Every third time or so they give me an incomplete order. There is no excuse for that. When I got home today after ordering through drive through, and discovered their error, I called them and the phone rang and rang, then cut me off. I waited a bit and called again. The person who answered had trouble understanding me, and it was hard to hear her because of so much employee laughing in the background. They do not take their job seriously, and don't care. One of the worst Customer Service experiences i've ever encountered. My server laura was rude and her manager Nellie was just as rude if not worse. So I go to order an 8 piece for $26. The 8 piece comes with two sides and four biscuits. This location doesn't have SPICY and when she totaled me out it was $50. So after I asked her to repeat herself as I'm reading the menu, I politely Said No Thank You. Why not UPDATE THE MENU if items and prices have changed.?? Server mumbled, didn't greet anyone, acted annoyed. Random computer printed signs. All windows covered in ads. Tables dirty. Music in kitchen and dining room were different so it was weird having 2 different things playing at the same time. Not offered sauces. Food was plopped in front of me without saying anything. It seemed like I was an inconvenience for just existing. After submitting this review I saw the other reviews. For 15 hrs this place has gotten the same complaints. Clearly they don't care and their customer base for some reason tolerates the poor service. Maybe they don't realize they deserve to be treated better? For a local KFC/Taco Bell combined, the service was okay and could have been better. I came here with my family and there was no line. We weren't sure what to get so we spent a good 8 minutes or so just deciding what to order, and the cashier (I forgot to get his name) looked pretty impatient as he stared at us, waiting for us to order. He gave off that sort of vibe that said "I don't want to be here." When we finally ordered, he stated the final cost and told us that our order (2 orders of K5 combo and 10pcs of crunchy taco) would take 15 minutes. On the plus side, there was no problem with his order-taking; it's just the attitude that intimidated my family and I a bit. The order took maybe only just 5 minutes to be ready, which was nice. For $5.99, the K5 combo includes 1 fried leg + 1 fried thigh, 1 small bowl of mashed potatoes with gravy on top, 1 biscuit, 1 cookie, and 1 soft drink. In both the K5 combos that I ordered, the chicken skin was a little soggy and the biscuits were clearly overcooked and hard. The best part was probably the mashed potatoes, because those were really hot (in a delicious way). Overall, this place was okay. I would prefer other locations to this one at the moment, but if I'm hungry and this place is nearby, I might try it again. read more

12/17/15 I haven't gone to KFC in a while and my girls and I was in the area. So, that was our choice for lunch. Who doesn't love some KFC once in a while. I'm a fan of Colonel's secret recipe. I've been here many times before and have never had an issue with the food or service. There we're two people in line ahead of me but the orders we're taken quickly. Only had to wait approx 5 minutes. It's a strictly take your order, then get it ready, and then only then move on to the next person. I LOVE fried chicken. Just about any fried chicken. Sure I've had some that were better than others but, with KFC you know what you are getting consistently. I like their Original recipe as opposed to the crispy chicken. The seasonings in the original are one of a kind. It's as though if I closed my eyes, took a big bite I would KNOW it was KFC's recipe. As I just go home and eat it with RICE (HEY, I'M ASIAN). The coleslaw is the bestest. It has just the right amount of tanginess so it doesn't have a strong vinegar flavor. The slaw is crunchy and gives it a freshly made texture. The mashed potatoes are my families favorite. For me, it's a little creamy but I'll suffer through it for not having to cook! The biscuits are flaky and buttery just wish it was a little bigger. This location is just above average but isn't really anything stellar. If you've eaten from a KFC then you've pretty much tasted the food they have here. The only problem is. From time to time the place be a little dirty. Could they improve? yes, on cleanliness. The place is not squeeky clean like it should be, always bits on the floor. This review starts with a rainy day, and a closed KFC/Taco Bell. Outside is what would appear to be their cashier also locked out, calling inside the store to find out why they aren't open. It's about 11:00AM before a few other locals showed up and started banging on the doors of the dark lobby before some teenager casually opened the door and tells everyone that the lobby isn't open yet. Some other persons yells from the back room that it is in fact open. We were never given any reason behind the late opening, but the food was good, mostly because I wanted Taco Bell.... The previously mentioned locals were not so lucky and all sent packing with statements like "No chicken for 40 minutes at least!" This is my first, and perhaps last Yelp review, and I am only here because the information on the receipt was bogus, and their in-house wifi actually had their feedback site blocked, so using my own data I entered the information, about 4 times with each time telling me the review can't begin with the information provided. Whenever we order