't seem bothered like other employees tend to be in other businesses. The Mac n cheese and the Heavenly BBQ is what my son and I ordered and they were both extremely delicious! Every bite was better than the one before. The place has plenty of seating and good music that had people in line moving side to side. The tables were clean and the food prices are great! Please do yourself a favor and give this spot a try!

This was $5... for 15 tots.

We saw this place on Shark Tank and had to give it a try. After doing so, my only comment is... what were they thinking? The food was meh, the service was horrible, and everything was way overpriced. When we got here no one was in the store during lunch time. Despite this, it took us 23 MINUTES to get the food we ordered. I'm not sure what the employees were doing, I could have made something better in less than half the time. The garlic tots we bought were $5, and for that price I assumed it would be a shareable size. Nope. $5 spent... for 15 tots. Don't waste your money, they were only good for the first few bites. The chicken Asiago melt, which was a whopping $9, advertised "fried chicken" as its protein... but it was clearly just a frozen chicken patty from Walmart. For $9. It tasted horrible no matter how much they doctored it up with sauce. The Grilled Chee Donut, which is supposed to be their specialty, just tasted like a bad donut that cost $4. You can't taste the cheese, and the donut itself had almost no taste. On top of it all, to go to the bathroom, you have to ask the employee to unlock it for you. They will not give you the key if they're busy, so you have to wait for them. This is completely ridiculous. The only other places I have needed to ask for a key to go to the bathroom have been run down gas stations. And when you get it unlocked, the bathrooms here aren't even clean. Don't waste your time or money here. Learn from our mistakes. Seriously, Shark Tank, what were you thinking?

I grabbed this to go, the place is nice and food is made fresh right there when you order. Simple to the point I enjoyed the meal and it's a place that I will most likely go again. I advise looking over the choices and creating your own sandwich. Something you need to you that you'll greatly advise the options. Give a plethora of choices for many different sandwich enjoyments.

You're probably thinking, "Cheese? On a donut? That sounds like a bad combo." But you'd be wrong. I don't know how it works, I'm sure some culinary wizardry is behind it, but it works. It works well. It's really freaking good. Everything was great but the grilled cheese donut is a mandatory order.

Girl that might be the best fuckin Mac & cheese I've had that isn't the main dish/entree item. Driven by this place many times and finally stopped in just to get that mac & cheese bby. Seriously though, it was delicious. Initially I thought the cheese tasted borderline imitation, but once I stirred the bowl it brought the ingredients together and wow! A touch of sweetness or something and I can't figure out what it is but I'm a big fan. It's $5 for a bowl (touch pricey and it's kinda small) BUT absolutely worth trying if you love mac & cheese as much as I do. 4 stars only cause I wish it were cheaper and a slightly bigger size.

The food is good and so is the pricing. 3 meals and 2 kids meals all with drinks was a little over $60. The building is small so seating isn't great. Came out fast and the cashier was nice.

After seeing some great reviews I was pretty disappointed. The grilled cheese wasn't that hot, and didn't think it had enough cheese. The garlic tots were terribly bitter - don't know what it was in the sauce, but it wasn't great. Overall pretty average and not something I'll rush back to.

"That has too much cheese on it." Said no one. Ever. I can't believe it has taken me this long to try Tom and Chee! I mean come on, it's a grilled cheese shop. How have I missed it? Grilled cheese is LIFE. All that matters now is that I have found my one true grilled cheese love. This place has truly stolen a piece of my heart. Don't be surprised if I find every excuse to eat here. Having a bad day? Tom and Chee. Stubbed my toe? Tom and Chee. Feeling sad? Tom and Chee. Quarter life crisis? Tom and Chee. Hungry? Tom and Chee. And they have so many variations and choices! Everything from barbecue, to mac and cheese, to pesto, they have it all! They even have a donut grilled cheese. Yes, you read that right. Donut Grilled Cheese. And do not even think about sleeping on the garlic tots. Those suckers are addicting!

It was hard to know what to order at first because there were so many good things....there are dinner specials, there are flatbread pizzas, there's plenty of eggs all day including platters, Benedicts, omelettes, and all these bowls I ended up getting a steak bowl with scrambled eggs on top of hash browns with hollandaise sauce and grape tomatoes. Very tasty and just right as far as being filling. I asked for a little bit of onion as well and it was just delicious. They have avocado toast cinnamon roll pancakes croissant french toast waffles Belgian waffles so many really good things fried Chicken huevos rancheros avocado breakfast sandwiches I mean you've got a lot. There are a lot of great lunch and dinner items you can get chicken pot pie which everybody craves so often there's roasted turkey there's meatloaf shrimp and grits ribs shepherd's pie teriyaki salmon many many different burgers that look amazing and special sandwiches like a double decker BLT chicken salad croissant Philly cheese steak Metro club and more great salads it looks like and many different sides that you can get. They have regular iced tea and coffee but they always have a flavored one as well, non-sweetened. It's great. The service is very friendly and prompt They have just two desserts one is a bread pudding with lemon and blueberries and the other is a chocolate cake so if you're coming for dinner and dessert just know that you have a couple of choices I don't know if they change or not. There's a lot of different sides like green beans and broccoli and other things that are not only tasty but healthy. The most amazing part is is that the prices are very moderate which is so good that's why it's crowded in here all the time the older crowd and people with families come to this place. And then also people that maybe just want to come and talk to a friend in a cute little booth. It's definitely a recommended place to be.

After 40 minutes I finally asked my server to physically go check on it. She disappeared into the kitchen for 10 minutes, then came back with the manager. Turns out my server had rung in a cocktail instead of my salad. Fine -- mistakes happen. What's not fine is that the manager's solution was to ask me to pay the difference because the salad cost more. I'd been sitting there for an hour. I said no thanks, cancel the order. On my way out I overheard the manager tell the bartender "don't worry about it" -- apparently already moving on while I was still standing there with no food and no apology. The kids were so excited to get dressed up and experience a fancy restaurant together, so unfortunately, the evening was incredibly disappointing. Our service was terrible from start to finish. Our waitress only came to check on us twice, and our drinks were barely refilled. There seemed to be plenty of servers and staff working, so we couldn't understand why our table was consistently overlooked. It genuinely felt like our table was being intentionally avoided. The servers bringing around the meat would see that our cards were green and, based on their actions, would repeatedly go around our table without stopping. We've been to Brazilian steakhouses before, and our plates were never left empty. Here, we were constantly waiting and trying to get someone's attention. The restaurant itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service was some of the worst we've ever experienced. My husband was extremely upset by the end of the meal. He is not someone who likes to complain or make a scene at a restaurant, which made it even more disappointing to see how frustrated he was. At the end of the meal, they gave us the dessert menu, but then we were ignored for another 30 minutes. At that point, we decided not to order dessert and simply wanted to leave. Our children are well behaved, and we were especially disappointed because we felt that our family wasn't treated with the level of service we deserved. We chose this restaurant hoping to make our birthday celebrations special and create a fun experience for our kids. Instead, we left feeling ignored and disappointed. I'm truly sad that what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration ended this way. Based on our experience, we will not be returning, and I would encourage families with young children to consider their options carefully before choosing this restaurant

With much delay again, we placed our orders, the salad I order came incorrectly, I orders and spinach salad and received a caesar salad; they forgot the salad my friend ordered until after the main course came and she had to remind the waiter who had not placed that order at all.
