Really disappointed in today's visit at Chick-fil-A. This was my first time back at the Warringon restaurant since the pandemic. First off, they have remodeled the restaurant to about half the size. Once inside, you get the feeling they want you in and out, as there are only a few places to sit, especially for parties of four or more. Second, the bun was totally different- no butter. Tasted like a plain, store-bought hambuger bun. The chicken had no "crunch"...soggy coating. Next, the iced tea had no flavor. Tasted like brown colored water. I ordered a caramel crunch milkshkae and could not believe how little the cup was for $5.25! It was the same size as a small soda. I have been drinking Chick-fil-A milkshakes for years and they have NEVER been this small. As a matter of fact, the last time I was there, I ordered a peppermint shake and was told at the counter that they were out of mikshake cups and would it be alright if they gave me the shake in two small cups. My friend and I were eating and visiting there today after a movie 9/16/24) and were asked several times from the employees there If we needed anything. The menu is fun and unique, unlike any other fast food out there - I challenge you to debate me on this! The food is always fresh; the service is over-the-top accommodating; the atmosphere is welcoming. the only boos are that they are closed on Sunday (everyone knows this) and if you go there during peak times, it WILL take a while to get your food. Yes I am giving a fast food place a 5 star. I am rating it within the realm of fast food, not saying it compares to a Fogo De Chao. The food here is definitely better tasting and less artery clogging than the other major chains. But most people already know that. But listen, this particular location is awesome. The staff is super polite. You feel like you're in an episode of 'Leave it to Beaver'. They also bring your food to your table after you order it. Everyone gets the VIP treatment here. They have a nice little indoor playground for kids. They also often have community events like a bouncy castle, face painting, pumpkin decorating etc. Very family friendly. I walked into this place when there was madness. Line out to play zone. Drive thru backed up to 611. Surprisingly, I was move through the line at a reasonable pace. Service was good. Although a sandwich was forgotten, they quickly were able to bring it to my table without a problem. I went to get lunch today at chick fil a. I ordered almost $50.00 worth of food. The young man that handed me my bag through the drive thru said everything was in the bag. I asked him again if everything was inside and he said yes. Drive home and there's no cool wrap in my bag. I had to drive all the way back to chick fil a along with my bag of food which at this point is all a mess since I was looking all over for the wrap. My milkshakes are now all melted and all that was done was to give me $6.00 back for the wrap. I didn't even take the money. Chick Fil A seems to be taking over the world! The Staff here is excellent and they have been trained well to handle almost every situation. They clean ALOT. It seems like they have staff that rotates in and out of cleaning duties so that their store is immaculate. I'm not the biggest chick fil a fan- I mostly just go for their milkshakes anymore. This location is good- it's always clean and the staff is always nice- really nice. It's just insanely busy, and although they've found ways to manage it I definitely can end up feeling claustrophobic. You never have to wait long though. They add staff outside to take orders and they let you sit and bring your food to you. Overall a great system. There also isn't a ton of parking. But for food, cleanliness, and staff - it's a great hit! read more

My experiences at this store have been progressively worst the wait times are horrible so order online for mobile pickup the only options are drive thru or in store. I have experience more than one incident where I have waited up to 10 mins once I'm in the store. After speaking to a TEAM LEAD who was not such team leader I was told he's the only one preparing the noble orders on a busy Saturday night. After speaking with the STORE MANAGER he was less help I told him about my experiences he acted liked he could care less. We stopped at this particular place one Saturday morning. I don't think I've ever met more polite people. It's like the whole place was on Prozac. Everybody was smiling, patient, accommodating, and again, super polite. Anytime I've been to a fast food restaurant, if you have to wait a little bit longer for something, that's your bad luck. The only fast food place I will EVER give five stars too. The girls (I say girls because it has always been young women working the window when I go) are always SUPER friendly. I almost always travel with my canine companion, and she has now come to know when we are in the Chick-Fil-A drive thru and gets so excited because she knows that her "friends" are waiting to baby-talk to her through the window. One time she attempted to climb through the window and also the succeeded. While I could've been madly embarrassed and berated for my dogs behavior, the girls found it funny (as did I) and even offered me a new milkshake since Duchess has knocked most of mine over (I wouldn't accept though since it was out of their hands). It is also one of the ONLY fast food places that I've never had a wrong order. If we are going to do fast food, then I prefer to do Chick-Fil-A. Chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, waffles fries, and shakes...I love 'em all! I've been to Chick-Fil-A's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually get their original Chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a sweet tea, but sometimes I splurge and go with the cookies and creme handspun milkshake! Yea, it' a lot of calories, but worth every sip in my opinion!! There is an indoor playground for the kids. Staff is always friendly and they even come around while you are eating and ask if they can get you any refills. We were most recently here over lunch on a weekday and the place was packed, but admittedly it was spring break, so lots of Mom's with their children. The drive-thru (Packed), the inside (Packed), doesn't matter though - you always get in and out of there fast - and with the great food you wanted.
