This KFC location is one of the worst I've ever been to. I've been to more than 23 states and 2 countries. That makes this spot impressively, awful. The staff seems uninterested in helping customers have a pleasant experience, the food is ALWAYS wrong, and even the drive-thru is filthy. I actually subjected myself to this particular branch a handful of times. I do try to give the benefit of the doubt, but in this instance, I may have just done some weird self punishment, thing. If you truly need chicken, go elsewhere. Or, learn to make it at home. Whichever. Just don't put yourself through what I did. read more

I am on a personal quest to find the worst KFC in the United States. Y'all have made it to the very top of my list. The store is filthy and the food I got was absolutely horrible. The chicken was completely dry like it had been cooked five hours earlier, and the wings were so small and shriveled up there was barely a bite on any of them. The chicken tasted old and dry the mashed potatoes for pre-prep and look like they've been sitting there all day the corn didn't taste sweet like it says and very dry the biscuits were hard the only thing that was good was the barbecue beans even the coleslaw taste it all will not be coming back to this KFC read more

Every time I order from this place they screw the order up. I even tried ordering through the app and the first time I got there 20 minutes after ordering and they told me that they didn't have enough chicken meat to fill my order. Today I ordered pick up as soon as possible, and I get to the restaurant and their system is showing that I ordered them meal for 11 AM the next day. I showed them on my phone when I ordered it for immediate pick up I was told there's nothing they can do. I just cancel the entire order and walked out! The service is this place sucks read more

If there was a negative star I'd use it. Received wrong food and wanted us to bring it back another thirty minutes. Employees were rude. Bad time to treat your customers like they don't matter. Lesson learned. This was in May and I've still yet to hear a word from guest relations. read more

Do Not Go To This Restaurant. This is not fast food or good service. Feb 2/2/2020 Waited 10 minutes 2 place order with no one in line. Waited another 1/2 hour before we were told that our order was given to someone else and we could wait 20 more minutes or get our money back. Absolutely awful! It's now 7:52 pm and we arrived around 7:25pm. We just got to order about 5 minutes ago after standing in line behind 3 people (one of which left). Sitting here and peering around there is garbage on tables that has been there since we walked in. You can literally see the employees in the back just standing around! Can you give zero stars? We tried this location vice Bojangles right next door. Was a Sun at 4:30pm. All garbage cans were overflowing and we stood at the counter behind 1 other person for about 10 min before walking out. Nobody even acknowledged we were there. Two tables had folks. Stopped in to get some food 5/30 around 6:30 pm and did not have a pleasant experience. The cashier with glasses and dark hair was waiting very impatiently making my family and I feel rushed to order when we were not sure what we wanted. Then when we went up to order and I asked a question about what comes on something and she gave me a look like I was an idiot for even asking and slowly nodded her head yes. My dad asked a question about what comes with the meals and she was rude to him as well. She also forgot to give us our drink cups and we had to ask for them when she handed us our food. She handed us our order and didn't say anything at all..I used to work fast food and at least would say thanks, have a nice day or be a little more polite than she was. I got the famous bowl and like to use a spoon for it but found I only got a fork in the bag. I went back inside to get a spoon and the same cashier who took care of us was finishing up ringing up another customer and saw me walk back in but ignored me and walked to the back after she was finished ringing that customer up. I saw her just standing around, so it wasn't like she was busy with something else. Just being rude. I asked another employee for a spoon when she came up to hand a customer their order and she handed me another fork. I asked if they had spoons and she said no. If she would've told me that, I would've told her I didn't need another fork as I already received two and don't need to waste more plastic. She was at least nice and friendly though. But the other employee was just outright rude and disrespectful. People like her should not be working a job like this where she has to work with the public and should be friendly and treat people with respect if she is unable to do that read more

We stopped in the drive thru today and ordered 2 kids meals and 2 chicken little combos, and the service was incredibly rude. The window worker handed my husband the two medium drinks and asked if we had gotten the kids drinks, when he politely replied "no we just have the medium drinks" told him they'd be in the kids boxes and to pull forward and they'd bring the food out to us and then rudely slammed the window shut in his face. I am incredibly appalled by this behavior and we will NEVER be returning to this location. read more

The customer service was very poor. The manager closed the window on us when we were talking to her. We tried to ask for a free red velvet cake for making us wait 10-15 mins in the drive through (when we were the only people at the restaurant besides one car behind us) and she said no and as we still tried to talk to her she closed the window on us. It was a very unpleasant visit. Worst Service and Rude Manager. Went to the drive in Tuesday Night 09/12/2016 at 8 PM. Was advised that they were out of legs and I would have to take thighs or purchase something else entirely. When I was shocked by this the associate acted as if I was someone she would just push around and make me take what I didn't want. I expressed my displeasure about a chicken place being out of chicken legs and promptly left to go to Popeye's which is right across the street. BTW they had chicken legs to sell. I called the manager of this KFC while I was eating at Popeye's and she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. Not only am i never eating here again I am telling everyone I possible can not to eat here. Nasty Woman who need some additional training on how to treat customers and how to properly manager her restaurant to avoid running out of the very product they sell I am also writing to the main KFC corporate headquarters about this Restaurant. I am also making a complaint to the better business bureau. I see where KFC is losing money. This unprofessional manager is likely a contributing factor read more
