They literally had a team member's car block off the parking lot to prevent anymore cars from coming in into the line. While all the other fast food chains on the same street continues to accept customers. WHO DOES THIS??? ZERO stars if I could. Their corporate office should be aware of this. Unacceptable. Especially in a tourist city such as Orlando.

Had the Box combo, came with 4 fingers which were quite delicious. Also came with fries and some really super delicious coleslaw. Love the ice tea here. It is really good. Glad I gave Canes another try. Hopefully this location will maintain the high food quality standards. This location is new and huge. Got to revisit in a few months to see how it holds up.

I don't usually go out of my way for fast food. But today? I did. I made the trip. I committed…read more Because when it comes to Raising Cane's, I'm usually all in. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.

Raising Canes is a fast casual quick service restaurant serving chicken. This is their specialty. They have a small variety offering chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and the best crinkle cut fries. It's a simple menu but delivers!! We had not been there before so the wonderful guy at the register suggested we order the Box. He said it gives you the best variety. It came with chicken tenders, coleslaw, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast and their signature dip, the Canes Sauce. Their chicken tenders are crispy but not super bready. They were very good. It was a nice thick piece of chicken. The fries were very crispy and the Texas toast was delicious. Their signature sauce is their only sauce. It had a little kick of pepper to it but was a really good sauce for the tenders. It was creamy and really yummy. Overall this was a great place. We don't typically eat fast food much but I think we will be back for a quick meal. Everything was hot and delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly. This location has inside seating as well as a lot outside. They also have a drive thru as well. Really great food! Thank you Raising Canes, we will be back!

So going into to this I was looking forward to it. When arriving the first thing I noticed is the prime location on International Drive. Lots of hotels near by and foot traffic. The second thing I noticed was the drive thru. It's a large size drive thru, which gives me the sense that it will be busy during lunch or prime eating times. The restaurant is on the smaller side. Think the dining room can fit about 40 people. The menu itself is tight and is broken down to four categories: -Combos: The Box: 4 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, regular fountain drink-The Caniac: 6 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, 2 cane's sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, regular fountain drink-The 3 Finger: 3 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, Texas toast, regular fountain drink-The Sandwich: 3 chicken fingers, cane's sauce, lettuce, toasted bun, crinkle cut fries, regular fountain drink-The Kids: 2 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, kids size drink -Talegates: Chicken fingers that come in 25 pieces comes with 8 cane's sauce, 50 pieces comes with 16 cane's sauce , 75 pieces comes with 25 cane's sauce, 100 pieces comes with 33 cane's sauce; each would come with a jug of lemonade, unsweet tea, sweet tea -Drinks: Lemonade, fresh squeezed everyday; Unsweet Tea, fresh brewed daily; Sweet Tea, fresh brewed daily; Half tea & Half Lemonade; Fountain drinks My wife and I each got the box and a unsweet tea. The chicken itself is succulent, it has a nice crispy outside, the chicken fingers are larger than I expected. The crinkle fries were perfectly salted and hot. The coleslaw tasted good too, this coming from someone that isn't a coleslaw fan. The Cane's sauce is absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of it. All in all it was a fantastic experience. The staff were truly nice and informative about the menu. We definitely will be returning.

The fish was hot, crispy, and perfectly flaky on the inside. The batter had a great crunch without feeling too heavy, and the fries were well-seasoned and addictive. It's classic fish and chips done really well, and it's easy to see why the spot is so popular. The Biscoff shake was a highlight of the meal. It was thick, creamy, and packed with that signature caramelized cookie flavor. It felt indulgent and made for the perfect sweet treat alongside the savory meal. Service was quick and efficient, and the line moved faster than expected despite the crowd. The vibe is casual, modern, and energetic, making it a great stop for a quick meal while exploring the ICON Park area. The open kitchen and lively atmosphere add to the experience and make it fun to watch the food being prepared. Overall, a satisfying meal with crispy fish, flavorful fries, and an excellent shake. After my visit I can confirm: that's exactly right. Let's start with the good, because some of it is genuinely great. The space is clean and well maintained, with staff actively clearing and resetting tables at an impressive pace. For a fast casual concept, the fact that food is brought directly to your table is a thoughtful touch that elevates the experience above its category. And then there are the fries. My stomach is practically rumbling typing this. Freshly fried, crispy and golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and served piping hot. They're genuinely hard to compare to anything else -- unique enough to stand on their own. If Chicken Guy sold only fries, I'd be a loyal regular. The chicken, though -- the whole reason for the name -- left me with questions. Hot and fresh, absolutely. But the interior had a wateriness that crossed from "juicy" into something that actually diluted the flavor. Combined with a sweet and sour sauce so thin it refused to cling to the tenders, the whole thing fell a little flat. I found myself wondering whether the chicken had been moisture-injected, because it tasted more hydrated than flavorful. In the Orlando heat that might technically be a feature -- but a good tender should be able to stand on its own before the sauce ever enters the picture. I'd return -- the fries alone make it worth it. But I'd experiment with a different sauce and temper expectations on the chicken itself.

Our food came out relatively fast as it is a quick service restaurant but that's when it fell short as all of the food we ordered was lukewarm like you could tell it all had been sitting for a while as to the point of where it really lacked had this been hotter I'm sure it would have been better. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad had it been hot I can see the flavors coming out more as it was a decent sized piece of chicken with some of the spicy sauce and some bread and butter pickles which I did find to be a surprise as not many places use those pickles on a chicken sandwich. My lady said her chicken pieces were also lukewarm and she said that had they been hot that they would have been significantly better as it fell the same way with the yuca fries as those too were lukewarm and just left her looking for warmer food. The empanada was probably the warmest item that we received it was ok as it had a decent flavor to it but it lacked a lot of chicken as it felt like it was mostly sauce which was definitely underwhelming at most. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and busy working and cleaning and just seemed to be enjoying their shift which is definitely a plus as I know how it can get in a QSR environment. Even though this had nothing to do with the restaurant I do have to say that this random guy came in and was like arguing with the staff about using the restroom this is after he came over and took some paper towels from the employee's roll who was cleaning the windows kinda random but it was kinda amusing to watch them while we ate. One other thing I noticed here was that there was no trash can at all which I'm very much so not a fan of as I'm not for leaving my plates on the table for someone to clean it up at a fast food restaurant as that's something I prefer to do myself. Overall the food here definitely fell short as I'm not into getting lukewarm food a chicken sandwich should me piping hot when you first bite into it so it's for these reasons I highly doubt that I'll ever come back.
