Too many issues. I have refused to go back to this location for over a year. I made two (2) comments on why and they have disappeared. 1) Customer service in has been gettin' worse since my first visits five years ago. Ignoring customers is bad enough, but I was left standing for over ten minutes at the head of a line with no help coming. I have a broken back and cannot stand long on hard floors. I complained to the manager-on-duty and a few minutes later he got someone out of the back to help. Unacceptable. 2) Changes in the menu are frequent. Parts of the A&W menu were dropped, including the Fish & Chips. The Potato Wedges have been replaced by fries with a similar texture to the old wedges but that are cloying, unappetizing. I can't make fried chicken, and since the menu needed to be fried chicken, I decided to do an order ahead and pick up at the drive thru. Their app was super easy to navigate, view the menu, order and pay. The drive thru is a tight squeeze, but as long as you aren't driving an 18 wheeler, you'll be fine. This KFC doubles as an A and W. The drive through is very narrow, so don't try to negotiate it if you are not in full control of your faculties. The food is typical. If you like KFC chicken, you will be very happy. The inside seating area has been closed since the pandemic started so the drive through is nearly always busy. We ordered ahead using the app, paid in advance and the food was ready when we arrived at our scheduled time. This KFC used to be my favorite place to go. Until recently. The last 4 times I have been there they have messed up my food tremendously. Forgetting things, adding in things I didn't order. One of the blond girls wasnt wearing any gloves and placed the chicken directly on the counter while making the order.ive seen several of them clean with no gloves on, picking up garbage and such and then immediately start handling food without washing their hands nor wearing any gloves. Often no one is wearing gloves while making/handling/packaging the food. Including apparently the manager. Its unhygienic. My chicken had hair in it. As in it looked like it was cooked with the chicken. It's so gross. They are always understaffed and have about 3 employees run around doing everything. The chicken tasted dry and old. The fries tasted a week old and covered in so much salt. They often forget giving the drinks as well as cookies. None of the employees I've seen seem very friendly either. I went there at 11:30 pm (they close at midnight). The light in the drive thru were still on so I went up to the speaker and waited but no one was there. I then drove up to the window and saw someone inside but they didn't see me. Then they walked by again saw me, ignored me, and went and hid. Rotten Coleslaw and Horrible Response from the Manager. I actually vomited! We ordered through the drive through. Got home. Took a bite of the coleslaw, and instantly spit it out and ran to the kitchen sink and vomited. That's a new experience for me! I called the manager to WARN them not to sell anymore. I did not ask for a refund or anything like that. The manager came to the phone and told me that what I was saying was impossible, became rude and argued. There was no sorry, just an argument. There were no questions asked - just argument. Wow, lame excuses and explanation as well. Needless to say we threw away our entire order ($34.27). I will never eat KFC again! Gross and dangerous. I am reporting them to the WA Health Dept. in the morning. I wrote to the company, but I do not expect any action (an apology would be out of the question I'm sure). Please hire better managers and train them right. This experience did not have to end this way. I wasn't rude or unprofessional. However, I was harmed by your product and manager. Even if she didn't believe me (which she obviously didn't), a few questions and an apology would have been an easy resolution. The food is really hit or miss. It used to be very good, but the past couple times it's been mostly bread rather than meat. My biggest complaint is this location keeps getting rid of items other locations carry. A couple months ago they said they no longer carry the buffalo sauce, and just recently they no longer have sierra mist or a sprite type soda (even though it's pictured on their menus). KFC on Division is disgusting. I went thru the drive-thru and when I got back to my hotel to eat I was absolutely revolted. The chicken was grey and the skin (which is the best part) was soggy. I ordered a 3 piece meal and the third piece was some sort of mangled unrecognizable piece that I couldn't even eat.
