It was exactly the same so I call him and he says okay call me back in 5 minutes. I continue to call and call ... and he stops picking up my phone calls. It gets worse. I decide to drive up to the office since stopped picking up my phone calls and not a surprise, there was no office. Notice that there are no pictures of the business. it's a fake address. Do yourself a favor and don't work with these guys. They are total scammers. I bet my review will be flagged by the owner and somehow taken down soon because it's been taken down before. I've seen bad reviews for them and somehow they all get erased. I finally went to apple and they ran a diagnostic and said all i needed was a new battery which I got.
