    Honey..KFC shrunk their chicken..
    Scott E.

WHERE THE CHICKEN???? This review is not about the taste, how clean or friendly staff is...this is the downsizing of the chicken KFC has chosen to use. I got the $20 fill up.. the problem is the size of the chicken won't fill you up. Each piece was under 5 inches in length. I had one leg and finished it in 3 bites. This seems to be a common theme with KFC. Will not be going to any KFC until they buy a better quality of chicken in size. My suggestion is on Monday's Albertsons has cheap chicken dinner meal for half the price. Friday's Safeway has the same deal. Their chicken is just a tasty and twice as big as what you would get here. Don't waste your money on chicken here... Albertsons or Safeway it better UPDATE. I posted this on Twitter also and within 30 minutes I was in contact with customer service. Have a voucher coming. Let me be clear the size of the chicken is not the local store issue. This is a corporate office issue. The store can only buy from Corp office. The local store is great, Corp office needs to change what they are buying and sending out to the store for the consumer

    Cheese Curds and Caramel Sauce

Just want to give a huge thank you and shout out to this KFC/A&W for their outstanding customer service, and willingness to accommodate me. I'm normally not one of those people who demand for something that used to be on the menu, but ever since I've tried the caramel cheese curds, I haven't been able to stop getting them. This is coming from a guy who ate KFC maybe once a year. Now I go once a month lol The KFC/A&W in Clackamas has an employee that works the drive-thru speaker (not the sweet young girl at the window; some older rude woman) that even though they have hot caramel, refused to do anything to get me a side of it to dip my cheese curds in. She says there is no hot caramel button. I even offered to buy a sundae and put the sauce on the side. She kept telling me no, and as a friendly guy who works food industry (server/bartender), I couldn't wrap my head around why they couldn't charge me for it if they have it? So for the 5th time, I drove to THIS KFC/A&W location to get my cheese curds with a side of Caramel. They happily charged me for the sauce and gave it to me. So amazing job on the great service. I really really appreciate it!

I'd like to apologize in advance to my wife because I may have taken a year off my life choking down the doublicious chicken sandwich today. I was hungry and this KFC was close and well...is there really any excuse for ingesting a fried piece of plastic disguised as a chicken patty? Right...not great, but on the bright side...the staff was really nice

Not sure the photo does justice to how raw the breading was. But definitely not appetizing!

Stopped in for a Spicy Chicken sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the French fries. Better than both McDs and BK. Nice bathrooms.

What I like the most at KFC is the chicken potpie. It's really big and a good price and very filling. I love the yummy crust!

It gives old school drive in vibes and the prices are pretty reasonable. Our service was good and the food came out fairly quickly. We sat inside and they brought the order to our table. As far as food, I don't think there was anything bad about it, but I also don't know if there is anything special about it either. Overall would come back if I was in the area, but don't think I would go out of my way for it.

I've wanted to like Mike's Drive-In because it's a local institution, but after years of visiting,…read morethey still seem to have the same recurring problem: they can't consistently get a simple custom order right. Yesterday I stopped in with my daughter and her best friend for Sunday lunch before a movie. We ordered three burger baskets and three milkshakes, and the bill was nearly $60, which is about what I'd expect these days. At that price, though, I also expect accuracy. Ordering wasn't complicated, yet we stood at the register for around 10 minutes while the cashier struggled to enter the order. The only customization on my burger was a double cheeseburger with two slices of American cheese on each patty (four slices total), bacon, and extra vegetables. I've had problems here before with them substituting cheddar instead of American cheese, and unfortunately it happened again. When my burger arrived, it had only one slice of cheese and the extra vegetables were missing. The bun was barely toasted and appeared to have been run through a conveyor toaster instead of being grilled on the flat top. The fries were ordinary frozen fries, and the tater tots weren't anything memorable either. To be fair, they have improved one thing over the years by switching to fresh beef, and that's a noticeable step up. The burger has the potential to be very good if the kitchen paid closer attention to the details. Since we were hungry and on our way to a movie, I didn't ask for the burger to be remade. I simply showed it to the employee at the counter and explained that it wasn't what I ordered. She asked if I wanted it remade, but because we were short on time I asked if they could instead provide a gift card for a future visit. After we finished eating, she told me she'd spoken with the manager, who was working the grill. Their solution was to offer me a $1 gift card. A one-dollar gesture on a nearly $60 order after serving the wrong burger doesn't communicate that customer satisfaction matters. Mistakes happen. What keeps customers coming back is how those mistakes are handled. I genuinely want to support local businesses, but after repeatedly receiving the wrong cheese on my burger and then being offered a $1 gift card to make it right, I left disappointed. I hope management focuses not only on food quality but also on order accuracy and customer service. I'm not suggesting that people shouldn't go to Mike's. This is an attempt to help them improve their business and the experience that I have next time. Thanks for listening.

But I was in town with some time to kill, so naturally this was my lunch choice, and it did not disappoint. The ambiance of the place really sets the tone, and those coney dogs with meat sauce and onions just hit the spot perfectly. Nothing has changed in 40 years, save the price maybe. They still give you a card from a standard deck of cards to represent your order number when your food is ready. In my humble fat man's opinion, this very well could be the best coney dog west of the Mississippi. Prost!

We went into the restaurant, to avoid the very long line in the drive thru. However, I noticed, while in the dining area, that the drive thru does move pretty quickly. The dining area is really large with lots of tables. It was fairly busy on a Saturday evening, which we expected. It seems well maintained and kept as clean as possible for such a busy place. Our server at the counter seemed like he was a newer employee but we worked everything out and he was very friendly. We chose a spicy and original sandwich meals with fries. Plus, added some chicken nuggets to try with some sauces. Everything came to our table quickly, served hot, and delivered by 2 very friendly servers. Everything was delicious! The chicken is hot, juicy and tasted great. The fries are seasoned great and the nuggets are well above the standard. The blasphemous part, I don't like chick-fil-a sauce. It just wasn't good! The honey mustard was so much better. The menu prices are very reasonable for the quality for chicken being served. Most other fast food restaurants are comparable in price now for their "fancy" sandwiches. I really enjoyed our meal and we'll be back again soon.

When we went, the restaurant semi busy inside, but the drive-thru lane had cars wrapped around. We put in order for couple of deluxe sandwiches, fries, Mac & cheese, fruit bowl and sodas. One of the staff member brought the full order to our table in few minutes. All items had the amazing CFA taste. Loved the big chicken pieces inside fluffy buns. The mac & cheese was delicious. All the fruits in the bowl were good too. The sadas also had proper fizz and taste. The staff members were so friendly thru out the dinner. Overall we loved our dinner experience at this store.
