I spent a whole week in Rolla so I ate out everyday. This place is fantastic if you want something fresh, healthy and tasty you have to come to this place. I never heard about this food chain (from NJ) so I wanted to try it. Service was fenomenal they were very friendly and quick. The place was impecable and their options for subs are very creative. I tried their tuna lettuce wrapI am a tuna lover so I must say this is considered one of the best tuna sandwiches in my life. I finally tried this restaurant yesterday. My wife and I ordered two of their sandwiches. I am sorry to say but they were very disappointing. The roll was soft on the top and very hard on the bottom. Their was very little meat and almost no flavor. Given I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich not the most flavorful but it should have some flavor. My wife had the same experience but with a different sandwich. If this is an example of the chains idea of a good sub sandwich they have no idea. We will not be returning. read more

Fun fact: I have been to this Jimmy John's 2 times for road trips taken a year apart. Jimmy John's is my go-to for "fresh" fast food. Sure, I'm a sucker for McDonald's #2 but sometimes I need to be conscious of not putting a pound of fries in my body. JJ's is pretty solid and always fast. Generally speaking, the bread and pre-made sandwich choices puts it way above Subway in my mind. Anyways, I always get the Beach Club but this time I tried Club LuLu. All you need to know is that it had bacon. And it was just what I needed. Pro tip: Always go for their bigger clubs. It's wroth. read more

Terrible customer service. Guy at the register was rude, i have never been to a jimmy johns so i said "i would like a regular" He replied "a regular what" i thought he was joking so i laughed and said a sandwich. He then began insisting that i tell him what sandwich name from the specials above while i didnt want any of them. I wanted salami and bacon with basil oregano and avocado. After being forced to change my order into a named sandwich with changes made to it, i had to step back and let other people order in front of me. I ended up modifying a turkey/bacon and added salami and everything, and removed the mayo. Finally i get my sandwich, theres no salami, i ate about half of it and decided id just ask for it because it tasted bland. The lady looks at me like shes never made a mistake in her life. She gets her supervisor, the supervisor tells me that they didn't make it wrong and to provide a receipt to prove that i ordered salami (The guy at the register never gave me one) so i explain to her that im 100% sure i ordered salami because of how long it took to order the sandwich from the start. She continues to explain to me that they charge for extra meat while she angrily packaged up a few slices of salami and slammed it down on the counter in front of me. She threw a fit like a child stomping away and sarcastically yelling have a nice day at the floor as fast as possible, so that i'd feel guilty for making her fix the simple mistake. read more

I personally am a huge fan of Jimmy John's. This is my hometown one and I had to come here with some friends while I was in town since we don't have one in Hawaii. I enjoy watching the delivery people jet out the door to get their "freaky fast" delivery on. It's quite comical and entertaining. My sandwich "The Beach Club" is my all time favorite. It has provolone, turkey, cucumber, tomato, avocado spread and lettuce with optional sprouts. I never get lettuce or sprouts on mine. I would say the "Vito" is my 2nd favorite. It's quite a tasty Italian. Jimmy John's has the best bread. If there is extras the next day they sell it dirt cheap. It's still delicious. We have a knock off Jimmy John's on island called Timmy Tom's but their bread just isn't up to the Jimmy John standard. read more
