I wish I could give a - star... Worst service ever! We eat at KFC often. This is by far the WORST we've ever been to. They didn't gave us breast in our bucket. That is all I eat. He let me know there were no legs at the moment but I guess he "forgot " to tell me there were no breast either... He filled the bucket with thighs and wings. Like I'm not going to notice... He said I had to wait 20 minutes for the breast. I agreed to it. 15 minutes after, I asked again and he said it will take 22 minutes!!! On our way to visit Family and had to pick up 2 dozen biscuits used for stuffing for our Thanksgiving Dinner. What better place to get them at on short notice - Why of course KFC. We called on our way to make sure they would have enough to accommodate and that we wouldn't have to wait for them to be made fresh. They promised them ready at 8pm. We arrived a little early @ 750pm and was informed that they are just about done. By 8:05pm we had our biscuits, fresh and warm. Great customer service. Offered us honey and jam for condiments. Also while we waited the short time we did, I indulged myself in a bbq chicken little sandwich that even though the presentation of it was not so appealing , the taste was spot on. Exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend for a quick bite. read more

Five stars for fast food, one lost on condiments. The employee taking my order at the drive-thru was very thorough. She made sure to double check that my order was correct. When I got to the window she took my money and handed my food out immediately after. The quick service made me wonder if it had been sitting on a warming tray. This was definitely not the case. It tasted fresh but didn't scald my mouth. I ordered chicken tenders that came with fries and a biscuit. The biscuit was extremely fresh, the fries were perfectly salted and the chicken was not dried out. The only reason they lost one star was because I was never offered any sauce or condiments for my chicken tenders. If you're traveling through, this is a great KFC to eat at even though some of the reviews we're not the best. read more

I have never had KFC as bad as I just had tonight. The crispy chicken was fried so hard and it was so dry you could not even eat it. Also what was ordered was not what was in the box when my husband got home with the dinner. I worked at KFC for 3 years. And have been through multiple stores throughout my life. I can honestly say this place has sucked the most out of each and every single store I've ever visited. Completely deterred me from ever wanting KFC again. Not only is the staff the rudest I've encountered, manager has no customer service etiquette. I was mean mugged simply for pointing out my orded had been prepped wrong and would've appreciated it if it was looked over again. We stopped here last week on our way out of town. We waited in line for about 30 mins in the drive thru but traffic was pretty crazy on the interstate also so I figured that was why. When we finally got to the speaker to place our order I asked for 4 kids meals and immediately heard yelling in the background "oh hell no" then as I went to order mine and my husbands food they continued to carry on in the back ground then proceeded to tell us it would be a 30 minute wait. We ended up just saying forget it and went across the street to Hardee's where the young men in there were extremely professional and kind and we had our food in 10 minutes. read more

I need to start off by saying that if first impressions are a clue, I should have listened to my wife. The place looked like an old gas station with junk cars parked in the front. But I told my wife it is probably fine because I have always had some pretty good sandwiches at Kentucky Fried Chicken.Well I could not have been more wrong. The woman at the counter was friendly enough but when we walked in, no one was inside (Clue # 1) and one of the workers was having a gran old time talking on the phone. We ordered our two sandwiches( I had wanted 3 but she said she would have to drop down another piece of chicken which seemed like it may have been an imposition)Which turned out to be dry and probably hrs old.They had been thrown together and the sauce was on both the inside and the outside of the bun.We ended up throwing them out and going to McDonalds down the road. Went to the bathroom when I first got there and it was not clean and had no toilet paper. Later saw an employee come out of it with phone in hand and looked around dining room and went back to kitchen. Went to use bathroom again still no toilet paper. The entire dining room was a mess.. floors and tables extremely dirty. Trash cans full. No one was at register when we got there either. Waited 10mins for food and they forgot part of the order. This KFC was clean, and staff worked fast. They were busy, but one of the staff made us feel right at home. Her name was Carolina and she assured us our food would be right out, worked very calm under pressure and kept everyone happy. Everyone was pleased and she had my son laughing and having fun. I wish I owned a restaurant so I could higher her. I couldn't have had a better dining experience. I was just passing through on my way to Lejeune, but you better believe I'm stopping here every time. My only issue is I feel like it could have a better location.
