They kicked me out because i wanted to eat their food inside and threw my food on the counter

I usually order through the app, and when I feel like i got all my food, I get home and realized they forgot an item..... again :(

Never again! I haven't eaten KFC in years, but I thought I'd use a coupon and ended up vomiting sick the next few days after ingesting the food. No napkins, no silverware, no honey, no receipt to call in a complaint about, I didn't get the sauces I paid extra for, and I apparently got the last of the fried chicken before a 30 minute wait. The breading on the chicken was so soggy with grease that it didn't stick to the chicken! NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Worst fastfood experience in ages, and it wasn't just the prices. The chicken tenders were fine, but the fries were worse than abysmal; tough, hard, and the entire side was that way. I thought fries would be easier to eat while driving. Which they could have been, but these were inedible. Too bad I was on the road when I tried them. This location is by far the worst I've ever gone to. And I've traveled to 43 States! As a GM I was appalled by the disrespectful employees serving customers. Their demeanor shows they were raised by wolves as they have even a disregard for the people spending their hard earned money to eat the slop you serve. The amount of immature young adults at one location is alarming. I blame the management. Poor management to say the least. The food quality is at an all time low. Went in asked for receipt the very heavy set girl w burgundy hair lied as if I don't know there's a monitor for orders and there was no reason to not give me my receipt. Her excuse was to look at order LOL. Then make us wait 11 min more for the sauces n receipt we asked for and shouldve gotten in the first place. The food was literally timed out for consumption. Apparently food poisoning or a lawsuit doesn't scare management nor the owner. I will not spend a dime here ever again. You're better off at Dads even tho their prices are outrageous. Id fire all the employees n management working today. Start all over, train people who actually care n have respect. In the 2+ years I've worked in Toppenish, I've gone at least 3 times, & each time I was very disappointed, their food taste nasty, the oil taste the same in every meal, I've been served hard cold chalupas, & everything I've bought was just bad, one time I bought a Buffalo snacker & the Buffalo sauce was all but on the chicken, made a damn mess, & their customer service skills are also the worse, rude & unprofessional. Not a good place to go at all! If you see how lunch hour gets in this town, that place is the least busiest plus manager doesn't seem to care when calling to complain. read more

Fair food but hours are always inconsistent waited at a lit menu board at 945 for five minutes with employees taking trash out not one told me they where closed had to drive up to window for me to be informed they closed early. read more

"I ate it I'll rate it.", this is the best KFC around. Fresh chicken waiting, no out of any Sides or choices of chicken. Super clean inside and top fast service. They are organized and pleasant. read more

Of all the Colonel's spots in the county this one is a big let down I can't go here once without the order being messed up and somehow one item is missing, they never have enough of some chicken and you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for something, they are joined with a Taco Bell and that is always horrible too there are some lunch trucks near this place that serve better chicken and tacos and Hispanic foods for way better prices. read more

I have been to many kfc and this one is the best one I've been to yet. They are extremely fast, friendliest front person or drive thru person as well. I keep going back because of their great prices. With prices going up all around us, the value boxes or the 20 dollar family bucket remain the same price. They always have a 5 dollar box for taco bell which my son is always so pleased to indulge. I only did a 3 star because the food, sometimes, is good. But literally every time I go, their popcorn chicken is old & hard like a piece of taffy candy. & their customer service needs a lot of attention on how to respect another human being paying for your paycheck. read more

not happy with the service, the girl who was at the drive through was not friendly. We had to call her to the window a couple times because she forgot to give us hot sauce after we had asked for it. We drove away and realized there weren't any napkins, butter, straws or utensils. We had to turn around and go back to get this stuff. We asked to speak with a manager and was told they were too busy to talk to us. Will not go back! read more
