Great dinner and beautiful restaurant!!! The service was amazing! Loved everything!! I ordered the burger which wasn't even on the menu! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone needing a good place for dinner.
Still one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando. Located in the Ritz. Jacky was an Awesome server and was quick to learn our 1st names and call us by them which was a sweet touch. I always come here for the Pimento Cheese Burger but this time I also tried the country fried chicken sandwich and quickly became my favorite chicken sandwich of all time. Lightly battered, crunchy, juicy chicken and not greasy. Creme Brulee was delectable! Nice country at home vibe.
Went here for breakfast and it was okay. The biscuits were very dry, the chicken and waffles were good minus the blueberries - they were coated in something and we were not a fan of the taste. My husband ordered the pancakes and they were the best thing we tried out of everything. Coffee was good. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, atleast not for breakfast.
This restaurant is beautiful, elegant, and has a great assortment of food options for everyone. The service was top-tier - quick, friendly, and accommodating! This shrimp cocktail was some of the most fresh shrimp I have tasted in a long time. Our waiter made sure to mention the specials for that day, and half our table ended up ordering the pimento cheese burger. If I went back, I'd definitely ask for medium well, but that is just preference. Great for a date night or large group. We made reservations beforehand.
I had the most amazing brunch experience at Highball & Harvest! The highlight of my visit was Chef Donna at the omelet station ,she was absolutely incredible. Her energy, smile, and genuine kindness made my morning so special. Not only was my omelet cooked to perfection, but she also went above and beyond to make everyone around her feel welcome. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Highball & Harvest is lucky to have her !! she definitely deserves a raise! I'll be coming back just for her omelets.
Highball & Harvest is downstairs in the Ritz and such a great, comfortable restaurant. It's spacious, has lots of windows to let in the natural light but filled with comfortable seating, leather chairs, high back booths, and wide bottomed chairs. It's a place you want to grab some food, a couple of rounds of drinks, and relax. We checked into the resort, walked the grounds and decided to try the restaurant after looking at the menu. We started with the Southern Spread which had a combination of homemade crackers, toasted bread, breadsticks, pickled vegetables, pimento spread, and crab dip. The appetizer could easily serve 4-6 and we made a small, nearly unnoticeable dent in it. We shared the fried chicken sandwich which was crisp, juice, and delicious. The chicken breast was twice the size as the bun. The side of fries were very flavorful and good. Service and food were good and hospitable.
Highball & Harvest did not disappoint. The food was great. I enjoyed the food and vibe. It's nestled downstairs in The Ritz Carlton Hotel which is connected to the JW Marriott in Orlando- Grand Lakes. The atmosphere was great for adults and families. The service was good. They don't low ball on the quality. It's a little pricey but a few extra coins every now and then is good for you. Thank me later.
As expected, service is their number one priority. Food was served immediately. The buffet selection included everything in the menu, just ask for it. It's a nice breakfast place if you're staying at the Ritz Carlton, Orlando.
Had a good dining experience at this restaurant located inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel. This was the second time I have been here. The last time was for dinner. This time I went for lunch and had the double cheeseburger and fries. The fries were crispy, delicious and fried to perfection. The burger was definitely made from high-quality beef and it was really good. It also was topped with delicious bacon. I absolutely love the housemate pickles that they have!!!! I could literally eat them just by themselves. They do have a full bar. Of course with this being this is the Ritz, prices are a little higher. The burger was $26. A charcuterie board is $29. Most of specialty drinks are in between $16 and $19. The service was really good. The place was immaculately clean and they also have pool tables and other games for entertainment. I recommend and will return.
Nice restaurant located inside of Ritz Carlton which is adjoined to the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando. Met with some business associates for lunch because we heard they had a vegan menu. I'm so glad we selected this restaurant. The vegan menu was small but the food was tasty. Our server was wonderful and I wish I knew her name (lovely Middle Eastern woman who reminded me of my bonus family). Prices were...pricey, but what you expect from a resort restaurant unfortunately The vegan Brussels sprouts were delicious!!! 4.5 stars is only because of the small vegan menu
Service was impeccable. Ambiance is beautiful While I ordered an omelette with white American cheese, it was good but I strongly believe it was mozz not American. Anyway the breakfast was delicious
While attending a conference, I had the pleasure of trying this restaurant on property multiple times. The food here is a southern style fair with some high-end flavors as well. The ambience during the day and the evening is lively, at night they even bring live musicians to play music. They also have a couple of pool tables and TVs playing whatever you'd like to watch. I've tried the donuts for dessert which were a hit, the lamb chops, which were decadent, the catch of the day which was a mahi-mahi fish that was very flavorful ( this is coming from someone who regularly doesn't eat fish and isn't particularly fond of it usually) and tried their delicious wings I think for the wings what made it particularly special was that they had a stuffed style and a dry rub for the Nashville hot that brought the flavor to the next level. Sometimes when you have a wet wings of flavor just slips right off and it becomes a little too soggy, but this was just right. The service here was very attentive and they attended to our needs always.

