I live by the pacific kfc and drive all the way to Washington specifically for this kfc. Always pleasant people working here and I mean every time! Whenever I get the chicken sandwich it's so fresh that I have to use all my napkins because of the juices. I am however writing this review while I wait for my chicken this time. They unfortunately ran out of chicken, but the manager ran to another kfc to get more. It's gonna be about a 25 minute wait for it. The poor girl was so embarrassed and apologetic. I didn't have to say a word before she started offering ways to make it right. I agreed to wait for the chicken and she absolutely took the initiative to make it right. read more

How can KFC be out of chicken??? Never fails this location is always out of something. And the drive thru is epically slow. Have a back up plan if your craving fried chicken or chances are this place will let down! Adding to this....location had to close due to health department inspection. It recently reopened. Incompetent manager was yelling at the cashier after she asked him to clear the computer screen, then threw his headset and walked to the back where you could hear him yelling some more and cussing out his staff. Stopped at this location while attending a funeral. Were with another party. Screwed up both orders and when asked for a receipt for our order told they could not give us a receipt because their printer was broken. Told we could come back later in the day and maybe the could give us a receipt then. Are you f ing kidding me. We live over a hour away. VERY VERY rude people working here including the manager. I ordered 16 piece dark meat chicken, it was dry, got 2 thighs, 4 legs, 3 or 4 breasts & the rest was wings. My dog appreciates the breasts but it is to dry to eat for my husband & I. It will be a while before I go to KFC again. read more

They open and close when they want to, have been shut down by the Health Department on numerous occasions and most of the workers could care less about the cleanliness of the building or how the food turns out that they serve. First let me start with the floor, it is always sticky and constantly filled to the brim with filth. The food is always cold when served and the billions of flies in this restraunt is absolutely disgusting. The only good thing about this place is that there are kind of nice. I was there 9/19/16. Flys, I mean a million of them flying around pounding your body like buck shots. I made my order of 3 piece crispy box and 25 minutes later I requested a refund. Had to wait 10 minutes for it. There at least least 6 to eight people in the kitchen area laughing and messing around. The senior lady ordered a 16 piece box right before me and kept changing her order. After about the sixth time, I asked the one guy who was the only one tending to customers how difficult it was to just give me my order. KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Washington, Missouri

I have to give the crew that worked tonight their kudos. Michael, Cornell, Seth and I can't think of the other employees name. They were so helpful, greetings with a smile and on top of taking orders and filling them. It was close to closing time within 30 minutes; so I didn't expect them to make new batches of chicken that late into their shifts. I was willing to take what they had left but they insisted that they would make fresh if they didn't have it already done. I noticed the guys had already started their nightly duties as I noticed the floor looked as though it had been recently cleaned. The overall appearance of the cooking area was very clean. I mentioned to one of the guys that I'm sure you're ready to go home. He said we've been here all day. Well, I couldn't tell because they were still eagerly filling orders and smiling. No one seemed to mind taking another customer's order. I can't say that I would still be wearing a smile and happily greeting customer and willing to go out of my way close to the end of my shift. It was as if they had just come in to work. So a Big Thank You fellas, you made this customer completely satisfied and I left with a smile on my face. And the food was delicious! I'm have been coming to this KFC for years, decades even and I was pleasantly pleased tonight. I will be back to order again and I hope the same crew is there! read more

I've only gotten take-out from this location. My only complaint was the long wait while I sat at the take-out window. But the guy actually apologized! I appreciate that. The KFC Famous Bowls were awesome as usual! I look forward to going back. read more

Hungry for fried chicken Sept. 7th about 2:40pm, I stopped at KFC in Washington and ordered the two piece combo. I received a back piece with some breast meat attached and a wing. The color of the meat looked like it had been fried in last weeks oil and then put under a heat lamp for at least three hours. There was very little edible meat . What a waste of time. Oh' the one star is for the mashed potatoes. read more
