First time coming across and trying a Raising Cane's location. As mentioned in the name, it's all about the chicken fingers...and will have to say they were indeed juicy and tasty with or without sauce. The Mr and I got a 9 piece that came with slaw, Texas toast and fries. Was expecting a garlic flavor to the toast, but instead only got a toasted butter sesame flavor. The crinkle fries were good, not overly fried and salted nicely. Tried their Cane sauce and it tasted like a peppery mayo, ketchup mix of some kind. Also opted to try their Honey mustard sauce which was just alright. A bit runny for me with a tender, but would be good as a lite salad dressing. The Mr who loves slaw said it was alright, just needed salt. We paired this combo with a Sweet Tea, which was also just alright, not too sweet which is good. All in all a good experience that we left full and happy enough to hope they make their way up to New York to battle it out with the other finger licking chicken chains. So I have tried Cane's in many locations: Minnesota, Virginia, Delaware and other PA locations. This had decent chicken but the Cane's sauce had a strong ketchup flavor and not peppery flavor I prefer. Overall decent. read more

I've lived in St Louis and went to Raising Cane all the time. The food back then was always good. They opened this one nearby so came in for lunch. The chicken was blond. The fries were also blond and overly salty to the point that I couldn't eat more than 2. They remade another order for me that should be extra crispy, but the outside was still very soggy. After eating one piece, I've has enough and tossed the others away. I could still taste the grease the entire afternoon. I am still pretty upset to have wasted $18. The only thing that's good was the lemonade. Take my advice and go one block over to Dave's Chicken, where their chicken is crispy and delicious. read more

Ordered the 6 piece chicken fingers meal. It was a lovely autumn afternoon. We decided to eat outside on the covered patio, which must be lovely at night. It's adorned with lights and ceiling fans to keep patrons cool in the summer, and enchanted at night. The service was quick and friendly. Staff was working to keep the place in top shape. Raising canes has an essentially simple menu. It consists of fries and chicken fingers, with some variation of those. We came during their opening week, so the drive-through line wrapped through the parking lot and down the street. The counter line went out the door towards the neighboring store. Considering how many people were there, service was relatively fast and impressive. Ambience is sort of mass production generic inside, and dirty because there were 8000 people in there. The food is pretty good. The chicken is in its category: the fingers come with their cane sauce. There are no other sauce besides ketchup. The king sauce consist of the taste of mayonnaise and ketchup with black pepper. I had the finger sandwich, and it was very good. The bun was huge, and the three fingers inside were very delicious. My tomato was missing, but I will forgive that one. You can get endless sweet tea and soft drinks at the store, lemonade is behind the counter. I would go again to canes, it was pretty good. Came here on Tuesday, March 17th. Waited 5 minutes at counter while 3 female workers stacked bags on the counter and another guy was replacing garbage bag. One girl saw me and just kept ignoring me. Not ready yet. And definitely not Chick-fil-a. My order was incomplete, they ran out of cup holders (that's on management), and when I asked for my beverages, two people behind the counter passed the assignment on the another person who filled it reluctantly. Don't expect a customer service focused experience like CFA, and expect irritable workers who appear to be inconvenienced by customers (and their fellow co-workers). They should not have built a restaurant especially a fast food place where they did. There is no egress or ingress for canes, making it verry dangerous to exit the restaurant and travel east on Moreland road. When you leave and you have to get in the far left lane during high traffic periods it is impossible. D careful and tge chicken fingers aren't worth it anyway. Best to travel west and go to Chick filet ( much better and safer to go to. Enjoy their chicken a lot more than Canes. read more

It takes more than 30 minutes to get through the drive through and they only keep one window open when they have two.

I had to give Raising Cane's 4 stars due to the small portion of fries. That's my only issue hopefully the owner or corporate see this and increase the portion. I love everything about Cane's, food is always hot and delicious definitely giving chickfilaa run for there money. read more

I will not eat here again and don't recommend it for others who want a clean place to eat a meal. The place is brand new but apparently the staff is not taught how to clean up after the customers. Not one table was washed while my husband and I were there. Most of the patrons that came in looked for the cleanest table available and then got napkins to wipe the table off . The floor had food and crumbs on it and I noticed a cup of sauce on one of the seats in a booth. I must say the chicken was tender but without the sauce, it had no flavor. Nasty ! The grease they used was old I could tell. The fries were salty and nasty . It cost too much for it to be as gross as it is. The workers don't have a good system when it comes to the time that they get the food out to customers. read more