Wow what an experience, from the time we pulled up in the valet and back every single person we encountered was of the highest of being of service! Making our way to the restaurant you walk thru then downstairs to the entrance, on the way saw the entrance to the Michelin Star restaurant Knife and Spoon? Glancing at the menu was greeted by who I believe was a hotel cleaning employee? Older gentleman but what a tremendous encounter with this man! Asked us if we needed any help and gave ultimate recommendations for the restaurant and to the one we were headed to guiding us along! I'll never forget that kind encounter. Upon entering the restaurant was greeted by a very nice hostess inquiring if we had a reservation to which we replied no, smiling she said it was not a problem and we'd be seated immediately! I requested a booth but they had none available but the sexy little table where she sat us next to the window was spectacular! Greeted immediately by who I could describe as the best server I've ever had Anne I believe her name was, white sangria for the wife an Arnold Palmer for myself, she went into great detail about the daily specials and gave us a minute, back in 3 mins with the drinks and she took out appetizer order, going lite today we split their Tomato basil soup, mains, their chicken sandwich for Wify and I had their craft burger with a side of roasted corn, soup delivered in 6 minutes split for us and enough to be bowels! Taste, fantastic! And hot! Anne followed up and said she took the liberty to split it for us, nice touch! Next the mains arrived about 15 minutes later, alittle long but Anne followed up with us every step 3 times I think to assure us it would be out soon, truth be told we were on a leisurely lunch so we put Anne at ease, that's when the main showed up, looking fantastic and tasting evern better!! I'll let the pics speak for me, finishing up lunch went with the Madagascar Cream brûlée! Wow! Whilst we were enjoying I asked Anne for the check to which she presented it immediately addressed me by my name by the way and I noticed the dessert wasn't on the bill? I inquired to which Anne said it was on her and that she enjoyed our company! Just amazing! Anyways enough of this long review, go to the Highball and Harvest! Also ask for Anne, you won't be disappointed! Blown away.... I have spoken..
It's a great spot for cocktails and dinner down on the ground level of the Ritz! Warning that it was very cold (even for me) down there - it's nice that have blankets you can put over your legs. Service was excellent and we were the drinks (margs so good) and loved the IPAs. Ladies really enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, and shrimp and grits! The smoked Iberico was weird and G instead share C awesome grits. I had the skirt steak and it was cooked to perfection, very good and filling (couldn't finish it all). Our family of four had dinner at Highball & Harvest last night. This was our third dinner at the Ritz/JW Grande Lakes and possibly one of my least favorite meals. Let's focus on the positives first: the atmosphere is incredibly fun and the live music Saturday night was a perfect touch at the bar. There were plenty of fun activities for the kids and there was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the kids with fried chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, fries, and red velvet cupcakes. $25 is a deal if your child would chow down on shrimp, but it might not be a great deal if your child is usually full after four bites. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. This is a fun spot for a drink and appetizer, but I would skip eating dinner at Highball & Harvest. read more

Our meal was phenomenal. Located inside the Ritz hotel our group of 3 had outstanding service and I'm still thinking about how delicious everything was. Scallops and burrata, beet and strawberry salad were amazing. Cocktails creative and well executed, I thoroughly enjoyed the heat wave which had watermelon and pepper ice cubes. I had a very enjoyable friends' birthday dinner at H & H Restaurant. The service and cuisine were excellent. The venue is a lovely space suitable for hosting a small group or an intimate gathering. The experience included a pleasant walk through the hotel, making for a lovely memorable evening. I highly recommend trying the donuts; they are both fun and delicious. read more

Have come here twice for birthday dinners, the first was better than the second but overall still two decent experiences. Our waiter gifted us a bread appetizer (probably one of their better apps) which was super kind. The butters it comes make the fluffy bread even more delectable. The Brussels sprouts are a safe order (I remember it being better last year... but still good). They have an array of unique dishes that utilize uncommon ingredients for different textures (ex. Grapes in risotto, figs with pork belly). All worth trying! We ordered a fall harvest salad and we'd probably skip it next time, the apples were a nice sweetness but overall it was too pricey for what it was. Overall, a nice restaurant with quality service. Highball & Harvest is located in the Ritz Carlton hotel and as a bar, it has a great vibe, and as a restaurant, it has a limited menu, but the food was decent enough and the service was truly stellar. We started with a bunch of starters. We had their buffalo wings and charcuterie boards. They had other terms and forgive me. But I cannot recall the names they gave them, but they were okay. For my main course, I went with the veal chop. I was considering the veal chop, the skirt steak or the pork chop. They were all around fifty dollars. The veal chop was I believe fifty-four dollars, the skirt steak was I believe fifty-two dollars and the pork chop was forty-nine dollars. My veal chop was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, but I thought that it was a bit under-seasoned. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but it is in the Ritz Carlton, so I would not expect an inexpensive restaurant. They did have a guitarist playing and singing, which added to the ambiance. Overall, Highball & Harvest was a good choice for dinner. read more

