I don't typically leave negative reviews because I understand that everyone can have an off day. However, customer service matters, and unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. We placed an order through the drive-thru for an 8-piece meal and a 2-piece meal. While ordering, the employee repeatedly asked if we wanted nuggets, apparently assuming we were ordering the #8 combo instead of an 8-piece meal. It was a simple misunderstanding. When we reached the window, our total was about $36, which was higher than we expected. We politely asked if we could change the order. Instead of simply assisting us, the employee rolled his eyes and responded, "There's a car behind you." I asked what he meant by that, and he repeated, "There's a car behind you." I replied that if changing the order was an inconvenience, we had no problem pulling out of line and going back around. He rolled his eyes again. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the interaction didn't improve. The manager approached the window with an obvious attitude and asked, "What's the problem?" We calmly explained that we simply wanted to modify our order and that we were willing to get back in line if necessary. Our concern wasn't the order, it was the way we were being treated. Rather than listening or working toward a solution, the manager proceeded to tell us everything we had done wrong. As someone who values good leadership, I found that especially disappointing. Whether the customer is right or wrong, a manager sets the tone. Professionalism, respect, and a willingness to de-escalate a situation go a long way. Mistakes happen. Miscommunications happen. What shouldn't happen is making customers feel like they're an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Sadly, because of this experience, I won't be returning to this location. read more

I was really hesistant of my order after doing an online pickup order and reading yelp reviews but everything went smoothly! There was a customer taking forever to order in the line so I went on my phone and put it in online. It said my order would be ready in about 10 minutes and it was actually ready by then. The cashier and other employees were really nice and helpful but they didn't offer me any sauces. Luckily, I had ketchup and hot sauce at home. I ordered the big box 3 piece with 2 thighs and 1 drumsticks, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, biscuit and a drink. The chicken was crispy and tender. Not dry. The biscuit was buttery and soft. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were good too. My bf got the popcorn chicken meal with wedges. On the online order, he requested buttermilk ranch as a sauce which they didn't give. He liked the chicken and wedges. "They were moist, not dry and had some spice to it." Overall, the food was good. I would do an online order again but I just need to make sure I get my sauces! read more

sandwiches chicken trick they have down get kids to do this.. cook the pieces just right, nice and krispy, then slap em between two hales of a roll, maybe slice o two of pickles stick em in the nice foil bags that keeps 'em hot stick em under the hot tray lamps and all wait at least 15 minutes throw them in a bag, great job done throw them to a customer; imagine their surprise when they open em up and find soggy rolls, temperature just hangin in there above warm blech, den da customer fine dat the are spicy, not requested!! double blech. next time just plain chicken right out of the fryer. go in the store nd see its simple. see it is simple jacks tehn take them out to car, and enjoy. still hot, not sogggy done or go elewhere and sit down for a meal.. what happened to the restaurants that used to be around?? read more

I went to this KFC and order two famous bowl and a large mash with gravy how ever I pay and went along when I got home and I open the bowl I had one scoop of smash potato and a spoon of gravy and they charge the same price just heads up when you get you order make sure you review your order before you leave the window they rip you off for your money I won't be going to this KFC. This location used to be my favorite but I am now reconsidering. I went to KFC to purchase 12 piece hot wings since the company decided to stop selling spicy as an option. Nevertheless, my 12 piece hotwings turned out to be 12 piece drum sticks only. This was very disappointing. There was no mention that they did not have wings. When paying for an item you should get what you ordered and are paying for. This was very disappointing! I hope they decide to do better with the next customer. read more

I've ordered delivery from them twice, and both times they screwed up my order. First time they forgot my drink, second time they forgot my fries. Contacted them about the missing fries and was told over email that "we'll get back to you soon", then they ghosted. So order at your own risk, they obviously can't be bothered to refund you for items you paid for and did not receive! read more

Wow...haven't been here since I was a kid. I ordered the 10pc meal cuz it came with a FREE cake and my girl is learning to read and read the sign and asked for it. Oh ok, not a big deal $5 difference. What? Drive off after asking in surprise "it's all in there?" "Yes". Drive off WITHOUT THE FREE CAKE...never gave it to me, so I turned around and got it. Also didn't get a receipt...weird. Whatever, no biggie, I thought he said "wait for your card" maybe he said "cake". Not upset.
