About 15 minutes go by and she still didn't come back but I can hear very loud talking between her and her coworker about how breaks are supposed to go. She finally comes back in and starts the massage. She has AirPods in that are to loud and I can hear what she is listening to. So instantly unrelaxed. She then started my massage ( I asked for medium ) and got a slight petting. No real pressure whatsoever. It never really got any better, but felt like I couldn't say anything because all I could hear was her rock/pop music playing. This place is great for a cupping massage but I find the actual massages lacking.
