This location, which is conveniently in the Winter Garden Village shopping plaza, has always been a hit or miss as far as food quality and service. However, today's service was excellent. I used one of the kiosks to order because of the long wait. I should have just waited though. The kiosk itself was clunky, and I had to restart my order. I didn't dock anything from this review because it's McDonald's corporate that controls the kiosk. The dining room was fine, but they nixed the self-service station for any sodas/beverages, condiments, utensils, and napkins. It wasn't super clean as some of the tables had crumbs and food residue on them. Today, food was great - burger came out the way I asked for. Fries were fresh and not soggy. It was the classic McDonald's you'd WANT if you were in the mood for it. The only time I interacted with an employee was when they brought the food to my table, and he was friendly enough.
