I do come in and eat and have seen many people that have to come back in because they didn't get a correct order. I was in there several days ago and I want to say I paid 6 bucks for 2 med drinks that tasted horrible. If I pay that much for some pop we all know we want it to at least taste like pop. I threw it out and money down the drain. I requested a district manager a few months ago and never received a call. I know she is a doll. She greets me when I come in and she is there. Maybe she doesn't realize the food that's really coming out of this store? I get watered down ranch a lot. I was at Mt Orab today and got watered down Ranch is that a THING? She was most likely not made aware I requested a callback. I know Paige down there and she is a sweetheart and cares about her customers. I finally called again this evening and spoke to Paige. I could understand if I ordered, and it was occasionally wrong but I recheck my order because I already know and it's still wrong is just a waste of my money my breath and food because I feed it to the dog! Please if we order a hamburger with ketchup that's a easy order! We want to continue eating here but want fresh correct food. I know this has gone on for quite a long time before I started even complaining. Every time I'm told well, we have new people. I finally just started feeling discouraged about eating at our local DQ.
