Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal with a side of Mac and a lemonade with some ranch and kfc sauce to dip in. Got fries instead of Mac, Pepsi zero instead of lemonade, and no dipping sauce. WHERE THE CHICKEN???? This review is not about the taste, how clean or friendly staff is...this is the downsizing of the chicken KFC has chosen to use. I got the $20 fill up.. the problem is the size of the chicken won't fill you up. Each piece was under 5 inches in length. I had one leg and finished it in 3 bites. This seems to be a common theme with KFC. Will not be going to any KFC until they buy a better quality of chicken in size. My suggestion is on Monday's Albertsons has cheap chicken dinner meal for half the price. Friday's Safeway has the same deal. Their chicken is just a tasty and twice as big as what you would get here. Don't waste your money on chicken here... Albertsons or Safeway it better UPDATE. Just want to give a huge thank you and shout out to this KFC/A&W for their outstanding customer service, and willingness to accommodate me. I'm normally not one of those people who demand for something that used to be on the menu, but ever since I've tried the caramel cheese curds, I haven't been able to stop getting them. This is coming from a guy who ate KFC maybe once a year. Now I go once a month lol The KFC/A&W in Clackamas has an employee that works the drive-thru speaker (not the sweet young girl at the window; some older rude woman) that even though they have hot caramel, refused to do anything to get me a side of it to dip my cheese curds in. She says there is no hot caramel button. I even offered to buy a sundae and put the sauce on the side. She kept telling me no, and as a friendly guy who works food industry (server/bartender), I couldn't wrap my head around why they couldn't charge me for it if they have it? So for the 5th time, I drove to THIS KFC/A&W location to get my cheese curds with a side of Caramel. They happily charged me for the sauce and gave it to me. So amazing job on the great service. I usually go here and get corn dog nuggets but the last two times I switched it up and got the spicy mac n cheese and the first time I received it not spicy and only four pieces of chicken and this time the Mac n cheese was FILLED with grease. We ordered a plain cheese burger and paid for a plain cheese burger and then they gave us a papa burger with tomatoes and everything on it. We took it to the front and they said that the cheese burger has that stuff on it. Okay? And the picture on the menu clearly doesn't have all that on it, but they kept telling us it had it. It's not often that you get to write a positive review about a fast food restaurant but I finally am getting my opportunity. We went there late last nigh around 11 pm. In the drive through the person taking our order has to explain that they were out of several items and that a cook didn't show up for the even so they had a limited menu. It turned out to be the manager of the restaurant taking orders and doing some limited cooking. The food is not five stars (let's be honest here), but the customer service was outstanding. And in a time where quality customer service seems to be a rarity, this was a welcome surprise! read more

Never got served! Not one of the workers even acknowledged that we were standing there. There was one employee on her cell phone and hanging signs in the windows. She looked at us and then turned around and continued to talk on her cell phone! An Uber driver comes in and they had his order ready to go! When we walked out, nobody even said a word to us, they never acknowledged us at any time! Will never go back there again! Food is what you expect - cooked a while ago, sitting in a warmer waiting for some poor schlub to come and order it. Staff eating just on the other side of the counter is gross. So I just bought another meal forgiving KFC for the brown cabbage cole slaw I received last order. I think this particular location holds their sides for way too long for shelf life. They need more earlier "sell by" dates.. The potato wedges taste like they dont change deep fryer oil often stale too. Biscuits are delicious as always. I haven't been to a KFC since they stopped selling the grilled chicken, but I decided to stop and pick up lunch on my way back to work. I ordered the K16 (chicken breast meal) and added a mac n cheese. Drove back to work to start my lunch. Opened my meal and saw I had a chicken thigh- not a breast in my meal box. I was not very happy. I didn't have time to go back and correct the problem. So I fed the chicken to my boss's dog. The portions on mash potatoes and the mac n cheese are much smaller than they use to be. My mac n cheese wasn't even full. The biscuit was also over baked. Very let down on the quality of their food.
