I would give zero start to this fast food. I requested today original 8 pcs bucket. They gave me old crispy chicken, fried over and over. The complements were old too. KFC is not the same and the people who work in Rolla, MO are dishonest. They need responsible people. The chicken is expensive. I will never go back again. Stopped by and ordered the $30 bucket fill up with mac-n-cheese, green beans, and coleslaw. This comes with chicken and chicken tenders, you get 8 pieces of chicken. Their slogan for the $30 fill up was "chicken for tonight and tenders for tomorrow" and sure enough, we ate the chicken that night and the tenders on the next day. read more

This was my first time ordering and trying this KFC. The chicken it had taste of being cooked in old cooking oil. The staff was somewhat pleasant, it took a good moment to get the order. When we made it home that I realize that we did not receive the items I had order. I called the KFC and informed the night manager of my order concerns. She told me to go out and check my car for the missing bag of food items. How unprofessional and down right rude! By the call she did state "WE are closing now and you can come by tomorrow to pick up the tenders. I was not a happy customer I had two family members that had nothiing to eat. Now I had to go somewhere else and spend more money to feed them. No apologies for the missing food or the inconvenience that this caused. LOL Before you get 5 miles down the road CHECK YOUR BAG! They left out one of the two meals!... we drive back go through the drive up window and waited in line, where my husband showed our receipt- the Young girl got us our other meal and not one time apologized for our inconvenience!. Seriously! Now our other meal is 15 minutes cold! Came into the restaurant today around 4:45 pm. The cashier nails dirty. He took our money and gave us cups for drinks. He places his gabs over the lip of the cup and put the lid inside of the cup. All this he did without washing his hands. I ordered a three piece dinner and ask for a breast, leg & a wing. I was given a breast and two thighs. When told him my order was wrong, the packer first stated he gave me what I ordered. When I told him it was wrong, the packer then took the thighs out and put them back in warmer. Dog in resturant!! Nastiest place ever. Dirt and dust and greese hanging 1/2" out of the vents in the celing. Super greesy floor in the lobby. Trash covered floor behind the counter that workers were literally stepping over. Dirty tables. Girl came in for 5minutes holding a dog. Some worker said to her hey you cant....(her)oh its ok I work here. Watched guy repeatedly make famous bowls with his bare hands. Chicken and cheese grabbed with bare hands. No gloves on. Bottom bun of my chicken sandwich was like a rock. Chicken patty was sooooo small I folded the top bun in half and ate my $6 sandwich like a hot dog. Where do I start... my daughter, who is a friggin angel, loves KFC. So, when I told her, "Hey honey, guess what, daddy got his stimmy money in, courtesy of good ol' Uncle Sam! We have $1700 to burn, so put the ramen back in the cabinet. We're going to splurge tonight!" You can imagine the look of pure ecstasy that washed across her face. However, we pull up to the drive-through. Immediately we are met by a speaker that was faulty. Either the speaker didn't work, or the headset didn't work that the employee was wearing, or the employee was intentionally whispering sweet nothings into my ear. Anyways, we then played this fun game of me ordering a buffalo crispy chicken sandwich, without pickles or mayonnaise, her mumbling something back that was unintelligible, me repeating my order louder, and us doing this cycle several times... that was so fun! After I just assume that we have communicated in some way, I decided to move on to the next portion of this fun adventure. I pulled forward to the window. I greet the worker with a big,'"Good evening!" I mean I'm excited, I have 17 crisp, brand new Benjamin Franklins. That's more money than some see in their whole lifetime, and we got it all at once! The employee responds so sweetly, No wait, I mean curtly- "16.80" That's it. No, "Hello." No, "Howdy." No, "Welcome to KFC, it's a pleasure to serve you." None of that, just the facts- "16.80" This woman is here for business, and I respect that. I hand her my card. The window then opens up twice. Once to hand us our drinks. Once to hand us our bag of food. Then after several moments of silence, we get our card back. No, talking during these exchanges. Their actions spoke for their words. The work ethic, I guess, was supposed to be all the pleasantries needed. We leave and oh boy, we are so excited! We will eat like lower-middle class royalty tonight. Except... no. We open our food. Now, this is heartbreaking, even now, as I type this review. On the menu, the crispy chicken sandwich looks so full. So juicy. May I say, so majestic. If the Colonel was alive, God bless his soul, he'd see the menu and say, "Now that's finger licking good!" Oh man I was excited. To much chagrin, I opened the wrapper and found a bun that was literally rock hard on the bottom. The chicken was dry and had clearly that been sitting in the warmer for hours. Now, I can't prove that, but you show me a KFC worker who says that was a fresh piece of chicken, and I'll show you a darn lair. And, the buffalo sauce was sprinkled on like the chef was practicing his infant baptism techniques for priest school. I tried to eat it, but all I could taste was hard bread, dry old chicken, and just a taste of buffalo sauce. My daughter's meal was average. Not good, not bad. But, the moment was ruined. It was "finger licking bad." We didn't see the tragedy that they called food, until we arrived home. Too late to go back. My heart was sunk. My daughter now sees a broken man for a father. Stopped in and got a number 3. Two legs and a thigh extra crispy. Got back to my motel room...no butter no honey no napkins no silverware. Called the store and sat on hold for 15 min while the crew had to hunt down the manager micha who got on the phone and instead of offering to help went off on me for calling and told me by informing them of their mistake that I was belittling him and his crew. He followed by telling me to either come back and get my "shit" or eat my food with fingers because he didn't care . I also got a sweet tea after telling the girl at the drive thru four times I wanted Dr pepper and she still gave me sweet tea...I've never been treated so poorly or rudely in my life. It's in a kinda off the path location, being in the Walmart parking lot, which is considerably lower grade than the main road. I didn't think people went here, but there was a long drive-thru line and more people showed up to sit inside and eat after we got there. They were cleaning half of the seating area as we were there. That was weird because it was only about 7pm. Food was good. Standard quality. The place was clean and they had all of the condiments available. read more
