TERRIBLE.. I ordered a large mac n cheese and nugget meal. They told me to pull forward to wait for the mac n cheese. I pulled forward and waited about ten minutes before deciding to go in and check on it. The employee from the drive thru told me that he was about to come tell me that they were out of the mac n cheese and if I wanted a replacement.. No , I didn't want a replacement and had to ask for them to please give me my nugget meal that I had ordered. I was not able to wait for any replacement, because by that time, I was running late to get to work. The service was extremely poor and slow. I had to pull up and wait on my order. I was overcharged at the register $16.40 something that was supposed to cost $12.99. That's a serious difference. The staff tried to correct me on with the beyond the fried chicken is called. She was incorrect it it says clearly on the sign beyond fried chicken. Considering the low rating this location has it was really good. I ordered the 4 pc chicken tenders, cole slaw and a Sierra Mist. The tenders were crispy hot and tender with just the right amount of seasoning. the coleslaw was nice and fresh. Not often I make a comment about a fountain drink from a restaurant. The Sierra mist I had was actually ithe best soft drink from a restaurant I've had in a long time. The customer service was exceptional. Wish I could give this place zero stars. Pulled into the parking lot to make a phone call was on the call 5 minute, and no one entered or went to the drive through. When my call was done, I proceeded to the drive through and waited over 6 minutes for someone on that stupid intercom. I was literally the only person there. I then ordered a chicken sandwich. Horrible service.. never stopping here again, went through the drive through ordered 2 famous bowls, get to the window I received one famous bowl & two drinks. Then I proceeded to ask where my famous bowl is & they tell me i ordered one with two drinks.. so me not wanting to argue anymore simply orders another famous bowl charges me again tells me to pull up. My family ordered the two chicken little combo for me and ask for no pickles and the people working there couldn't do the simplest job of not putting pickles but of course, there was pickles. I walked up to the cashier and told her that I wanted them with no pickles but just told me to take them off myself and I just agreed with her because I didn't want to cause more trouble than they have already caused. Not only that but we ordered one two chicken little combo and instead received two but we just went with it because we gave the chicken pieces to my dog. There was no Pepsi, the sprite tasted weird, we asked if there was Pepsi in the drive through fountain and it tasted very weirdly. This place is horrible! There's 3 doors here and 2 remain locked and runs last door in is hidden, the staff we'll just look at you as you try and get in through the other doors. They won't even show you the other door unless you miraculously just walk to the hidden side door. The staff here except maybe "1" female staff member actually acts like she genuinely wants to work here. The others just have attitude and messy hair. If I could give this place a ZERO rating I would. This is definitely the most disgusting places I've ever been to. First off, we got here, went to restroom. The men's is out of order, so Men were using the ladies restroom. I get in there, and there is NO toilet paper in either stall. I walk out to my friends, who were waiting in line. It took 30 minutes for 9 people to place an order. More than 50% of the menu was unavailable. Staff really didn't give a shit about service. The trash cans were overflowing with trash. 50% of the tables were dirty, food and trash on tables and floors. Do not go here. This place needs to be shut down! read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a KFC. The cashier was more intent on sneaking a free meal to his friend than providing service to paying customers. Order was incomplete. Paid for specific pieces and didn't receive them. Chicken was too greasy to eat. Tables weren't clean (covered with crumbs and grease from prior customers). Ice machine in dining room was out of ice. Bathroom was in deplorable condition (complete with what I hope was standing water at the door to the women's restroom) and absent locks on stall doors. Do not eat here! 1. It is extremely dirty! 2. My meal came with a cookie. They didn't give me one. When I asked about it, they said they would have to cook more. I said that's fine. I never got a cookie nor did I get compensated for not receiving one. Any other decent establishment would have told me about the cookie situation up front. 3. There is not a changing table and the high chairs were filthy! They looked like they have not been cleaned in months. 4. Bathroom was dirty and sink did not drain properly. Dirty water was sitting in it. Overall, I am surprised this place is still open. The manager needs to be fired for not keeping a sanitary eating establishment and honoring their menu. This place needs to be shut down! It was 6:00pm when we walk up to this KFC you could smell the full grease trap. The building, doors, and Windows are covered with dirt, bugs, and grease. Walking in more of the same. It took five minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order. I proceed to ask for a chicken sandwich and she threw her hands in the air and walked to the drive thru and took orders. I stopped at this location and was completely disgusted. the employees were playing on their phones. they said several times that they couldn't hear us give our order in the drive thru. drove up to find out that the employees were standing around. When we asked for a manager the employees wanted to fight. We asked the manager for the number to their store and she lied and gave us the wrong number.
