I went here today for a spicy chicken deluxe with pepperjack. I was impressed. This spicy chicken sandwich that I got makes the one on Welsh Road in Horsham less appeasing deadass. The chicken sandwich was crispy not soggy like the one in I mentioned that is in Horsham off 63. Obviously this location at the Willow Grove mall food court knows how to bread and fry their chicken and cook it. Had a conversation with one of the managers and shared my thoughts. Also, I didn't know that this was a franchise. And I didn't know that you can franchise at Chick-fil-A. I want my own Chick-fil-A my guy, where do I sign up? Keep providing good service Chick-fil-A employees at this location. As well as the franchise manager, keep making that money. Bravo, job well done. Worst experience ever at a Chic-fill-a. Service was horrible. 5 cashiers tripping over each other trusting to do the same job with one server filling the orders. Only issue is she was more concerned about what everyone else was doing causing her to stop doing her job. Food just stopped ,getting cold. Staff was rude. You might want to have your service staff with long hair and braids tie it back as the braids we going into the ice and foot holding area. My food was cold. I new Chick Fil a just opened near our neighborhood. My kids were ecstatic. We went they the drive thru. Very professional and Covid -19 precautions were in place. Our our was fulfilled correctly. I ordered a Market Salad. I was very happily surprised. My salad was filled to the top. There a good amount of chicken Also a good amount of blue berries , apples , and strawberries. huge disappointment! I am a local to this restaurant and to say it is going downhill is an understatement. I am also a former employee of this very restaurant (left after owners sold and switched managment). It is very obvious that standards are not being held to the same standards. They become overwhelmed when dealing with any form of line and are unable to manage long lines effectively by expediting. During my visit today my they gave me someone else's sandwich instead of what i ordered and after i gave it back to them i saw them give that sandwich to someone else which is against regulations obviously. Then the woman who was bagging food was very unapologetic and rude when fixing the order that she got wrong. Miles off of where it once was as a restaurant. Truly Sad! read more

Don't be intimidated by the line! It looks long, but goes extremely quick. There are multiple lines! My whole transaction, including waiting, was less than 90 seconds. Pretty amazing. They are also not stingy with their sauces! I don't eat fast food often, so I didn't know what sauces were available. Employee took the time to list all the options and explain what chik-fil-a sauce was (spicy sweet mustard). I upgraded my spicy chicken sandwich to deluxe for cheese, lettuce and tomato, and thought the cheese would've been melted, but nope. Still good nonetheless. I think the pickles make it! A little more expensive than the other mall food court options. But definitely the better of the bunch. read more

You can tell the franchise owner cares. Management at this location is on point. Food is fast and proper. They hire well because everyone there is friendly and polite. The grilled chicken sandwich is delicious! Don't forget the honey roasted bbq sauce Update I've always said that if I owned a restaurant I would charge extra for adding items such as lettuce and tomato rather than making guests pay for them in the base price. The grilled chicken comes with lettuce and tomato which I don't get. They take off a small amount for each. It's not much but it's certainly a show of respect considering no other business does this. read more

The food has always been solid here, per usual with CFA. I'm not rating the food. I've been coming here for years, but lately they have been incapable of preparing an order correctly. My last two orders have been missing all of the salad toppings. The second time I had searched the bag right after I received it and noticed all the missing toppings and informed the associate that this was the second time in a row this has happened. The person apologized and put toppings in my bag. When I got home, I realized all of the toppings that had been put in my bag were totally incorrect for the salads I'd ordered. I then left feedback on the chick-fil-a app where I had ordered from, which corporate sent to the store manager, and I heard nothing further, despite the total lack of competence displayed. A friend of mine told me that he'd been experiencing similar issues with his orders lately at this location as well, so I don't know what's going on, but I'd recommend picking another location and if you must go here, check your order very carefully. read more

Decided to write a review about my long time favorite. I love CFA. The franchise owner cares and you can tell. Every CFA I go to have the best customer service, best/fresh food and just an amazing environment. The employees are very nice and always come around to see if we need anything. They apologize if our food takes a little bit and always ask if we need refills. Their food is by far the best fast food. It's very fresh and it's very tasty. Even in the mall service it's very crowded, but they still have good service & the long ling goes by very fast with new ways to order. Every worker seems happy and cheerful, and are never too busy to hear what you have to say. HIGHLY recommend going to Chick-Fil-A in the future. read more

I love to take exactly 11 chicken nuggets and soak them in mayonnaise for 3.5 hours. Also the water and ice is a very refreshing and watery beverage. Furthermore, the fries were first a 3/10 but when i dipped those puppies in pickle juice they are a 10/10. In conclusion, a delicious A+ meal! read more
