My son's soccer team needed a banner. I ordered on Wednesday and needed by Saturday. Friday morning I received a text saying they had some production issue and couldn't send it to Fedex on time. They had someone from their company drive out to deliver it to me. I got it at 9:30 pm on Friday night and I had the banner on the field on Saturday. They had/have GREAT customer service, are always available to answer all your questions, and have such a quick turnaround time! When there are changes needed to be made, you won't wait long to see the next proof. They'll make any changes necessary until it's just right. If you have an idea of what you want, but don't see it, just send them an email and they get to work. I've been very pleased each time I've ordered a banner with them. One of the most convenient services they offer is there is no fee required to get started on a proof. (That always makes it a little easier as being a team mom, when you have to collect the money from the team.)They also give their returning customers a discount! If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. On 8-29-11 I ordered two soccer flags from this company. On 9-9-11, they sent both flags with incorrect display poles. As a result, the pole broke when I tried to display one of the flags, punching two holes in the cheaply made flag. We weren't able to display that flag, nor the second flag because of the incorrect poles. Teamsbanner agreed to send me a new pole and flag for the team whose flag was now ripped. Those arrived a few days later, but again, with the wrong pole. I informed teamsbanner again, and at this time they informed me that they were "out of stock" on the correct poles from the very beginning of my order and that they weren't sure when they were going to get some in. They never told me about this issue from the beginning, which was completely unacceptable and deceptive. They let me order the flags, knowing that they didn't have the poles with which to correctly display them. When I tried to use the SECOND incorrect pole, again, another hole was ripped in the cheaply made flag. I have asked teamsbanner for a complete refund due to poor quality of their product which easily rips, being lied to, and never having the correct poles. They have refused, instead offering me only 65% of what I paid. They claim to offer a "trouble-free" product and process, but it hasn't been anything like that!!! DO NOT USE this company. Their flag products are CHEAP, poorly designed and not worth the almost $300 we shelled out PER FLAG. read more

They were able to make recommendations that actually ended up saving me quite a bit of money, and sent me home with extra copies in case I needed them. They had my printing done the next day which was unexpected and so appreciated. I am so excited to see these beautiful menus and name cards at our dinner. Teamsbanner is AMAZING!!!! I designed a banner yesterday, and they were able to ship it for me via Fed Ex overnight in order for our team to have the banner for their parade Saturday morning. The banner itself is fabulous, and I know there will be 12 VERY excited little t-ballers tomorrow carrying that banner. I was VERY late to the game getting this ordered, and teams banner's team was unbelievable with rushing the banner, and getting it shipped out. I really can't thank them enough, they saved me!! Absolutely the BEST. I've used Teamsbanner.com 3 years in a row because their customer service was exceptional the first year I needed a banner. My order missed the FedEx truck, which was not Teamsbanner.com's fault. They could have made excuses but instead, they drove it 40+ miles to my home to ensure I had it in time for the first soccer game. Phenomenal service. Good custom designs. Outstanding quality.
