Well, we tried this place again because we were in a rush and needed quick food. Ordered an 8-piece meal, with thighs and breast only. Guess what? We got 3 breast pieces, 2 drumsticks, 2 wings and 1 thigh. Really? How difficult is it to count to "4"? Four breasts, four thighs, no big deal, but apparently it WAS a big deal for the person filling the bucket. Got the food home and it was DRY DRY DRY. It must have been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. We had to throw out 6 pieces of chicken because it was inedible. And the wait in the drive-through was 20 minutes too long. Very extremely SLOW !! Waited in Drive through line for over 40 minutes only to get my order & have missing items. Also they were rude when i was giving them my order, I felt very rushed. I will never again come back to this KFC I'd rather travel further to have better service then wait like this. read more

There are times when the system breaks down... arrived at KFC around 7:15, one party ahead of me. Unbeknownst to me someone had just phoned in an 80 piece order just before I arrived. Consequently they were unable to meet the needs of the people ahead of me because they didn't have enough chicken. Fifteen minutes later when I finally was able to order, the line was out the door and people were restless. There has to be a better way to compensate when there is a large order. Moral of the story, KFC is not fast food, the question is, is it worth the wait. read more

Bought a bucket meal with crispy chicken. The frying oil has not been changed for days. The chicken looks and tasted like it was fried in deisel. Gave me a throat ache. Place needs a food inspection. I can't believe they would sell this to a customer in good conscience. read more

Drive thru is only open. If you get bad chicken, and you're white, you get the line that its YOU'RE problem and if you demand a refund, they will inspect the chicken and only give you refund if you haven't touched it!! read more

Waited a half hour in the drive thru line to find out they didn't have tenders or strips or anything else i wanted. In the past I stopped going here because the food tasted like it had been cooked 2 days ago. It being crowded and late at night i decided i will not spend my money on stuff i don't even like. I cancelled my order and went to bk up the street. That settles it. As much as i love KFC i will NEVER go back to this location. The workers there don't care about their customers and could care less about the food quality as long as it isn't going into their own mouths. read more

I don't know what happened but the woman who took my order last night used to be friendly. No smiles - even when I said she was my favorite person (that was before I noticed the change in her personality). It was pouring rain out and I asked for a plastic bag as she handed me my order. I got the bag but also an annoyed look. If I come back it won't be when she's working. read more

I was told to pull over to wait 10-12 for my 6 wings. 20 minutes later I got impatient and went in... apparently they gave my $30 order to another car. So I had to wait for them to remake everything. Finally they bring the order out and go back inside. After checking through my stuff I notice that part of my order is missing. Had to go back in again! this was the worst experience ever. We walked in and the workers were not friendly AND took forever to take are order once we got our order we waited a solid 30 minutes worth of little kids yelling. The tables, counters, soda machine were all dirty. The floors were sticky and smelled bad. There were no pepper or sauces. The food was basically raw. The chicken was soggy and didn't give me a BISCUIT. I am overall very disappointed and a horrible first time at a KFC. read more

would give this place 0 stars if i could. the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I went to go get food for my family and there was a very long line when i pulled up to enter the line for the drive through. But i figured it wouldn't be super long. I waited for 45 minutes for another customer at the drive through to tell me they have been closed the whole time. i came at 6:40 and it wasn't supposed to close until 8:00. she then proceeds to ask what the managers name was and the worker yells and curses the customer out. the worker then comes out and yells at the lady at the drive through and cursing her out. she just continues to ask for a managers name and he avoids the question multiple times and continues to yell at her. she waited in line for an hour. Nobody came out to tell everyone that was waiting in the drive through (there was about 12-15 cars in line this whole time) that they all the sudden closed due to shortage or workers. So upset with the way the workers handled this situation. absolutely ridiculous. read more

Who doesn't love KFC? - Especially when you have delightful service and a clean location. Most fast food places are what they are. You're not going there for the culinary arts, but because a craving needs to be satisfied. You can bet that with this location, you'll get your fried chicken, your wedges and a smile. In the event that you have to wait, staff offered us a biscuit to tide us over until our order was ready. I would definitely recommend this location highly. read more

If your on a fixed budget and need a quick meal , this is the place to go!! The Mgr took my order twice and he was pleasant and very nice!! My grandma said the food was great string beans and chicken, my daughter ate all of her food which is a surprise because she is very picky!!! Please please please do not eat at the Willow Grove KFC!!!!!! the customer service is unprofessional and rude I went through the drive through and ordered a 15 piece bucket of original chicken the five pieces of chicken on top were cooked the remaining 10 pieces at the bottom of the bucket were burnt and it was old chicken it was absolutely disgusting I will never eat at this location again this is my third time at this location and all my visits have been horrible and disgusting!!!!!!! read more

absolutely horrible service. i've been here multiple times, but after tonight i will not be returning. when my boyfriend and i arrived there was only one other car in line (keep in mind that this is during covid & you are unable to go inside). we ordered 2 meals & ended up waiting almost 45 mins! we would have just left, but they told us to move to the side and wait a few minutes and they would bring out our food. 20 minutes went by and we tried walking up to the door which was locked and a little kid walked up to the door and laughed at us. we tried calling the restaurant multiple times but no one answered the phone. over 10 cars passed us after getting their food through the drive through. eventually another car had to pull over next to us to wait for our food and FINALLY a worker came out with yet again not our food! at least we were finally able to talk to a worker and get our food 45 minutes later!! we got no apology or anything and stormed out of there. completely ridiculous. looked like a daycare inside the restaurant and no one gives a shit about the costumers!!!! read more

Went there with my two nephews, ages 15 & 7 and ordered the 16 piece bucket, extra crispy. Was told that they had just sold their last made extra crispy so I could have original flavor or wait 15 min. for them to make the extra crispy. I explained that I don't go there often and had my heart set on extra crispy so I would wait. The cashier was very kind and gave us free sodas while we waited. Unfortunately, there were approx. 12 teenagers hanging out in the store, using it as their personal playground. They were not really eating and were hanging out and at least one employee seemed to know them. They were loud and started getting physical (hitting, etc.) with one another and were cursing. They milled back and forth between the tables and continued this behavior. The employees did nothing to stop the behavior and even gave most of them courtesy beverages. After 20 min. of this I went to the counter and was told that the chicken breasts weren't done yet and did I want to have some original put in. I told him to give me whatever he needed to so I could leave the circus. They tossed in a free cake which did nothing to solve the issue. My 7 year old nephew was subjected to their foul language and behavior, even my 15 year old nephew thought their behavior was inappropriate. I will not return to this store again and highly suggest that the supervisor or manager learn that if they want to attract customers they need an environment that is not threatening. read more
