Still bad. Unless you like your order wrong, missing a fork when you order something that needs it, and them having Baja Blast on a regular basis. Literally ANY OTHER Mexican chain would destroy the Bell around here. read more

Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food wherever you go. I'm rating this location five stars because of some insanely high quality customer service I experienced tonight: the young woman working the drive-thru was super positive and upbeat, and this was apparent just through an intercom! I was there late, so I doubt this was the beginning of her shift, which made her personality all the more impressive. I think it was mostly her tone that made interacting with her such a pleasure. And I'm clearly not the only one who thinks so! When I talked to the manager, he knew exactly who I was referring to me and affirmed that she's great! read more

I like their prices, their long hours and their quick service. Unfortunately Taco Bell took my favorite item off of their menu. As an non red meat meater, bean tostados were a quick way of getting some protein and veggies in one shot. Was highly disappointed to see them removed from their menu. I went into this restaurant on the 21st of October, and ordered a Cheese Quesadilla. I then left the restaurant, and headed to catch the bus for my camp I was headed to. As I sat down in my seat, and pulled out the quesadilla, I then realized that it was not Cheese, it was Chicken. I was upset about this, but it was not the end of the world. I then called the restaurant to let them know that they made a mistake on my order, and they HUNG UP ON ME. I will never go back here. Awful customer service. Doesn't know how to cook the right food. I can't remember the last time I ate at a Taco Bell but my husband and I were craving it on our road trip. We stopped at the Woodstock Taco Bell and I was surprised by how clean it was. Probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I recall seeing. Every time customers left, an employee was there cleaning the table. Typical Taco Bell food - so nothing out of the ordinary there. Served hot and yummy! After ordering, receiving our food was a bit slow for a fast food restaurant as we waited about 15 minutes and it wasn't busy in side or drive thru. Maybe they were understaffed. I only recall seeing 3 employees in the whole restaurant. read more

This place has really gone downhill in the past few years. The food is still okay, but like most fast food restaurants, the front register is a ghost town and you're unlikely to speak to an actual person during the entire ordering and food delivery process. Orders are frequently incorrect, particularly when asking for vegetarian items versus the traditional meat items. read more

I've attempted to order from this location three times in the last year. And each time I've had to cancel my order because this location is out of mild sauce each time I've been to it. I don't eat fast food much but when I do I like my sauces and/or dips. Today (4.3.18) after I placed my order for dine in, I overheard the cashier tell another customer they were out of mild sauce. I promptly cancelled my order, the eye roll and the death stare from the cashier was completely unnecessary. read more

Kudos to the young man working the register and cleaning the restaurant. He was polite, looked you in the eye, and very professional. When our meal was ready, he carried it out to our table instead of dumping it on the counter and waiting for us to pick it up. As soon as a table left, he was out and wiping down the tables, keeping a watchful eye on everything. The bathroom also had a nice reassuring sign that said its staff checks the restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness. It was well taken care of. It's rare for me to leave reviews for fast food joints, but the service totally took me by surprise. Well done! read more

Me and the family enjoy Taco Bell, including when traveling. This location lately disappoints. Including this location in our daily travels for lunch and the occasional dinner. More times then not we find the lobby closed. This can be overly frustrating as we regularly pull trailers and do not enjoy eating tacos in a vehicle. To add to the frustration none of the other Taco Bell's in the surrounding area seem to have this issue. Tells me the issue is either the management atmosphere or low pay not attracting responsible team members. read more

Everything was fresh, from the produce to the meat. Tacos were crunchy. Mexican pizza shells were even fresh and crunchy, not soggy. All items well proportioned. Employees very pleasant and quick. They deserve a raise! Establishment was clean. We will definitely be going back. read more

The soda was carbon pure no taste of dr. Pepper at all so gross especially when I'm eating spicy food.