This is a wonderful place for a quick lunch! We decided to split the Southern Spread and it was a perfect combination of flavors and in-house creations. We were also impressed by the service and atmosphere. read more
Stayed at the Ritz for the weekend and heard nothing but great things about this restaurant. We ended up having breakfast and dinner here! It's a beautiful restaurant and the staff is amazing. We actually met the chef Donna for breakfast, she went above and beyond to ensure our meal came out to our liking. Breakfast was great and we heading to the pool after. We also had dinner here our server Lenny was amazing! Made our dining experience five stars. From the time we state down he made us feel so welcomed and had an amazing spirit and the joy he had to be at work was shown. The food was amazing the appetizers devil eggs and the southern spread. My friends and I laughed because two of us ordered 12oz skirt steak when we could have shared it lol and my other friend ordered lamb. We did make room for dessert which we ordered Sweet corn & Peach cobbler. Again from the service to receiving meals. read more
My sister and I stayed at the ritz Carlton for her birthday and we went to brunch at this restaurant and it was the most incredible breakfast buffet. The staff were super accommodating and gave us waters and pastries to go, and they had a great selection. The restaurant was so nice and clean. We would def come back for brunch again even if we aren't staying at the ritz! read more

H&H is officially my favorite restaurant in Orlando. The service and food are outstanding. I came here for dinner every night during our 4-day stay at the Ritz Carlton. I love their Shrimp and Grits entree, but it is huge! I requested a half portion, which they gave me for half the price! Their breakfast buffet is outstanding, and includes all beverages in addition to the food. I chatted with the friendly and very sweet chef, and she made me a vegetable medley and warmed up my food! My waitress even gave me coffee to go. read more

Everything we tried was delicious! We enjoyed the Market Fish, shrimp and grits and the pimento cheeseburger. All of them were prepared perfectly! Our server, Morgan, was also top notch! She was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. read more
Had a great meal at Highball & Harvest during a business conference. Our group of six was served smoothly. I had the skirt steak--tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The mac and cheese was amazing, and my mocktail was delicious. Excellent service and food all around! Not to mention it's located inside the Ritz. A must-stop! read more
I dined here for Thanksgiving, 2022. Therefore , my review is for the holiday buffet table only, inside the Ritz. I was very excited to be coming here, as I love a swanky buffet and always feel pampered at a Ritz! Walking in, I found the atmosphere to be inviting and comfortable. The hostess stand was set back . Wasn't quite sure we were in the right spot. Alas, we were and we were promptly seated. We had a great table against a floor to ceiling window overlooking the grounds. Very pretty . Monri was quick to greet us and get us started with beverages. He was spot on perfect the entire evening. I couldn't have asked for a better server. I started with the beautiful seafood table, which had a grand selection of raw oysters and clams along with steamed jumbo shrimp and crab claws. It was delish. From there I moved on to the rest of the buffet. It had a carving station with a variety of meats, salads, vegetables and stuffing, etc. I was thrilled they offered an amped up version of the traditional green bean casserole. Lol ! It was quite tasty. Thanksgiving would not have been Thanksgiving without this classic for me . I'm not one to eat stuffing typically however , theirs was divine. At the dessert table, I didn't see my fave, which is crème brûlée. I asked a server if they had any. He said he would meet me back at my table while the chef prepared one. He returned with a beautiful full size crème brûlée . This was a work of art. Soooo good and worth the splurge. He also boxed up the leftovers which surprised me and I appreciated, especially during the middle of the night ! It was a lovely Thanksgiving. A bit expensive but lovely. Went to Highball & Harvest in The Ritz for a business dinner. Sat in The Lobby Lounge while waiting for our hosts and saw in their menu that they have a tuna carpaccio, which I love. Unfortunately, since we were waiting to eat dinner, I didn't order. Anyhow, when we got seated, our server (didn't catch his name), was incredible! He actually let me order the tuna carpaccio (phenomenal! Fresh and so so flavorful, I'll be