Families with young children should not be made to feel unwelcome or judged over normal toddler behavior. The service overall was disappointing. Throughout our entire meal, no one ever came by to offer drink refills or check on us. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were very dirty and clearly needed attention. We were disappointed because we had been loyal customers for a long time, but after this experience, we have decided not to come back. Yes, they charge you for a glass water, believe it or not. We had one soft drink and one glass of water for a total of $5.95. I can't remember ever being charged for a glass of water before. But the food was delicious! Cooked to perfection. Everything we ate was cooked exceptionally well, especially for a buffet. The batter on the chicken was crisp, the shrimp was cooked as it should be.
