This is the end of my McDonald's journey I fell while 4 months pregnant at this location coming from the park and ride going to up the stairs mind you it was dark. I am a chronic pain fighter and I have pregnancy pains so I have to take my medication I had to eat something everything happened so fast so I didn't say anything to them when I got the fries I went and get checked out had a little sprained ankle. I reported the issue no one called me I had to call them and let them know what happened just so they can be aware and fix the lights. They finally called in December and someone investigated it lol I had to call after a whole month and something to say the lights was working fine on both ends and there was no negli on their end which my friend was there and saw it was dark even the next day it was dark. All of a sudden now the lights work not a single soul cared about my well being or my child to just pick up a phone and called to make sure we was okay that's it just a call couldn't be place. It was my fault I should have taken a picture that's exactly what she asked me if I did then I have no proof lol that it was negligence. This place will never see my money ever again I don't even care if it's the last food place on earth how many points I got if that's the way you treat your customers if I had God forbid lost my baby or my life what would they have told my family or my little princess they are sorry or it wasn't on them it's life you live and you learn my fall may be something small and not important to them but God don't sleep I leave it in his hands now. read more

I've eaten here plenty of times. I just get my usual cheeseburger but today it came out very flat taking it out the bag and doesn't even taste all that good. Then, when i received the chocolate milkshake, my mom looked at the milkshake and the worker asked what was wrong. On 10/27/19 I didn't have the best experience ; I believe the woman that helped me was Chane ( I didn't receive a receipt so I don't know, I got the name from the person that gave me my order ) literally kept telling me that they didn't have apple pies . Now as someone who working for Anthony Marinello for 5 years , I was disappointed that she didn't offer to put the apple pies in the oven, she continued to state that it would take too long and that they were closing soon. I placed my order at 1045PM , if you close at 11PM You would have time to bake the apple pies. Either way as person who started their career in customer service by working at McDonald's and then transferring to a larger company , I was sadden to see that she didn't go the extra mile . 4/14/2019 8:30pm Worst McDonald's drive thru experience I've ever had. We placed our order at 8:30pm it literally took 30 mins to get to the front of the line (4 cars) to get our food. The drive thru associate said they are short staffed and only have 2 people. During our wait numerous cars behind us decided to cut and run. One of the frustrating parts was one of them actually parked and got their food before us. Think about that for a minute we waited 30 mins, and the car that was two cars behind us was able to get their order first. This shows they don't prioritize people based on wait time. The service at this McDonald's is garbage. When we finally got our food it was wrong, missing sauces, missing our ice cream. I even suggested that they shut down the sit down area if they cant properly serve there customers and I was told they don't at 11pm. Seemed to fly right over the girls head. Personally I'm not going to eat at this place ever again. Not that McDonald's is known for quality, but the idea of fast food was completely ignored here tonight. Hope this place goes out of business. read more

Yeah, I know. Am I really rating a McDonald's? I generally only go to McDonald's as a once-in-awhile treat for the kids. I don't know what's happened over the years, but the McDonald's of my childhood always seemed to taste a lot better than what they serve today. I'm sure my tastebuds have changed for the better over the years, but there was a time when a Big Mac served as a guilty pleasure when no one was looking. Now, not so much. This McDonald's is actually very nice inside, with an indoor playground that is surprisingly clean. But it ends there, as everyone behind the counter is completely inept. For a fast food restaurant, the line moves at a maddeningly slow pace. Both registers were plagued with computer glitches that the cashiers couldn't figure out. And when I finally got my order, it was wrong. This was one of the first times I almost demanded my money back, ready to walk out. An extra star because if there's one saving grace left for Mickey D's it's their sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. And at least my hash browns were hot and crispy right out of the fryer. Ok I've heard horror stories from other parents about the play area so needless to say, I do not let my daughter play there. The drive thru constantly screws up orders, and I don't order a lot, usually just a happy meal for my little McDonald's lover!! Today the people there were super nice but there was a table there of high school boys who just left all their garbage at the table and the women working there were scolding them and saying things to them. Which in their defense the boys were completely obnoxious but you don't carry on like that and make a mockery of yourself either. Everything was fine with the order....Unfortunately we had to deal with a female backing up her car in reverse nearly hitting my car...We had to drive around her since she was blocking the entrance and her male passenger got out of the car and started making lude gestures and disrespectful comments about my late mother... McDonald's headquarters were contacted the next day and said they were sorry with what happened...Management from this store emailed me back first asking if it was one of there employees that was backing up...
