On the appointed day, Rusty showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and went to work making the sensor adjustments and resetting a keypad I'd asked him to. His service charge fee was very reasonable. Unbeknownst to us, after a thorough visual inspection for signs of wear, corrosion, loosened hardware, or improper operation, the technician claimed our garage door was not installed correctly in the first place. He commenced to apply a garage door lubricant to appropriate moving components, tighten hardware, adjust the alignment and test system balance for smooth operation. Because our garage is used as a woodturning shop -and wood dust is very bad for garage door's moving parts- he suggested a dust seal which can help prevent gears from stripping or burning out the motor. All in all, it was a quick process from our original phone call to finished appointment. Communication was excellent, as was the customer service. He is very honest and was a complete contrast to the other place I called. Brandon has excellent character and this comes out in every interaction with him. They are easy to work with, and performed a full replacement of my garage door system in a single day, while I was out of town: Two doors, along with the rails, openers, and wall mounted switches. Since We established a great customer relationship, Mike has been kind enough to check in once a while to make sure everything was working alright. Lately the door had been making the "machine-gun-like" noise. Mike took a look and said to me: "It's time!". On the next day, Mike showed up on time with all the tools/parts he needed. Since my garage door is in between 7' and 8' standards, he brought extra parts to ensure everything will fit. Mike also double checked all the existing parts were secured. If not, he put in extra screws just to be sure. Which I really appreciate! I watched him replaced the entire unit quickly with great organization. We had some light hearted chats about families and the current pandemic while he did the installation. Then he cleaned up the floor and helped setting up all the controllers, plus downloading the app into my phone. Overall, I'm still very happy with Mike's work.
