terrible service for starters. me and my family went through the drive thru and the girl taking our order, Paula, was talking over us the entire time and was very difficult to talk to. overall just rude and not friendly. when we went to grab our food at the window she slammed the window on us while we were in the middle of asking her if there were napkins and silverware in the bag. then she proceeded to give us the wrong food so we had to go back around and ask for the right food. overall not a place i would go to again. it was such a hassle. read more

Arrived to a dirty exterior for the drive through. Ice machines non functioning. While paying for our food the cashier at the window was wearing a mask but it was completely below her chin not covering anything. One other person had to help pay but he wasn't wearing a mask either even though he was in the kitchen. During times of a pandemic going around, every other food chain has had employees wearing masks to protect food and customer from exposure, but it was very disappointing to see that there was to precautionary practices put in place here. read more

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. This location has horrible customer service. I've been through the drive thru and spoken with them regarding our meal over the phone and they just cannot be bothered by it. I have been there 4 times with hope it gets better and it just does not. We ordered famous bowl fill ups and asked for confirmation that they were the full meal & they said yes but still charged us individually for the whole meal. When I got up to the window I asked again for confirmation and they handed me the food and shut the window. When I didn't leave they opened the window, said yes, then closed the window. MY MEAL WASNT EVEN CLMPLETE. I had to get back in the drive thru lane because dining room was closed and wait another 20 minutes. I just spoke with them on the phone regarding our door dash meal that we never received so we placed a second order & I had called them to confirm they received the order. They had received it & I asked if they were remaking it and she was reluctant to answer until the 5th time of asking. When I said "thank you so much" the lady was quiet. Then I repeated myself and she hung up the phone without saying another word. The quality of the food once we received it was below poor. My chicken sandwich was very tough to chew on before realizing it was undercooked and still PINK. That's utterly disgusting. I ordered with the app. When I went through the drive thru, i sat behind one vehicle that was at the speaker before me for six minutes. When it was finally my turn, I told the person at the speaker that I ordered online with the app. I couldn't understand anything the person said. I don't know if it was because of the poor speakers or what. I pulled around to the pick up window and was told, very rudely, to come inside and get my order. Why they couldn't pivot to the counter and hand me the order is beyond me. When I went in to pick it up, they were very rude. I opened the bag further down the road and.... I was very disappointed. We pulled up and sadly were greeted by a very impatient drive thru employee. She was rude and very unpleasant. After we got our food my wife noticed that the fries were old and although she wanted to ask for fresh fries by that time we just wanted to get away from the establishment. We asked for napkins and were told they were in the bag. Once we got to the park to eat there were no napkins to be found. My wife asked for plates which we did get however they were very small. Now this wasn't a problem we were happy to get what they could provide. The problem was how the manager/shift leader came near the window and said "we don't have regular sized plates what do they want me to do tape three of them together." My jaw dropped. To top it off when we got to the park to eat the lid wasn't secured properly over the gravy and it spilled inside of the bag. KFC? More like KFB (Kentucky fried breading.) Popcorn chicken has no chicken. The 5 dollar fill-up bowl was the opposite. It was a 5 dollar throw up. All gravey, no potatoes, if there were, they where lost within all the breading and gravey. Absolutely avoid at all cost. The colonel would roll in his grave if he knew what they where doing to his recepie. If the chicken leg emoji pops up when I type KFC then I'd enjoy to actually get chicken, not just breading. I've eaten 2 day old stove pizza that was more satisfying than this "meal". Theodore Roosevelt once said "...it takes more than one bullet to take down a bull moose." But it only took one bowl to make me never eat at this KFC EVER again. In times of uncertainty I'd hope a chicken establishment would be able to fulfill the agreement of tasty chicken with 11 different herbs and spices..... however I was given 1 sadness and alot if breading. I wish I could give this zero stars. In hindsight we should have turned around based on the filthy conditions of the kitchen, floors and tables. Trash, food and napkins littered the food prep area. The place was not busy at all and several employees were just standing around. The ice machine was not working and the bin holding the cup lids was full of crumbs. I had to wipe our table down myself with a wet wipe. My sandwich looked like they dug it out of a trash can. When I complained I was told it was fine and the employee proceeded to argue with me. This was the worst dining experience I have had VERY long time.. The staff was very rude, the buffet was bare, and the bathrooms were disgusting and not stocked. the gravy was nasty with a very thick layer ask dried and cracked on top, the potatoes were cold and dry, there were no biscuits, liver, or guards at all. Worst KFC ever. Buffet doesn't seem fresh. The drive through box is old and hard to listen to. The drive through girl practically screeches through the box at you. I asked for a 6 piece Georgia gold tender. It had no sauce, it was seriously 4 tenders and 1 nugget sized tender plain jane no sauce. I got a crumpled biscuit. The service was terrible, me and my daughter waited 30mins for our food and when we got it it was missing our large mac&cheese, so I sent her back in to get it and they didn't have any larges left,so they gave us one small mash potato and one small mac&cheese,that took another 15mins just to get that because two of them were laughing when one of them got burned and dropped the bowl in the potatoes. Husband and I usually like KFC and their buffet; however, this location is lacking the usual standards I've seen at "The Colonel." Being the only close location to our home does not give a restaurant a free pass to excuse themselves on the level of cleanliness. The floors were dirty and the ladies room was... well, disgusting. Am I supposed to believe the female restaurant employees use this facility? I did not use it. The buffet food was fairly fresh and there was a hit and miss on when items were replenished. I gave the basic food preparation the whole 3 stars for this location. Guess I will start communicating with KFC and ask that they bring one 30 miles closer. I'm usually not the type of person to say anything, but this one really got me. First off, while we were in the drive-through, the lady taking order was very impatient any time we asked about the menu. Her microphone was crackling, so we had a hard time understanding her, and she LITERALLY YELLED at my husband for not understanding what she said. When we got to the window, she didn't offer us any sauce (which they are supposed to do) and she rushed us off even though we were the ONLY ones there. We got home and opened our food, and there was no sauce in the bag either, so now I have flavorless chicken. Lastly, my husband ordered the mashed potato bowl and got about 3 full bites of GRISTLE. I went in for the buffet, and the chicken was awful. It was crispy, instead of having the good flavorful soft breading. It was also dry. The coleslaw was perfect, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were ok. Terrible service. It took forever to get our order. First they said they were out of legs, then they were out of thighs. Then all they had were wings. I asked for my money back, but they decided to cook more. It was not yet 7:00 PM. When we did finally get our order the pieces were very small and very greasy. I have probably been to KFC my last time. I waited in line 27 minutes, couldn't back up or get outta line because of the ridiculous tightness of drive thru area, got to window and I ask them to repeat the order, WRONG!!! I grew up loving Kentucky Fried Chicken, but this is definitely not the Colonel's best, I think all of his troops should be fired. The food is greasy and over cooked, the portions are ridiculously tiny (this only saving grace to that is that when you have to "expel" it later it doesn't take too long), the food bar looks like a maggot wagon, the floors, kitchen, counters, tables, bathrooms, parking lot, ceilings, and well everything else is filthy. If you ask the staff for anything, you are met with a "deer in the headlights" look. So to say the least, customer service is not a priority. I have seen a horrible decline in the overall quality of this and many other KFC franchises across the country. It would be a tough call to eat here again...even if I was starving to death. I have even considered buying out the local franchise just to save it from a long and miserable death. I miss that great family picnic meal.
