He asked for sauce and she said sauce doesn't come with the meal. So if it's the sauce I want for my meal why can't I have it? Absolutely TERRIBLE food and customer service! I stopped by against my better judgement because I wanted biscuits and the kids wanted French fries. I ordered my food and pulled to the window to pay. The guy informed me I would need to pull forward (there was no one behind me), wait a couple minutes, then pull back around so I could retrieve my food. Once I received my food I checked the bag, there were no biscuits so I pulled back around and told them. Between two employees and the manager they could not figure out what to do because they only had three biscuits left. They told me I would have to wait a bit and I told them I already had waited for my order (which was cold and nasty). The manager then asked, "Well, what do you want me to do?" My fiancé and I came here since Popeyes recently closed and the Publix has been closed for months and I regret it. We went through the drive through and the staff almost seemed annoyed to have us. We left the Disney parks with our 1hr old son and we're heading to White Castle through a very bad storm that rolled on through. After seeing the ad for their new boneless chicken we thought we'd give it a try. Been here once before and thought the dining room was nasty so decided to use the drive thru tonight. At the drive thru menu speaker we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming voice. We saw that the new boneless was listed as just a meal and asked if it were possible to get a bucket of that style. The speaker replied back we could so we ordered that with some sides. The order was read back correctly to us and we pulled forward to pay, grab the food and go. Check out was friendly and quick. Our food arrived fast at the window and we were on way home with dinner for the family and watch some TV. Arriving home is when we discovered that our order was incorrect. We had a bucket of chicken but it was not boneless and it was not the only thing wrong. The biscuits were rocks, the cole slaw out of date by their own sticker, and potatoes cold and one big lump. We were so disappointed that we hardly ate any of it. This trip turned out to be a huge waste of time and money. It was too far to be driving back to have the order corrected and they should have been at least good enough to get something right within the order. I really really enjoyed the food here. The service was fantastic. They asked me if I wanted to donate a dollar to charity. They were so polite, I had to say yes. Last night 8/18/19 at exactly 11:26 pm, we came from a long drive and wanted some KFC. We visited the closest KFC to my house as I know they close at 1 AM and attempted to do the drive thru. We were the only ones there. The person at the restaurant said via the speaker " We are out of tenders and sandwiches and we have a 40 minute wait on all our chickens" so obviously we said " OK ,Thank you" . Be sure you don't get confused on which number meal you want because the staff ("manager") will berate you over the drive-thru speaker. Then, when asked the name of the person that shouted over the speaker, was told that it was "Janet, the manager". Suddenly, "Janet" shouts, "that's right - it's my store - take my name, I don't care". After my daughter related this interaction to me, I called and went to the store. I Order a meal through KFC's website and the order was late, and not only it being late the order was completely wrong. I immediately call the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She was rude and would not give me her name for one, and when I told her that I did not receive my complete order she told me I was a Liar and that she had double check the order herself and it was right when it left. Here's the problem, when I ask her , you said you double check the order, then why was there a item in the order that I did not even order? Then she replied well I did make a mistake with giving you something you did not order. She is contradicting herself !! How did she double check the order and still get it wrong. And when I pointed out to her that I did not receive one of the main items I ordered she refused to admit that she made a mistake. The item simply was not there and she called me a liar when I told her so. Kfc did not own up to making a mistake, and instead of just owning up and saying No problem we'll just replace the order, the mgr called me a liar, refused to make right what she made wrong, refused to give me her name, refused to give me the district mgrs name. She is a poor excuse of a mgr., no people skills at all. I ordered through KFC website, it's not the consumers fault it there is a mix up, a miss communication with the employees and the GrubHub driver. We are the customers, if something happens wrong it's up to the restaurant and Grubhub to fix it not us.. We should not be called liars, and be argued with by the mgrs of the restaurants. I will make sure I tell everyone I know NOT to support that location, and I will never spend a dime there again. This is one of the worse experiences I had with a restaurant in a long time.
