Gone through drive thru twice this month. Ordered 1 combo and 1 order of nuggets. Did not get a biscuit with the combo. Second trip through ordered 2 identical combos same sides same drinks. Did not get biscuits or sauces. Pulled back around and asked for biscuits and sauces that I paid for and they acted like I was robbing the place. Food was not terrible but biscuits were hard both times like they had set under a warmer all day. Potatoes and fries were ice cold but nuggets were fresh and scalding hot - too hot to eat for several minutes. At least they were fresh I guess. Price has definitely gone up. Over $30 bucks for 2 nuggets combos is steep. read more

5/28/24 Have eaten at Williamsburg, KY. KFC for years. Prices have sky rocketed, and amounts of sides have decreased to practically nothing. But today was the worse ever. Ordered the 8 piece bucket for 10.99. the looks and size of the pieces were shocking...but worse than that! Tasteless, blane, no flavor. Forget the 13 secret spices...there wasn't even salt. It's like they had ordered the chicken from some fast food burger joint and tried to pass it off as their own. In 40 years, have never had tasteless small pieces from KFC. To beat it all in Kentucky. Showed up 45 minutes to closing only to be told they had no food to serve. Was then told it would be a minimum of 30 minutes to make food EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT CLOSE TILL 10! One word! Delicious! I know there are KFC's all over the world but when we planned our trip to go to the Ark & Creation Museum in Kentucky my 12 year old niece said that she wanted to eat KFC innnnnn KENTUCKY! So, we came to this location. We walked in & the restaurant was clean & smelled great. The staff was all so friendly! We walked up to the register & I told Millie & Nicole the reason we were there. They didn't act like we were crazy at all! Then, I asked the shift leader Cruz if he could help us figure out a good deal for 6 people so we could just try the chicken and he went above & beyond to help us out. The chicken was fresh & hot. The skin on the chicken was crisp. It didn't leave grease dripping all over your hands like most fried chicken. (Which is gross & one of the reasons I don't like to eat fried chicken). It was moist & juicy! Honestly, this was the BEST fried chicken we have ever had at a restaurant chain! If it tasted this good in San Antonio, Texas we'd eat it more often but trust me.... Whatever you do. Stay away from this KFC. Right after remodel I placed order online. Got to drivethru. Order was way way wrong. I was told there is no way to confirm order if I do it online. They said, and I quote, " We gave no way of confirming any online orders, if you gave a problem contact the website!" Great customer services huh? I called back and 3 separate employees told me they were the manager I've had problems with this location before. One time I ordered an extra breast, paying for it, along with a bucket. Got home and extra piece. Called store and I was told to count the pieces in the bucket. They put it in there. I should pull out all the pieces. After the remodel fiasco I now never get chicken from KFC. I drive to lafolllete tennessee to Popeyes. I promise you KFC is one of those companies that franchises. Last week I went to drive through and got two of the new 3-piece strip boxes one for me one for my wife it's around 11:00 a.m. went home my wife comes out bitching I opened the food the chicken was burnt and dried out we didn't even eat it we went somewhere else for lunch so I called the store whoever I spoke to said he was sorry and he'd write my name down on a receipt and that we could come back anytime we wanted and get three meals so I went today to get our free meals and they looked at each other and went found some guy he came out with a terrible attitude to begin with acted like I was lying to him and demanded me give him the manager's name I didn't know the manager's name because like I told him did you give me your name cuz I don't even know your name so to make a long story short after arguing with him and him acting like he's better than me and pretty much acting like I was lying to him I told him stick the free meals and that KFC up his ass he come to find out was the general manager Mc Fox he has a terrible attitude he's an arrogant prick and I don't think he should be running a store and he obviously needs to learn that as a general manager customers are always right he doesn't know that and he shouldn't try to act like he's better or knows more than anybody else because he don't their food sucks the Shell station at exit 15 has two times better chicken than they got at a better price read more

The food where do I start they leave it out all night in the warmers cooked fresh lol trust me it's not managers stay out by the dumpster smoking dabs all night so other than that and the panhandling you for money can't sit inside or outside. We stopped to eat at this KFC because we were on a road trip and how could we pass a KFC in the state of Kentucky?! As soon as we walked in I noticed that the whole place looked really clean and smelled delicious. We were greeted by Leslie which she also took our order. Leslie was extremely welcoming and she is the reason why I'm mainly writing this review. She even asked us how our meal was which is a rare thing at a fast food restaurant. Even after the remodel, service is still slow. I waited in the drive thru for 30+ mins one time. Half the time if you order drinks using the drive thru, they are watered down and you cannot drink them. They don't fill up the containers for mashed potatoes/mac n cheese/coleslaw all the way, and watch your food if you leave a bad review. The workers at the window can be rude if you've mentioned anything negative about their customer service or asked for something extra. Also, another local just got RAW meat in her order last night, and the manager on duty was rude to her. read more

Absolutly gross. Their bathroom was trashed and the floor was sticky, and the sink was broken, a horror show for germaphobes. Their workers are slower than a grandma with a hip replacement. Their condiments station looks like pearl harbor, trash scattered everywhere and ice flooding the whole counter like a glacier in the ice age. Workers werent even wearing shoes or gloves and touching their ears than the food, playing on their phones like zombies which just makes them move slower. Terrible service. We went through the drive through and the girl kept asking what number it was even though we told her multiple times. When we ordered our drinks, she made us repeat it about five times. She then thought it was nice to say every drink on the menu. We asked to speak with another employee but that didn't work. She talked over us repeatedly and was basically shouting the whole time. It wasn't one of those times where you can't hear, she was just being ugly. We asked to speak to a manager but they wouldn't come to the window. That cashier needs to be fired. read more

Almost passed up this kfc due to a negative online review, however we were craving chicken and short on time so decided to eat inside. Customer service was good, chicken was tasty and hot, and restaurant was clean. Docked one star because menu didn't present clear options for our low carb preference (I.e.
