They claimed since I didn't have camera footage (in which, I told the case manager, we have to get the camera footage from the grocery store, he even agreed) but after, I guess, he didn't consider that, and because they think I'd possibly be at fault or have some liability at fault.... Never have I heard a case manager or law firm say this, esp knowing I'm not at fault. They make it seem like things will go in ur favor but turn around and deny you.
