Pretty run of the mill KFC in my opinion. I don't generally go to KFC but on this occasion it happened. Got to try the Nashville Hot Chicken which I will say was superb. I had the tenders version which came with 3 decently sized tenders swimming in the Nashville Hot Sauce, a biscuit and coleslaw for $5.49. Not bad for what you got. The sauce was really good. It had a little kick but was more spice than anything. And in a good way. Even though there was a lot of oil and wetness to it, the breading remained crispy. The biscuit was excellent to sop up the leftover sauce. Additionally, my friend got a 3 piece $5 fill-up box and $20 fill-up bucket for his family that came with a bunch of sides and whatnots. The entirety of my order and his took less than 5 minutes to fill. It was a decent sized order and I felt they did good on the speed. We got everything to go so I don't know how an eat in experience would be but it looked fairly clean and the staff were friendly. Like I said, I'm not a KFC guy really but this wasn't bad. This may be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. My wife and got out of our car to go inside and noticed that the parking lot and sidewalks were extremely dirty but decided to go in anyway, hoping that the inside was clean. We were greeted with a very strong greasy oder. We decided to go to the restroom before ordering and were disgusted with what we saw in there. Very dirty. We came out of the restroom, looked at each other and without a word we both headed for the door. This was unbelievable and unacceptable for a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant. I feel certain that it won't be long before this place closes. Disgusting for sure! I question how the people that were working there that day, were actually working there? ..... Blows my mind. It was crazy I went to KFC on Elm Rd in Warren Ohio I ordered an 8 piece meal I waited 25 minutes for. Got home and looked at the food there was a layer of grease at the bottom of the container Also most of the breading was off the Cole slaw tasted terrible. There was no flavor Plus had to cook the chicken a little bit The floor was sticky in the dining room the bathroom was disgusting This is my review it will be a long time before I go back to that place read more

Went here the other day for some fried chicken sandwiches & a 4 piece meal. Michelle took our drive thru order & she was friendly, courteous & helpful. The grounds outside were clean & well maintained. The chicken was a bit salty but crispy & delicious. Only complaint is that the access road off River Rd to the drive thru has huge holes that definitely need filled in. Not sure who's responsible for that road but it needs fixed. No complaints about our KFC experience. read more

The employees were more interested in chatting among themselves than correctly filling my order. It wasn't until I got home that we noticed one entire 3 piece meal was missing from the bag. There were no sides either when mashed and Mac and cheese were also ordered online. I will never patronize your outlet again. I can appreciate having to pull forward when ordering through the drive thru if your food isn't completely done yet. What I don't understand is when after nearly a 15 minute wait, an employee brings out your "completed" order, which isn't even made right - not to mention 3 items were missing. Unfortunately didn't notice any of this until arriving home. Do better! read more

Placed an order with door dash. Got everything wrong and even had the nerve to tell the driver the order was wrong but they close in 10 minutes so they're not gonna fix it. Absolutely awful to tell a customer you give us money and we'll pick what you eat even if the value is not comparable. Embarrassment to the franchise. read more
