Every time I order a family bucket they wait until im at the windows then tell me they don't have enough chicken. They substitute dark meat for white and charge same price worst drive through I've been in through the 46 states I've been to. 3 times in a row ive had the same service so im done eating at this one. I'd ordered 2 family dinners for over 50.00 so big loss on their end!! read more

This kfc has horrible higher ups running this place refuses to get paystubs to employees n fired the only manager that took care of customer complaints either by email or phone she was always there to help and went above and beyond and found out they had fired another manager for closing when the holding cabinets broke and no heat in the building he was told not to bother higher ups due to a funeral so he decided to close and they fired him for it they also sell expired chicken and coleslaw the female manager had shared with me that she had to throw away 12 boxes of chicken due to it was expired by 4 days and they were using it she had pics to to back her story up she took care of that place better then any other manager there now. And they ppl working there are either to busy with each other or does not keep up on hygiene at all some smell like they dont shower or have animal hair all over there work shirt or not in inform and rude read more

Nobody at counter to wait on me. I shouted and someone came to take my order. Had a 3 pc dinner. Crispy chicken wasn't very good. Dining room was cold and there were two noisy heaters on the floor running constantly. I don't know if there is new owners or what but service and food was disappointing. read more

Horrible service. Workers prioritized drive thru more than the people inside. There was about 10 people in line, and no one was taking orders. We ordered ahead of time, and our food was supposed to be ready at 5:50, we did not leave the restaurant until 6:10. A guy had to yell at the worker for someone to finally start taking their orders. We had to go back into the restaurant two times. They forgot our drinks and a whole meal. read more

It doesn't matter what time of day it is or if you had it yesterday, KFC will always hit the spot. It's really nice to be able to order ahead and the food is always warm and fresh. They personally are the best fries I have ever had and they have great deals depending on what you want. I strongly recommend it and once you have it you'll totally understand. read more

I ordered an 8 piece bucket meal. Half extra crispy half regukar. We got extra potatoes, a nice surprise. It was fresh, hot drkucious! Arrived fir take out at 1215, before lunch rush or maybe i missed the rush, but it was a good experience. Life is too short to kavitch about a one time problem so correct it by letting them know in person. Call them if an orders not right, and get a refund or free meal. I saw the chicken timer and the chicken was fresly made. I ask for crispy fries elsewhere, im willing to wait. If KFC has a fresh batch of corn, taters or chicken cooking, I will wait. Anyone can write a bad review but how many times do you go out of your way to compliment people who serve you? And teens in a new job, puleese cut them slack, THEY ARE LEARNING! Went in on a Friday night At 6:00 with our kids. One person waiting for an order to be filled, Two cars in the drive through. Stood there for 10 minutes watching them run around frantically telling the other person they didn't have the chicken she ordered... we were never acknowledged. No hi, no be with you in a minute... but we did get a great view of the guys butt crack and him pulling up just pants then touching the chicken again. I mean fingers way too close to butt crack with no washing of hands etc. gross. That was about 10 min into a wait to even order. We left after that and went to another restaurant. If they were that frazzled who knows what's going on with the food. We will never go back to the KFC in Rice Lake. read more

Ordered a bucket of chicken and 9 of the spicy chicken tenders. Both were so hard that it was difficult to get a fork in them. The tenders were so hard that they would break when you tried to put a fork in them. 5:00 ish on a Sunday evening the worst meal I have attempted to eat yes we tried eventually we just got the peanut butter out. I ordered a three piece meal and 3 chicken wings to go. The wings were the size of a sparrow. The food was so salty and overcooked it was uneatable. We threw all of the chicken into the trash. I thought KFC had a recipe to follow. What a waste of money, especially when you are retired and on a limited income. read more

On one occasion I got food poisoning from the rice lake KFC. And on another occasion the girl taking our order shorted us on our change and there is no mistaking what we had given her for money.. Another time I was there the biscuits which were always my favorite we so doughy it was like they weren't even baked. I'm not a huge fan. read more
