Restaurant is always clean, staff is very friendly as well as quick and food is delicious!

Ya know, it'd been since 2009 since I'd been to a Five Guys!!! 15 years!. On a whim, stopped there on a Saturday night, fully expecting to re-live that experience. Big, juicy burger, grease stained bag, those were the faint recollections I had from prior. My take? Welp.....simple order- a cheeseburger, a hamburger and two fries. The wife's spin was pretty cut and dry; "better than Wendy's but not as good as Ruby Tuesday's or Firebirds" :-) Me? I'll preface this by saying the fries were killer, and trust me, ya only need one order cuz ya get a shizz load of fries (...delicious, to boot. As mentioned elsewhere not unlike fair fries). The burgers? Just "ok". I'm a Burger King guy when I decide to throw calorie caution to the wind and go fast food route, and my thought was this burger has nothing on a properly prepared double Whopper with cheese. My .02. The burger itself was decent, but ended up being rather "sloppy" in practice, as the whole thing ended up being kinda mushy. Plus, I dont typically balk at cost, but damn, $40 for two burgers and fries? The value proposition is kinda weak, end of day. Cheeseburger, over $7.00 Do you think maybe more than a few of the franchisees who shelled out big bucks to open a couple Five Guys stores are kicking themselves? In this area, Youngstown, Warren, Austintown, Boardman, it is a little harder to find folks who think a $7 burger in a plaza with no TV, no bar, heck, no NOTHING, have the spare change to blow on this? Boston, DC, New York, sure that price point is a sweet spot. Disposable income when the average person makes over 90k a year. But HERE?!?!? Drive by any Five Guys in this area of OHIO. Tell me if you see more than five cars parked in front at any time. Keep in mind that a couple cars are employees. Reminds me of when Wendy's all went T.U. Here back in late 1970's, because they refused to compete. Seriously for you millennials, there was a period of almost 20 years when no Wendy's here, cuz of law suits and over priced burgers. Delicious, fresh-made burgers. Made when you order them. They have no freezers here, so everything is fresh. Tons of toppings. My regular is the bacon cheeseburger (which is a double-bacon cheeseburger), topped with lettuce, grilled mushrooms, mayo, mustard, and A1 steak sauce. Here's a tip for you, a regular burger to them is a 2-patty burger. If that's too much for you to eat, and you only want 1 patty, you should order the "Little burger." Way over priced. Family of 4 is over 70.00 it's fast food . The only redeeming thing is the French fry's are fresh cut . We need a sonic.

This is my Mom's favorite burger joint, and it was actually my Boyfriend's first time here. So they were stoked. My little burger i got was the perfect size for me and the rumor around town is how they give you so many fries you can share, and thats true. One fry can feed probably up to 3 people or 1 depending how hungry you actually are. They give you free toppings which is the key here. I love AI sauce on my burger so it makes it good compared to just ketchup and mustard. read more

I have eaten at several Five Guys locations around the country and the quality of the food at this location is pretty much in the middle of the pack among the ones that I have dined at. There are two missing features that this location does not have, they do not serve milkshakes and also do not have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, which are at many Five Guys locations and provide an exponentially more choices and flavors of fountain drinks. This location just has a standard Coca-Cola dispenser. These factors combined cost at least two stars from a five star rating easily. Simply put, it's WAYYYY over priced. A cheeseburger is $11. Food quality and taste was definitely good, service/wait time was so so. My father and I visited this location on Thursday night around 6pm. We were greeted by a friendly cashier and staff. We ordered and it came out after it was cooked hot and ready (not like little Caesar's) My burger was good and fries were also, my fathers meal was also cooked to order and hot to eat. Overall the burger tasted a bit like Wendy's to use comparable data, the fries are always to much despite ordering a small. This company would also benefit from having coke freestyle machines. overall its good but not worth 13.10 cents for a cheeseburger, small fry and drink. One stop shop for being ignored, unacceptable wait times, and watching maskless employees literally forget how a sandwich is put together. I guess unwrapping the same burger 3 times is to be expected when the manager seems offended enough when the restaurant is busy to complain out loud in front of customers. The burgers here taste like real burgers. I get the little burger which is the same as getting a single patty. No need for a big burger which cost more. I also get a large fry and the fries taste like real fries. My dad gets his little burger all the way (every main topping) and it is MESSY. You have been warned if you get this kind of burger. Super sad because the staff shut the open sign off early (still 11 minutes to grab some fries when I pulled in, can't say how much earlier it was shut off) they kind of stared at us when we pulled in like deer in headlights. Great burgers, new location, but ripped us off on large french fries. Supposed to be a "topper" where they dump a bunch of fries. Barely filled the large cup. Asked the staff and they said it was right. $6. Used to go to five guys and getting a large fry could barely finish it with 2 people. I could get more fries with a large fry at McDonalds. Can you really ever go bad with Five Guys? The peanuts (only wish is that they were unsalted). I love the choices for burger toppings.

Good food but slowest five guys anywhere. Two families in store, we were third. Took 30 minutes! Unacceptable.

These burgers are so good!! They make them to order and put them in a old school brown sack, I love it!! Eveytime I go I get diffrent toppings and I am never disappointed. One fry will feed the whole family and the dog. You get too many fries but thats ok. They truley have perfected the burger business!! read more
