Ordered a 12 piece chicken 'tenders' online. There was nothing tender about the chicken. It was dried out as if it had been sitting out for days. Absolute waste of money. This is the worst KFC meal I have ever been served. read more

Food was good. Ordered 3 piece tender meal bur received 4 pieces. Food was served in a tray instead of the boxes like they used to. Not sure if it's all KFCs or just this one. This is the best KFC I've been to in Jersey. The chicken is always fresh. I used to go to a KFC near by and the oil always tastes like the fry oil hasn't been changed in a while BUT at this location, the staff is fast, friendly and the food tastes great. This is the only location I go to now. read more

No napkins given, no straw, biscuits hard as a rock, drink was mostly ice 3/4 of the way up, chicken and veggies in general didn't taste very good. Usually I like KFCs. Unhappy. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. I worked in this kfc since I was 14 years old till I turned 19 and customer service and upper management were on point. I went to today to place my usual order that I been getting over 10 years. Strips dipped in the bbq sauce from the back . The manager on duty wanted to charge me 16 bucks just to dip my chicken. So I told him I been getting the same order over the past 10 years and kumar, lara and Amira knows me. His response was will you could come back when they r working to get ur order. I ordered using Grubhub they cancelled my order so I reorder from doordash 50 minutes later when the driver got to the Resturant they lied and said there was no doordash order refused to make the order and then proceeded to cancel my order ! Do NOT go here. This KFC always messes up my order or they forget to put something in the bag. This is why I stopped going through the drive-through. But alas, that didn't stop them from mucking up my order, inside. I would order specific types and pieces of chicken and they put whatever they want into my order, or whatever's closest, who knows. read more

I always get a good experience here. The place is clean and spacious, with help from the employees working here. I do see people giving employees a hard time though. It's amazing to see a portion of customers be petty about fast food. Food here is fresh and hot, and if you ask about promotions it's usually a good deal for families. Service is fast! I ordered so much food and employees gave it to me quickly. Price is a little above average depending if you're not going for the normal meal, but we're talking about real chicken that's freshly cooked on site, not precooked and reheated. read more

Stopped there for a quick dinner take out. They had $5 meals. I asked if I get the 3 strip meal can I get something in place if the soda it comes with 3 strips a biscuit a side & a cookie. Yes u can. So I ordered the $5 meal without soda And a side of mac & cheese. This cost me $6.99 & I didn't even get a cookie. So if I ordered with soda it would have been cheaper. I think it was wrung alacart. First of all this place looks like the inside of mr. Krabb's boat. Second of all I got food poisoning I've never been to a Kentucky fried chicken before so I had some pretty high expectations of this southern cooking they speak of. I got some kind of popcorn chicken and yes it was ball shaped but tasted NOTHING like popcorn this was highly misleading. My god i literally had to karate kick the urinal due to the bathrooms nastyness. Toilets were stained brown, urine was just there because no one wanted to flush.
