Maybe pay employees a living wage so they come to work. Dining room closed due to staff. On 10/11 waited behind 3 cars for 15 minutes, nobody moved. Drove 7 miles to Union. I came here last night, I was pretty hungry and I know that I have ALWAYS had a good experience here. I ordered a large fry and when I got my order I didn't THINK it was a large... so I did what every Karen would do and I turned around and POLITELY asked if it was a large fry. IT WAS! I felt like such a dork, I told them sorry, I just thought it looked kinda small for a large, and without batting an eye, they apologized (not that they needed to) and gave me a fresh medium fry to go with it. I was shocked. They not only handle the situation gracefully, they also corrected the situation and when above and beyond. as I was driving away I told myself, there is no way that they are getting away with this without a good review. To the manager working that night. You got a good crew, to the managers working every night, YALL GOT SOME GOOD CREWS! The service was horrible when we walked in an employee said "can't wait to get lobby" in a sarcastic tone. Our order didn't get taken until we were standing there for 15 minutes. Then we told them they were out of large lids in lobby and one of the employees handed us a stack of lids for us to put out their for them. Stopped in for lunch on our way down 44. The food was pretty good, we had a Whopper Jr and Chicken Sandwiches but the service is the reason for the bad review. Ok so the people working we're doing their best but they were short staffed and one of the employees that happened to be eating dinner helped out. Food was Burger King good. Only issue we had was we ordered a large shake and got a small, we didn't say anything so our bad. And they forgot to tell us our order was ready for awhile. Best Burger King in the county, I have ordered from this restaurant several times both in person and using their app. All orders were correct and on time. Only issue is that drive through takes up all their time and the front counter is secondary. Most likely not a problem they can fix since all fast food restaurants need to balancing number of workers with number of sales. Prices are a little high, if it were not for the app discounts I could not eat there. read more

the guy who served us was amazing. he clearly was in a good mood and able to joke and laugh, and that's not something you can just fake. the food wasnt the best, but i am a picky eater with horrible taste so take that with a grain of salt. and we weren't even waiting that long. i personally am not too big of a burger king fan, but the overall vibe of the place is definitely worth going. read more

Coming here watching the solar eclipse here in Saint Clair, MO. This place is jam packed with spectators. All the employee here are friendly and professional. This was absolutely the most pleasant Burger Ling experience I have ever had. The facility was clean, the service was quick & 100% accurate, but most importantly- the staff was awesome. Customer Service, friendliness, and overall experience at 9/10 fast food restaurants in general ( unless it is a "home" store ) are lacking in all areas- of the 3 employees that I saw here today ( 11/26 3:30 2 women at the register & 1 male cook ) totally made me forget that I have been driving all day from Chicago. Thanks ladies! I know how taxing it can be to work in fast food ( as I did for a few years ) But it's good to know there are still people who want to be the best at everything they do. read more
