Major Health Concern - Multiple Cases of Illness Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered the chicken tenders and noticed a strange taste after the first couple of bites. I initially brushed it off, but quickly realized something was wrong and stopped eating. I ended up with a severe case of food poisoning. To make matters worse, a friend who ate here the same day (this past Tuesday) also fell ill with the exact same symptoms. We have already reported this location to the Health Department. Bought a deal for $20 with back on chicken, biscuits and 3 sides. Once got home (15 min away, so 30 total), found out that got 2 sides only. No batter for biscuit in the bag. At the check out windows nobody didn't ask me if need any sauces and nothing was in the box. I could have been out of daises if wouldn't ask. . This was the worst experience I have ever experienced in my 41 years of living. I ordered a #6. The chicken (although I requested crispy, not original) the degree of crispiness I received was unworldly. Darn near felt like I was biting peanut brittle. My 2 sides of choice were: mac n cheese and baked beans..... The mac n cheese was watery, had no consistency whatsoever, and the baked beans were undercooked. I have no clue if the employees had a bad day, it was near closing time or what, but it was ridiculous and I went to bed hungry... I want to write to the district manager here, and go up the chain if necessary because this needs not to happen to anyone else. read more

We've eaten here several times in the past few years and have always been pleased with the food and service. So I was shocked to see such poor Yelp reviews when searching for a place to eat dinner. As I looked closer at the reviews, I noticed that all poor reviews were from several years ago. The staff has turned over a few times since then and you can really tell that the current management takes pride in their establishment. Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and the food is still "Finger lickin' good!" I hope that people will start taking the time to give them the props they deserve because this place is way better than current ratings indicate. read more

I was just here earlier. I waited almost 20 min for my chicken until the employee told me it will be another 17 min until the chicken is ready. I stopped at this location as I traveled south and again as I traveled north. The service was friendly & prompt. The food was hot & looked like it could have been photographed for a KFC ad! I was surprised to receive such hot & tasty menu items (freshly made chicken tenders & waffles, chicken mini, & chicken pot pie) because that's not been the case with the few KFC locations near me.
