I've never been so disappointed to where I had to write a review before, but here I am. First off, meal was $6.83 after tax and when I pulled up to the window they said $7.05. Then they forgot to ask what side I wanted, partially my fault for not remembering, but didn't get the side I wanted. My drink was terribly carbonated and undrinkable and my chicken was just mediocre at best. I wouldn't review this so low if other KFCs weren't so much better. If you go into the dining room and eat there, the accuracy is 100%. If you do take away or drive through, the accuracy drops to 5%. This location is 0 for 5 in drive through accuracy. Train them better. #10 original with corn and wedges does NOT mean extra crispy with slaw and mashed. There is a REASON I don't get your mashed potatoes. They are like soup. If I wanted potato soup, I would go to Charlestons down the road. No chicken?!!! No apoogies!!! Wow. Waited 25 min on a Saturday night at 7:45p to get up to the ordering speaker just find out the only thing we wanted to order, Tenders both plain and the new Nashville flavor, was out and all they were frozen and wouldnt be available to me!?! Really!?! You are a CHICKEN restaurant. How can you have 2 competitors within 200 yds of that dont even cook the chicken until you order it that manage to one, never run out of chicken, but two, get you in and out in under 10 minutes at the most. How poorly of a run store doesnt realize they are running low on such a key menu item? Not only did they they not have what i am wanting, but after telling me that go straight to is there anything else i would like, no apologies, just is there anything you would like? When I informed him no, all i received was "ok, thank you, have a good night." I then had to wait another 15 minutes just to get out of the line so i could go across the street to Chickfila. Im not sure if this is a management issue, as there is review below from almost 2 years ago with the same issue; or if this is an overall KFC issue since we havent had KFC in almost 10 yrs. Either way will never return to this KFC or any other when there are so many other options that are consistently quick and produce the same level of product every time. Employees had the dinning room closed and locked at 8:45 w/ a stated 10 pm closing time in the door. Went through drive thru employees had music playing thru the speaker as they tried to take my order of a number 1, 2 sides and a bowl. Nothing was ready had to wait 30 minutes for food to be brought to car. Hope the owners get some actual adults to manage this place because it's truly being run into the ground. read more

DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Went through the drive through, took them forever to respond to order...then they had us pull up and gave our order to someone else and brought us a wrong order. After 20 minutes of waiting finally got our food and it wasn't even CORRECT but we said F it because we were hungry and tired of waiting. The staff had ZERO sense of urgency about an F'ed order or the situation. As I waited inside for our order (I'm the only one in there outside of staff) I hear of the guys tell a person in the drive through "Ma'am can you hold a moment, we're really busy at the moment and short staffed" total BS!! Oh! My wife said the mashed potatoes tasted awful. KFC ...you really need to check on this location... new management might help but having been in retail and the service industry for over 20 years new staff is in order!! read more

Dirty! Trash in the floor and staff looked unkept and clueless...probably my worst experience at a KFC. No ice in the ice machine. After the young lady took our order she ran outside, I guess to see someone, and left me standing there...I had to ask another member for our 3 cups. Landing here on a Sat. you would think they would have thought ahead and been prepared...nope. NO CHICKEN!!!! no fried chicken. I was told to wait while they made more, why should I wait when they should have some time management in place? but I did and when it was ready they gave it to catering order. Literally the WORST customer service. Always rude & always almost out of something, no matter what you order. Tonight, I was continuously cut-off mid sentence while ordering. 16 pc family meal with 4 sides, biscuits and some extras. Got it home, 4 miles away, only to find the order was not correct. Looked for the receipt to discover that there wasn't one. Looked up the store on the Internet to see what I needed to do. I was told to bring in the wrong items and that they would "fix" it. I told them that I didn't want to drive back to the store tonight, as it was 4 miles away. They told me that they would replace the order @ no charge the next time I was in but, just be sure to bring in my receipt. I informed them that I didn't receive a receipt and was told that they ALWAYS give a receipt and that I must have lost it. I returned to the store for them to "fix" it. I returned the incorrect order that I received and then I received my correct refund, IN FULL. Now the problem is FIXED! read more

The service at the window of the drive-up was horrible and rude and, of course, they always demand payment before they hand you your order, then you are at their mercy. Idk what it is but everytime I go to ANY KFC I never get a receipt from them!! But anywho I know I don't even expect for KFC food to be fresh how ever I still like it a lot.
