Last nights experience left me incredibly disappointed in what has become standard quality. The pizza took an hour to arrive, and was cold and hard. We asked for extra cheese and didn't even get a decent base layer, let alone the extra we paid for. Overall quantity of toppings has been reduced by 1/2 overall compared to previous experiences. Pipeline has gone from top of my list, to not even on the list. I'm not paying 40 bucks for the same quality I can get from a $5 frozen pizza.

The padded seats on the back wall are in disrepair, ripped with padding coming out (should've taken a pic). I went to use the bathroom and it was out of soap. When I requested new soap, I was ordered "out of the kitchen," but I wasn't in the kitchen at all. I was at the nearest point of contact, back up 4" and the blonde gal stormed off to get soap. A simple hourly (or let's be real... daily) check could've prevented this. I wonder how many employees used that restroom and just shrugged at no soap before they head back to work to make our food.