craving it forever) from upstairs! I also ordered the kale salad, but didn't realize it would be HUGE so I took it to go. I also ordered the Harvest Heat and Lavish Pig cocktails, which were so delicious. We got the deviled eggs as an appetizer and they were so good! They ordered the charcuterie board for the table and, unfortunately my BF has celiac so he couldn't have any of it (bread on the board). Our server actually brought an additional board out with gluten free bread! At the end of the night, he also ordered the creamed brûlée, my favorite, and the server gave him three bags of gluten free cookies for free! Highball harvest is a whole vibe - located inside one of my favorite places to stay, the Ritz Carlton Grande lakes. The staff of high ball harvest deserve the highest praise because they go above and beyond in order to make their guests feel special. We stayed there last July they had these amazing collard greens on their menu and I think we had them 3 or 4 times that's how amazing they were, when we came back this time around it was not on the menu (the change it seasonally) When we asked the manager if he knew when it would be coming back on the menu he said maybe next summer, but if you come back tomorrow we will make it just especially for you. I was absolutely mind blown - I couldn't believe it, so the next day we made our way down to the restaurant for dinner and that same manager came over to our table and said the magic words - we were able to make the collard greens and it is ready for us to order to start our dinner! Their menu is delicious overall, lots of items from their own farm, even the drink menu has mixers and syrups made in house from the many berries, spices and garnish straight from the farm. Service, food quality, variety and taste of everything on the menu is really amazing, cocktails are creative and have a beautiful presentation. Get the pimento cheese dip! Just do it and you won't regret it! We got the dip sampler and it was super delicious and easily a snack to share. We went during an off time, so only the bar area was open. Be warned that it can get busy on a random weekday even on off peak times. The drinks were delicious and so unique. I really couldn't pick a favorite. If you get a chance for lunch try the Shrimp and Grits. I'm a southern girl and that was one of the best especially in Orlando area. The restaurant has a lovely rustic charm with very attentive servers and bartenders. There were some comfy couches and chairs and a few pool tables in the bar area too. Always nice when you can have a comfy spot to catch up on the day with a delicious cocktail in hand. We couldn't finish the dip sampler and they offered to pack it up or take the cute wooden serving tray with us back to the room. I loved that! read more
This review specifically for the Thanksgiving feast buffet 2022!! Amazing and worth every penny! Wonderful ambiance! My table was next to a wonderful garden view, the lights inside are pretty nice! The food was presented in a very nice way as you see in my photos. Everything was really on a good quality ! I enjoyed the shrimp and the wonderful chef made me especially my favorite sauce! Spicy mayo! Yes Chef Maxime made it for me! Just when I asked! Wonderful! The Turkey was so delicious and the prime rib was really tasty! I never liked a green beans casserole but this was totally something else! Monir was a wonderful waiter and did an amazing job! The price was$155 per person before tax but again it was definitely worth it and a wonderful experience! Ritz Carlton in general never failed me - so far! UPDATED REVIEW 10/2024. Came here for my anniversary as I love southern food and have loved highball in the past. Our starter came out pretty quickly but when ordering our mains, I lamented they no longer had fried chicken on the menu which I think for any southern restaurant should be a must have staple. I emphasized how much I loved it and wished it was on the menu still but our server Lenny just shrugged. We ordered our food and were waiting. On my way back from the restrooms, I saw a server bringing a HUGE fried chicken sandwich to a customer and my waiter was next to him. He asked me what was wrong and I said that the guy has fried chicken and that I was upset because he said there wasn't any. He looks over and was like "oh yeah that's a Bar bite, not on the regular dinner menu". And I said "but I could've ordered it right?" And he said "well yeah" then there was just silence and he was like "your food will be out soon". He didn't even offer to change my order for me which I was really upset about but I was trying not to make a scene. Not ONCE did Lenny come and check on us during the course of our dinner. We ate our whole meal without him asking how the food was or if we needed something. This is the RITZ CARLTON but you'd never know it with the way he acted. I get better service at McDonald's drive thru Even with the food being 5 stars, the service was 1 star and I can't bring myself to go back to such an expensive restaurant with awful service. read more
Came by during a weekend. We were hungry after the flight. Staff were friendly, we were seated fast. The decor looked nice inside. Ordered Pan Roasted Scallops Skirt Steak Crème Brûlée Guava and Cheese Chocolate Cherry Cola Cake The food was pretty pricy. Wish that it was a bit more food for the price. Steak and scallops were cooked perfectly. The desserts were delicious and unique. read more
