Friendly staff. Picked up to go food. They offer curbside . However when you are on hold 7+ mins in the parking spots designated for curbside..you get tired of waiting and go in to get your food .... Accurate order - nope. Ordered 16 wings got 8. I should have known something was up when the container had 8 smudged out and 16 written over it. Cheese sticks were cold. Maybe they got pulled earlier than the pizza? The online ordering made it easy.. Easy in and out of the parking lot. They had hand sanitizer station so that was nice. We ordered takeout pizza a few days ago. My husband had seen commercials about the spicy pepperoni pizza and wanted to try it. We also ordered a ham, hamburger and black olive pizza. I like the sauce light so I put that in my order. There was NO sauce on it at all. The pizza was good but did need some sauce. My husband likes lots of sauce and his had almost no sauce even though he hadn't put that in the order. He said it was really good but would have been awesome if it had more sauce on it. This has been my local carry out joint for a few years and usually they are very good and very consistent. My last visit however was the opposite. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese and my pizza was dry as a bone. Very unhappy with this visit, too many competitors out there not to train your cooks to read the order and follow the recipe. Watch out for this location. Ordered pizza that arrived lukewarm and missing a portion of the order. When I called the manager, Josh, he told me he could not refund the money for the missing food unless I drove to HIM and showed him the physical card. He stated he was able to charge my card without seeing the physical card, but, conveniently, could not refund my card with holding it in his hand. This is not the first time this location has sent cold/wrong food and I would not recommend them to anyone. Absolutely terrible service, shoddy business practices, and poor food. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of this location. Watch out - they want to take your money for food they don't provide and then make it as difficult as possible to receive a refund. read more

What is the point of a rewards program that won't reward you? Rewards program that's only online won't let you order a delivery online. I called the store to complain and the idiot manager whose name is Randy gave me the number for their internal computer help desk. I finally ordered from REVOLVE PIZZA up on Memorial. I ordered a large hand tossed. Firstly, as I walked out the door I thought to myself "this doesn't smell like a pizza.." Ok, it was but...when I opened the pizza it was a thin crust. I called and was told it was indeed a "hand tossed." I explained there could not be a thin crust if this was a hand tossed. There could not be one thinner. I did take a few bites and I was right the taste was as the smell. Just not the smell of a good pizza. I took it back and asked to see a "thin" crust. When I pointed out that they were exactly the same he explained the crust along the outside was the difference. This is not the hand tossed pizza I have had many times from the PH off NW Expwy, but admittedly, I have been off pizzas for a while. Needless to say I left fairly angry, came home, ate one more piece and gave the rest to the dogs... The man at the counter was very nice. But I should have been offered a refund minus the cost of the piece I ate. Soooooo, save your money and get a DiGiorno's in the frozen section at your favorite grocery store. read more

It"s 9:10 PM I called store and they say they only have One driver with them? And wait for 30 more minutes.