through the Drive-Thru our orders are never correct. One time they forgot our mashed potatoes and gravy and didn't realize it until we got home, second time they forgot one of our drinks and made it a big deal giving us our drink we paid for, and today I just got a completely different order than what I actually ordered. KFC seems to be the default when anyone's mentioned fried chicken. Mainly because it's been around the Seattle area for the longest time. I recommend to always ask what are their chicken deals in case they are not displayed on the menu board. Don't like fried chicken? Get it grilled. Don't like grilled? Or fried? I hate to say it, as I never really go here, but the one time I get take out, the product is so sub par vs. what the online menu shows it's not even funny. The chicken was tough, dry, the sandwich, supposed to be a chicken patty with bacon, cheese and a sweet Hawaiian bun was simply terrible, a chicken strip with mayo on a hamburger bun. Location: Rainier Ave. AKA seedy area that you don't necessarily want to be around at night. Cleanliness: Pretty clean as far as the dining area. Bathroom is usually smelly & trashed though. Service: Mediocre. The employees usually don't seem to give a crap about their customers (due to location maybe?), & seem to want you in & out asap even if the place isn't busy. I come here often for Taco Bell since it's a double restaurant to it. But this review is based on their KFC side. I usually come here just to get their mac & cheese because I really like it for who knows what reason. Though I'm pretty sure it's just velveeta cheese... Anyways, got their $10 deals of a 12 piece hot wings and also a original 6 piece. The guy who helped us had to check if he even had chicken for my order. He came back and I immediately asked him if he ran out of chicken. But he told me, "nah, you good." It wouldn't be the first time though this KFC told me they were out of chicken. Placed our order and there were already two people waiting for their order before me. Decided to take a seat because they usually take awhile to get you your order. It's crazy how long we have to wait sometimes with what little we order. I chose a table that was the cleanest to me to sit at. The cleanliness of the store is a 3/10 in the dining area. Really hoping it is 10/10 back there in the kitchen. I mean I haven't had any issues with my food, so I'd say so far so good for me to keep coming back. It took about 15 minutes to get our order. The thing that turned me off was when a worker working the drive thru handed a girl preparing food in the back a bag with a KFC box. I am guessing that a custimer didn't want anymore. When she put it down - the guy who took our order opened the box and dumped it where he was grabbing our chicken wings from and put it in our box... I didn't know what to think or if I should say anything... This is why they're getting one star including the wait time. When I checked my order in the car, it seemed to be ok so I drove off to head home. All the chicken I received was still hot as well. So I guess that's good. My mom just got off of work and came to pick me up at my friend's house. I asked her if there was anything to eat at home and she said that she hasn't cooked anything yet and to just eat at McDonald's instead. I agreed but she offered to drive me to Taco Bell which sounded better since I eat McDonald's quite often because it's right next to my house. We took the extra miles to drive down to this Rainier Beach location because my little brother loves mashed potatoes and it was convenient since it was KFC/Taco Bell. We order our food and everything was fine. But when we got to the drive thru to pay, the lady working was a complete ass. She says "$16.62" and since my mom had some loose change, she wanted to pay the exact amount rather than getting change back. At first, I thought my mom didn't have enough so I offered to give her some of my extra loose change since I had plenty. My mom said that she does have enough but she doesn't want to use her new coins so she asked if I could give her my change. I was happy to give her some change since she was paying the $16. The lady then talks bad about my mom to her coworker that was standing next to her. She says "Omg. She doesn't even know how to count change." Um, excuse you? We're trying to take our time to get the exact amount. We took less than a minute and she was already irritated. If you don't like your job, then quit. My mom then hands her the 62 cents and after we got our food, her coworker comes back and says "I need 20 more cents. This is only 62." ..........I CLEARLY HEARD YOUR NASTY AND RUDE COWORKER SAY $16.62. My mom even confirmed it plenty of times by asking $16.62 correct? And the rude worker would say yes. Now you're trying to ask for 20 cents more? Whatever. My mom ends up coughing the extra 20 cents. When we get home, we come to find that they didn't give us extra gravy for the mashed potatoes.... Are you fucking kidding me? We had to pay for that extra gravy and for the rest of the meal and we get in return bad customer service and missing food items. You should check your employee's vision because she obviously can't tell the difference between a 6 and a 8 and she can't even seem to get an order correctly. "Hi, thank you for choosing Taco Bell, what can I get for you?" No more. I'm not choosing this Taco Bell location anymore. Keep your rude employees and this place will be gone in no time. read more
