The customer service here is horrible. The ladies working the drive thru seemed annoyed to be working. My husband asked for a Coke Zero and the lady replied abruptly that they didn't sale that here. She didn't bother to offer a different option. Her response should have been " I'm sorry Sir, we don't offer that here, however we do have Diet Coke." This is basic customer service training. The lady at the actual window who gave us our food barely said 2 words to us. It will ruin your appetite when you enter this restaurant. A few of the staff are confused about their genders and the folks doing the cooking looked liked ex-cons. It's not pretty. The food was thrown together but edible. For my money, you're better off next door at Wendy's where service and food are consistently good and it doesn't look like a carnival side show. read more

It's McDonald's - so you can't really expect much. The pros - this is right off the interstate so you don't have to wander around. Our food was standard and tasty. Decent prices. The con - the drive thru line. Wow. Like, I don't know when I've been in a drive thru line that looks more like waiting for Beyonce concert tickets to drop. But whatcha gonna do? Ordered online. Checked in at the restaurant through the app. Parked in spot 3. Waited over 20 minutes. The app said my food was delivered. It never was. Called the restaurant and they said they were bringing my food out. After another 5 or 10 minutes my food came out stone cold. They did apologize and said only 2 people are working, but there appear to be three in the restaurant. Fries were so old by the time I got them they had clotted grease on them. Extra Cheese not on quarter pounder. Only 1 extra cheese on fillet o fish when I paid for two. Paid for 3 extra caramel and 1 expresso in caramel frappe didn't get any extra caramel or expresso. This isn't getting an order wrong, this is stealing, taking money for something you don't provide to the customer is not a mistake it is, bottom line, illegal. read more

On a long drive, and thought I'd pick up a McDonald's breakfast while passing through town. I haven't had McDonald's in over a decade, and people rave about the breakfast, so I buy a basic "Big Breakfast" which is scrambled eggs, a sausage patty, a hash brown, and a biscuit. Well, this breakfast was horrible. The eggs (the equivalent of two or three) were nasty, the sausage patty was bland, and the biscuit was stiff and tasteless, even after I split it in two and put butter on one half, and their jelly on the other. The hash brown tasted ok but it was small. For all this, I paid an incredible $6.23. Not only was this breakfast not worth more than two dollars at best, because it was tasteless and bland, it seemed like it would be more like a 99 cent special at some fleabag place. But this is McDonald's, and this so-called breakfast definitely did not live up to the rep. On top of all this, I did the survey on the receipt and after I finished, they gave me a "validation code" so I can accept the offer on the back of the receipt. Except, there was no offer on the back of the receipt. What a miserable experience all the way, a complete rip-off from start to finish. Boy would I love my money back. Besides certain nice employees that we've met and get along with, this place needs to be put in order. 90% of the staff spend most of their time blasting music, fooling around, and chit chatting with each other than actually serving customers. Every order we've made here almost always has an error or something missing. The kitchen is completely unclean, the staff lacks competency, and even the food quality needs improvement. Even when they're not getting a lot of customers they manage to mix up our orders. Would not recommend to anyone read more

Stopped here on way back from Florida on what shaped up to be an absolute nosebleed nightmare of a trip that lasted nearly 18 hours in a vehicle that I basically was chained to drive. Was a rented car so oh well. This is your standard McDonalds really. You kind of get what you're used to and what you should expect with any McDonald's anywhere. Which is: 1.) a semi-clean dining room. There are usually a large crowd at points so keeping the area clean can be a challenge and really - just in general - you don't come to a McDonalds for a dine-in great experience and a five star dining experience. 2.) decent food overall. It's fast-food. You know what you are getting because the staff is trained to make the items the same way over and over and over. Really if you have a bad meal there's really something wrong. 3.) mild bathroom cleanliness. Really a crapshoot. I would recommend putting toilet paper down on the seat and clean as much as possible before using rest room. I got an iced coffee and sandwich. It was standard overall. McDonald's is McDonald's. read more

Woodstock McDonald's used to be always better than New Markets one. BUT, honestly, I prefer that one anymore. The staff at Woodstock are 90% rude. When I ordered food, the order taker was absolutely rude. It would be one thing if I was rude first, but I wasn't. I personally have worked at a fast food place, and I totally understand the frustration of some interactions. But it was very uncalled for. I called to let the manager know, and that part of my order was cold and very disgusting. And she proceeded to want to argue that it was "fresh." Oh my God. For a new build McDonalds this place is a dump!! Super unclean-tables, floors, no soap in women's room, no response when I informed one of the cashiers. No ice cream available at all. The ordering mechanism indicated some flavors were out. Ordering machine printed no receipt. Employees then told us there was no ice cream at all and then walked outside. A different employee refunded us with cash (not exact change). read more

Stopped here to grab a bite before heading home. Even though this location is notorious for asking what kind of sauce I want for my nuggets but then never giving it to me without having to remind them at the window, I of course was hungry... I Purchased the smokehouse burger and was asked to pull up so they could finish cooking meat for it. After being asked I promptly asked if I could have sauce for my nuggets, the girl at the window turned around to get my sauce and also decided to show up with the bag of food. I drove away about 12 minutes down the road and decided to start eating my meal. To my dismay, there was no meat on my burger. Could not believe they gave me my burger with just a bun, sauce and no meat whatsoever. Had to drive all the way back to complain so they could actually give me meat this time, who does that? read more

But the tables are always filthy from the night before and as I am always one of the first customers I know no one has eaten at the tables since the night before. The single worst experience i have ever had at any fast food chain let alone McDonald's. First of all i had to yell through the intercom to even get any service. Second i asked for the 2 for 6 deal. i ordered a 10 piece nugget. I did not even receive the nuggets. The sauce wasn't even the sauce i ordered and the big mac looked like it was thrown together by a toddler. Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible experience. I cannot tell if its a lack of respect, basic common sense or caring, but something needs to change. I will be receiving my 3 dollars back. It's not about the money. Was a former shift manager for late night ,but I was targeting for being honest, and was wrongfully terminated for false accusations of sexual comments,which is a serious accusation. The store is hardly kept clean only at *last minute * Has a lot of lazy ,two-faced coworkers *not all* was a select few who were trying like Myself, but the store lacks communication. The store is always running out of things. The store manager is only in it for herself. She is very self righteous. ,and negative, but puts the blame back on others from personal experience. My family and I went here on 2/13/18 around 5:30pm. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. The drink station was absolutely disgusting. The Tea container were all empty. Have found bone in chicken nuggets in past. Ice cream machine creates ice crystals in product. They get orders mixed up in the double drive thru.
