" Another day ; another canes " I guess you can say whenever in the area I look for canes , lol. I am addicted. Everything is delicious, that's some chicken. The signature sauce like no other , amazing ! I wish I had one in my hometown of Newton ma . However it's not too bad a drive . The service is good and vibe is warm and welcoming.

Average tasting chicken fingers. White meat chicken and cooked decently. By the time you take this home, it's not crispy anymore. Easy to order, especially in bulk like this 25 piece party pack. I didn't go inside, so can't speak on the ambiance. Parking is a nightmare in Copley, but not impossible. Order via app makes things easy.

This place was amazing! New guy working up front who was being helped by another staff member, but they were super nice. It was my brother and I's first time here, but the chicken was crispy, juicy, and delicious and the fries were good as well. The canes sauce just takes it over the top. Check out this place in the Back Bay neighborhood in Boston!

This was my second time visiting this location. I used to go to the Raising Cane's by BU but this one is way closer to me and more convenient to go to. This location is much cleaner and not as cluttered as the other one. Seems to always be a line here & super busy but the line, fortunately, does move quick! The chicken tenders I got were great. Not dry at all. I usually don't touch the fries. I'm not really a fries person to begin with but Cane's fries aren't anything special. Plenty of seating here, even if it is super packed with people. Parking can be a bit tricky since it's on Boylston. There's meter parking around, as well as parking garages, of course.

I've always wanted to try raising cane's and had to jump at the chance while visiting Boston. The location was very busy. I had to wait in a small line to order. I went with a kids meal, which gets you two chicken strips, side sauce, and a drink. I wanted to try the lemonade and had to pay an up charge to do so. The decor was fun. The table I sat at had disco balls above and illuminated my food as I ate my food was served to me relatively fast. Everything was hot and fresh. I enjoyed my food. The fries were basic in my opinion. Nothing special, your average fast food fries I wish they were a little better. The chicken strips are where it's at. I could see myself coming back for more if we had one locally. Paired with the signature sauce, it was a delightful combo. I'm not sure what the sauce was but it was the perfect combination of spice and savory flavor. Lemonade was sweet and refreshing. I hope we get a Raising Cane's in my town.

The chicken was so good and the Canes sauce did not disappoint! My only complaint is how chaotic this location is. Even when I was at my seat I felt like there were people basically sitting on my lap due to how close they were to me. It makes sense for the location though and it wouldn't stop me from going back. The food is just too damn good. Maybe next time I'd do an online order though!

Came here for a quick bite while in the city. Food was consistent to the other locations. Customer service was good considering how busy they were.

The fingers, succulent I could taste the age of the chickens as they were plucked from their extremely small pens. I could practically taste the iron of the bars that they were raised in. I felt the lifelessness in their eyes. All to say that paired with the Cane's sauce made for a pulchritudinous eating experience. We support our local heroes! "We truly are raising the canes with these chicken fingers" - a wise man

Check your orders before you go if you ordered it to go. They can give you less than you ordered.

I had really high hopes before coming here! But I don't find the chicken as anything special. For my meal, I'd rate it a 3/5. HOWEVER, the servers were so helpful and accommodating, they asked if I needed my drink refilled??! For the service, I raised my rating to 4/5. I do like that they have a simple four-item menu for an indecisive person like me.

Of course, like many others, i've been WAITING for this location to open. We walked in around 5 pm on Saturday & it was packed. We really didn't think we'd be able to secure a table. Luckily, we did. The line went pretty fast & the service was very prompt. I ordered the 3 finger combo & my boyfriend order the Box Combo replacing the coleslaw with an extra piece of Texas Toast. Per usual, I was so happy to be eating Cane's. It's one of my faves. Truthfully, the chicken tenders were fairly small compared to what I was used to. But, the fries were literally perfect & crispy. I was disappointed that this location didn't have a place to fill your own Cane's sauce. You have to pay 50 cents extra at the counter for it. One cup is simply not enough. Really would say this location is a level up in terms of ambiance. The disco balls paired with Boston memorabilia paired really well. Brought a fun look to fast food downtown.

As the name "Mercato" implies, it's not a restaurant, so no place to eat, no place to "do your business" after, and if you've made it to the north end, you already know there's no place to park. -- Italian Sandwich: Long, soft bread, kinda like the kind you had in your school cafeteria, only a million times softer, a million times more crackly, and a million times better. Setting the base are oil, balsamic vinegar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, hots, and provolone. Italian sandwiches usually come flat-stacked or in a C-shape. Here, it's a fluffy stack, with the VERY-thin-sliced-to-order meats-- prosciutto, mortadella, salami-- piled generously but delicately, like tissue paper. More oil and balsamic on the other side seals the deal. It's a glorious sandwich that'll fill you up with the first half, but you'll want to keep eating the second half, because it's so good. The deep flavors of the meats comes through, and that's soft, crunchy bread is a delight. Pro tip #1: Get it with a small side of pesto. Have some bites with, some bites without. Pro tip #2 (in more ways than one): Plan your restroom visit at the nearby Boston Public Market. Pro tip #3: Plan your eating near the Paul Revere statue on Hanover Street, at the basketball court down Stillman Street, or on the Greenway down Hanover Street.

My first introduction…read moreended up being at a corporate event in Boston's Seaport district, where lunch arrived courtesy of one of the city's best-known sandwich shops. The catering was impressive. Before anyone even took a bite. Every half sandwich was individually wrapped and clearly labeled, with salads and sides neatly organized, making it easy for a large group to grab lunch without the usual catering chaos. The choices were wide and varied. We took our lunches upstairs to a rooftop seating area overlooking the Seaport, which made for a pretty great setting on a beautiful afternoon. I chose the Gobbler, and it lived up to the hype I've since read in other reviews. At first glance it sounds like a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich, but it's much more than that. The turkey was fresh and flavorful, and it was complemented by stuffing, cranberry sauce, spinach, pepper jack cheese, and just enough chipotle mayo to add an unexpected kick, without overwhelming everything else. It's one of those combinations that sounds busy on paper but comes together remarkably well. I spoke with several others over lunch, and they were equally impressed with their choices. That's always a good sign when you're feeding a crowd. It's one thing to make a great sandwich to order; it's another to deliver dozens of them catered while maintaining that level of quality. Since this was catered, I can't really comment on the restaurant itself. The service on the catering side, however, was evident in how thoughtfully everything was prepared and packaged, and the rooftop setting where we enjoyed lunch certainly didn't hurt. Needless to say, this won't be my last Sam LaGrassa's sandwich. I fully intend to visit the restaurant one of these days, and in the meantime I'll spend some time trying to recreate that Gobbler at home (maybe with sliced roasted chicken, but also with turkey when I have it). It was that good.

As of August 2026, the website lists the burrito as $14, but the price on the in-person menu was $16. I would give the burrito 4 out of 5 stars because of the way it was wrapped - about a third of the burrito was just egg and cheese and the toppings (avocado, red onion, hash browns, salsa verde, crema) were crammed on the other side of the burrito. If there was a way for the burrito to be wrapped so all the ingredients were more evenly distributed - this would easily be a 5/5 breakfast burrito. One random detail that stuck out to me was that their drinks in their refrigerator were very cold - no lukewarm sodas here! I would come back here to try their signature "Fancy" sandwich. Overall, this is a very solid breakfast spot in Boston!
